This is my debut into your thread, I'm new at forex trading (Yeah, yeah!)
Please whoever knows how to use the Boss mode on metatrader 4 should teach me o-o. I have read the little description where i downloaded it from but that discussed it lightly on assumptions without teaching a first time user how to go about it. Make una direct me how to use it to analyse trend and signals so that I go begin to trade like a boss lady.

surveycash: In my opinion, the singular most important reason fail in fx trading is the possession of demo accounts. This is a trap to buy the emotions of to-be traders. What discipline would one learn trading with virtual money? Show me 10 successful trades and I will show you 10 account crashers on their way to success.

To succeed in this business, you need develop your own strategy and stick to it. There is no bad trading system but a bad trader. Planning your trades and trading the plan is easier than trading someone else's plans.

Don't underestimate the power of demo account brother. I don't use it for training, only used it like once and twice and started real trading in my live account but my demo serves me a great purpose. I first place all the trending hot pair orders in my demo and give it a little time to know which one is really bouncing, i will study that one and if the movement is towards the trend and i am satisfied with trading that.....i will begin the trade in my live account. The demo helps prevent me from making a bad move. I use it to watch bounce rate and hot trending pairs etc before making any move in my live account.It's true that changes can occur along the way when you are in but it helps me see clearly before starting out.

Please what leverage will you advice someone starting forex with instaforex to use to trade, when I registered I used 1:100. I have read and read about leverage yet do not know whether I am doing the right thing using 1:100. You can tell me more about the leverage, better to hear it from somebody that has used it before than reading and reading about it. What is your e-mail address too Ufotuko, I need to ask one or two questions about using metatrader in order to see whether I can make a lil trade tomorrow morning abeg.

pslm23: Hello everybody! Wow! it sure has been ages since my last post here.

By God's grace I am doing well, getting stronger emotionally as each day goes by. I have my good days and bad days but thank God the good days are more than the bad ones!
My divorce was final on Oct. 31st, my ex got engaged to someone else, Nov. 21st
I visited Nigeria in November and it hurt so bad to see how large my family has grown! I have nephew and nieces I had never met!
I have decided to leave the United States for good and return back to Nigeria in 3 months! There is nothing left in the US for me! I've come, seen, lived loved and suffered and now it's time to go back home!

To everybody that reached out to me in my time of turmoil, thank you! To everybody that advised me, thank you. To those who criticized me, thank you; your criticisms actually helped me take a deeper look at myself.

Yeah boy! That's exactly what I am doing. I have the Forex NL Thread and the Babypips site saved on my laptop. You guys in this thread are the bomb to hang out online with. This is the most useful thread I have ever been on in this site.

I have downloaded Boss mode and copied it into my M4 template and expert place as you explained, where in the platform can we access the functions of the Boss mode, I am seeing expert advisors, is that supposed to be the new functions added by Boss mode. If it isn't tell me what is. Thanks

Thanks for your stuff. I am thinking that the best thing to do for the newbies concerning setting barriers is for you to enlighten them on when to minus from a default barrier or when to add to it. This is because if you say +4.5 or -4.5 somebody may use that wrongly and lose. These barriers as you know varies according to the bouncing rate at a particular moment etc. I hope you understand my drift.

maxibrainz: I think av heard enuogh of your meta4 trader and am coming to steal it from your pc and put it in my own haba. Am tired of dis request for proxy server

I understand how you feel ojare, it was frustrating ----you can get the proxy address from your ISP the company you connected from.

They also seem to be doing plenty tauntings these days, it like to hang just a little bit below or above your winning point and be gliding on and off there taunting you, some times you get lucky and it crosses it and sometimes it will taunt you and slide out of the point making you lose. etc all kinds of tricks there, I am watching them watching me lol.

Are you telling me? I thought I was the only one seeing that, exactly what I said----they can't manipulate the currency pairings because it is clear but the Random index gives some winnings quite alright but something is definitely going on there. Glad you noticed too.

I noticed that a greater percentage of your win is on currency pairings. I think that one has more success pairing currency than at random indices, the Rindices are slimy and cunning, twisting things to their advantage. I only want to concentrate more on the currency pairings in Beton markets, I think that a successful forex trader that understands forex well will make a huge success with the currency pairing in binary option. I can't wait to be that person---lol, who no like better thing. Abeg enough playing & chilling at this your thread playground right now , i need to digest forex well gotta get on reading.

sympathy55: YOU ARE RIGHT BRO THAT IS WHY I USE DIFFERENT TYPES OF STRATEGIES. I USED TO MANIPULATE THINGS BY MYSELF SO THAT GREENS WILL COME MY WHY.JUST TRY AND MONITOR THOSE RANDOM INDICES BY OPENING DIFFERENT TYPES OF WINDOWS WITH INTERACTIVE CHART YOU WILL SEE THAT WHEN RD50 IS FAST, RD75 WILL BE SLOW AND VISE VASER. TRADE THIS WEEKEND YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHAT AM SAYING.

