They turned a Lekki shooting to Lekki massacre with no shred of evidence. As we speak, more images of pats events are being edited and distributed as "evidence" on Twitter. Some are disappointed that Lagos was not completely burnt to the ground.

People who are not trained in armed combat was cannot really tell which direction a shooting is coming from.

After two long weeks of civil unrest, the best our President can do to address this is to give an 11 minute unresolving recorded speech. Didn't say anything about the Lekki Toll Gate shootings. It's almost as if he doesn't care or is just doing this to fulfill protocol.

Had the "protesters" reported the real event, the next day violence would have been minimal.

The video evidence and images are not important. The fact that the governor visited victims of the attack in the hospital and confirmed 1death is enough prove that soldiers fired innocent civilians.

The images and videos could have been uploaded by the agent of the military to confuse Nigerians.

If you remember, the authorities use hoodlums to disperse protest. Hoodlums might have uploaded the pictures and images.

Since they were able to pay hoodlums to disperse protest, why can't agents be paid to confuse the fact the army shot innocent civilians

The "live" feed was prerecorded and edited for maximum incitement to violence.
Moreover, the video is mostly dark and you can't tell clearly what has happened.
It is not difficult to fake a recorded video as live.

We saw some people shooting and the brave "protesters" claimed "they are killing us"
while not moving one inch from danger.

I never knew that grainy cameras can actually tell if someone is dead.
