You don't need to be an atheist to see how far fetched this story is. It's insane that people still buy into such propaganda and proselyetism.
"To give birth you must first become a Christian." Is that the moral of this story? Just wow.

I usually refrain to leave (honest/non-mocking) comments on the Religion section nowadays because of the level of ignorance here, but I just had to voice it out this time.

My 'players ratings':

Van Der Sar - 7/10; Made a couple of decent saves but was never really troubled by the opposition. Instills confience at the back.

O'Shea - 5.5; Not always sharp but did his job.

Vidic - 7; Good performance, reliable as always.

Evans - 6.5; Decent input, still a bit scruffy inunder pressure.

Evra - 7; Slow start, peaked at the half-hour mark making dangerous runs and crosses, one which resuted in Man Utd's 2nd goal.

Valencia - 6; Made some interesting moves down the right flank but had a poor end product.

Fletcher - 7; True to himself. Bagged one in as well.

Scholes - 9; Man of the match, if not man of the 1st day of the EPL 10/11, an all-round stellar performance illustrated by 2 assists. He also granted us with one of his trademark assassin tackles which showed he meant business!

Nani - 6.5; Dynamic and creative, especially with that one pass to Evra that produced Fletcher's goal.

Berbatov - 7.5; Highly skillful with the ball in his feet, he was flamboyant and effective, but could have scored 1 or 2 more goals.

Rooney - 5.5; Still lacking match-fitness, or rather match-sharpness. A shadow of his true self.

------------------------------------------------------------

Hernandez - N/A; Insicive and exciting to watch, although he seemed to be too in a hurry when passing the ball.

Giggs - N/A; "Giggsy". Enough said.
TravelRe: Air France Worst Customer Service. by Iyineda(m): 9:19am On Aug 17, 2010
If I ever had problems on an Air France flight to Nigeria or from Nigeria, it was always because of the NIGERIANS on board. They always seem so tense and stressed. They talk with agressive tones, always see issues where there shouldn't be (seats allocation, luggage space, etc).

As a Nigerian myself, I sometimes feel embarassed when I fly with a plane full of Nigerians. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying most of us are ill-mannered; I'm just saying some can be unbearable.
I always fly with Air France / KLM and have never had anything close to an altercation with the on-board staff.

Vicjustice:
Sorry for your sad experience. But honestly, as a regular flyer with the same Airfrance, i must admit that i really don't want to take side with you regarding every claim; i've seen how difficult some Nigerians are when dealing with airline employees, they usually are to blame for stirring up troubles, and then, you hear them cursing and swearing "racist" at any white person who wouldn't let them have their way. Once before, i witnessed a Nigerian man who looked confused in a duty-free shop at Dublin airport, and i thought he needed help. And interestingly, a female employee observed the same thing, she went to the guy and kindly asked "are you OK?" But to my amazement, this Nigerian guy reacted bitterly "What sort of question is that, how much are you being paid in this kiosk that gave you the audacity to ask me that foolish question?"
The girl was surprised with wide-open eyes as the Nigerian poured out his anger with words that she wouldn't fancy. "There are many other people here, why did you come to ask me alone if i'm OK, or is it because i'm black?" He barked. At this point, i intervened to ask him what the matter was, and the man started by pointing at the girl: "Look at this f**king racist, she's asking me if i'm OK". The Nigerian man explained tapping his finger on the side of his head as if to show the insane sign, he obviously had misinterpreted the white girl's expression assuming that "OK" means normal in the brain. The sales girl was obviously disturbed and her eyes were soaked in tears as other people (including myself) began to calm her down.
Now, that same guy was involved in a skirmish with a white passenger on our flight to Lagos, and when the flight attendants came to resolve the issue and eventually blamed the Nigerian guy for his provocative behaviour, i wasn't surprised when he began to yell "racists, racists. . . i know my rights. . , i can pay your salaries. . !"
Actually, i must say that these people in aviation industries are doing great jobs and need to be appreciated. And yes, i'm aware that things can be annoying while dealing with them, but in most cases, it's not their fault as circumstances sometimes go beyond their control, and yet, they do their best to resolve things according to protocols; remember, no one is perfect. So, those with open minds would agree with me that it takes great patience and tolerance to deal with Nigerians. This thing that happened with Airfrance can happen with any other airline. That is my judgement.
Thanks for sharing. Like the guy in your post, I feel some Nigerians are too quick to pull the race card when things don't go their way in these instances, especially with airlines. I also loathe their hautiness: "I can pay your salary; who are you; who gave you the audacity; yadi yada". I swear, I don't think I'd have been able to control myself had I been in your shoes when that !d!ot at the duty-free started yarning rubbish. undecided

What makes you so sure of the fact that she has foreign heritage? Just accept the fact that she is representing Ghana (and Africa to some extent), she is dark skinned and oh-so gorgeous. wink
CelebritiesRe: Pics: Mbgn Universe Ngozi Odaloni at Miss Universe **sigh** + Pic Of Miss Ghana by Iyineda(m): 6:14pm On Aug 13, 2010
She does not look like a Ghanaian. It is like saying an Ethiopian looks like a Nigerian. You know the differences.
@EzeUche22

In general, Igbos and Hausa girls have very different facial features. But they are both Nigerian tribes. How do you feel now?
Miss Ghana could have a foreign heritage that goes waaaay back but we don't know for sure. Nonetheless, I am pretty certain that both her parents are dark skinned 'typical' West African types.

NB: I'm sure you've heard of the Nigerian couple who gave birth to a light skinned blonde baby girl with West African features. What can you say about that?