What I do is check the Random 25,50,75,100 in interactive to see which one is more friendly, if the bollinger pathway is slim slim or the candlesticks are short short or it is within a bottleneck, i will run but if the bollinger corridor is large and it is bouncy then i will know that if i zoom in I can catch something when it is making a fast rise or fall. I like it bouncy and active because I like to play the touch and touch me not---lol, the only perplexing thing is that they seem to manipulate this thing if not I will be beating them all the time at the game.When they see that you are winning they will zoom in on you to take your profit which is why one should be giving it a rest after making some profit continuing on and on may wipe the profit.

By the way the metatrader platform is a sweet platform to use to view the currency pairings even while trading on Betonmarket. I am combining the two right now and the metatrader is just the bomb for it.

Something tells me that Random indices is being manipulated, I don't want to trade on it for now. I decided to trade only on the currencies pairs in betonmarket for now. My reason is that sometimes you open a random index that was making a steady upward or downward movement, the moment you put hand to trade, it will quickly change trend and start acting up to beat you at the game.It will definitely allow you win some but that Random index my brother----I am wary of it right now and playing detective on it until it proves me wrong. The currency pairs seems to me like one they can't manipulate like that unlike the random index.

Not discouraging anybody, people can still do their thing, I myself will still play a little bit of it but it's only for test running its cunningness until i'm sure of what they are doing in it. The currency pairs seems like a clear one they can't play any cunningness with.

How una dey my people? How market? Wapmasta take am easy o-o-o as you dey take all the greens, remain some for others now----wetin?
I have been busy seriously learning the ropes of Forex, registered with instaforex and can't wait to get started but still trading on demo.

maxibrainz: @wapmasta i have not downloaded the mt4 trader platform it was when i tried downloading it that the say i shud supply my proxy server, so i need u or anyone 2post the download link of the mt4trader platform here, the one that don't require proxy server.

The metatrader4 harrassed me big time with the request for proxy server and I had to trouble instaforex support through their live chat and wrote metaquotes(owner of metatrader). I was getting ready to go get the proxy server address from the ISP when i tried again and was able to download without the proxy address. Right now I have the metatrader blazing on my screen and I am excited.#Tryingtodobigthings-- lol. Glad I came across this thread, it encouraged me into testing out these new grounds and taking the risks that go with them too.

There is no metatrader 4 that will not request the proxy, i tried it through many sites and downloaded through Roboflex which bypassed the proxy yet it wasn't active. I don't even know how the good one i succeeded with today was able to download successfully after requesting for proxy and the next minute downloading, you can keep opening/downloading it at instaforex you may get through or you can go to your ISP and get the proxy address from them.

How did you know say I no sleep dey here dey fight Bom. Trading with random index dey hard today(abi na yesterday again), they bounce a bit and constrict and when they constrict it's hard to break through and make money. I have realized that it is easier to make profit when they are wide apart than at their bottlenecks. I was getting through with 100 index and even that one sef begin constrict and when I realized that they have programmed things to take away money I just stopped now.

TYPES OF CANDLESTICK
Pinbar Candlestick at the bottom or top of a trend signals a change in direction.
Long upper wick-lots of sellers
Long lower wick -lots of buyers
Very small body

A pinbar with a long lower wick at the bottom of a trend or
A pinbar with a long lower wick at the top of a trend signals a reversal.

A pinbar with a long upper wick at the bottom of a trend
A pinbar with a long lower wick at the top of a trend signals a reversal too


Doji Candlesticks

Long upper and lower wick relative to the body, it shows that traders are indecisive about what direction. Same amount of buyers and sellers on both sides.
Dojis at upper and lower trend signal reversal.
Dojis can also signal direction change like at consolidation. It makes up the sideways channel and precedes any big movement to form a new trend.

Engulfing Candlestick

Engulfing candle sticks come in pairs, where the current candle stick is bigger
than the previous candle. Like Doji and Pinbar, these are used primarily to
spot reversal patterns. They show a sudden increase in momentum in overbought and oversold areas and is followed by direction change.
They are found in pairs. The close of the other one is lower/higher than the previous open.

which is how do we know which barrier to use under what time frame and which index do we use it on
if u can teach us that then i can personally practice with it and Jehovah help me,i start making greens like u do

There is a need for us to know which index to use at what time of the market (as in trend) and which period to use to view in interactive whether 30m or 1m etc. We need to know what works with what. Guess we can only keep researching and sharing views to understand these.

Thanks very much for the tutorial you sent to us here.
Know what? Today I realized that there are different candlesticks called Doji, Pinbar and Engulfing candlesticks. I have been looking at those candlesticks to know whether anything about them can give me an inkling to the direction of the market. The summary of the different candlesticks I saw somewhere today seems to suggest that they can be used to read directions after all. I will search for them in the internet and read them up very well.

Meanwhile that Beat Betonmarket E-book we got is a bit fuzzy and confusing, the man could not write well enough for one to understand very well. I will still read his book again, i may grasp things next time i read it.

ufotuko: you do not need any proxy before you can download the trading platform,just visit their webiste then look for trading instrument and click it then it will be bring out different choice for downloads like download to pc or mobile trading platform then choose the one that you want to download which should be the one of pc if you want to download it to a pc and if it is mobile phone u want to download to then you choose mobile trading platform, which country are you in

You can try it to see what i am telling you, it keeps requesting for a proxy server. It wasted all my sleep time for me----stayed awake fidgeting with it. I will look for an email to contact the instaforex site and ask them how to go about it but if you know you can tell me.
