donjazet: You do know that 2022 was the very first time Obi vied for office under PDP? He didn't seek the party's ticket in 2019, Peter Obi was literally dragged to the PDP from APGA. Immediately he joined, he was appointed a special advicer to the president on finance and later was made the chairman Nigerian securities and exchange commission. He became the regulatory overseer over the Nigerian stock market.
And then atiku recognizing his immense value and personal integrity hand picked him as a vice so as to cover for his own corruption ridden image.
Obi defecting to the LP should be hailed as a highly courageous thing to do. He is already an overachiever. A single man leading a parabolic movement. He has raised the consciousness of a nation, he has given the average masses a chance to run through him and use him as a vehicle for revolution.
He is a breath of fresh air from the ugly nastiness of corrupt officials. The only Eastern governor not to go to Senate, the only governor not to receive a single penny from the state coffers. That's the integrity we seek. That's the modern day saint in african politics. A shining light upon the nation.
I still commend you my brother for at least camping with him. Together we would make our country great! If there's one fact you should accept, it's that Obi is not a loyal man. I mean, who would have believed that Obi would leave APGA for PDP? The same APGA that gave him the platform to showcase whatever strides he is shouting today. Obi didn't make APGA. APGA made him. But today he has moved from APGA to 2 other parties. If you want to blow his trumpet, please don't use the word "Courageous" with it. This is just disloyalty written in Caps |

GloriousGbola: There is a roundabout into festac. Third gate. The road went completely to shit in ambodes tenure. You would spend 2 hours navigating the roundabout. It was a nightmare. One of the first things sanwo did was visit personally. Today the roundabout is 90% fixed. There is still some traffic, but it is nowhere near the nightmare we used to face. Izzou can testify to that. That must be the road patching being spoken about Do not remind me of Egypt, please. I remember Trade fair too. One would spend 4 hours from Under bridge to Barracks. I like Ambode oh, but berating Sanwo-Olu just to pass a point no follow at all Sanwo-Olu worked. donjazet: When I see anyone supporting Tinubu, my first instinct is to feel that the person is definitely mentally insane because it behooves common sense to support either the man or his party. Now if I rule out clinical insanity via the person being able to type on his phone, then I proceed to check the person's tribe because if I could discover that someone I respected very much here was an open tribal Nazi who hated anything igbo, then there were many more less educated people who felt even worse than he did and who will never in this life or the next vote for any candidate with a hint of an igbo name.
I am personally not tribal, I was an uncommon Igbo man who supported Buhari, but it seems like people I was in the same camp with were there for other cynical reasons. So you can't pull the tribal card on me. What's the meaning of all these toxicity? Why are you insulting people? |

chrisooblog: That's why people don't like engaging you in deep meaningful political debates you reduce everything to infantile tribal talk.
I could just as easily reply you and say you're igbo that's why you're backing Obi, but that will just distract from having a meaningful discuss.
For the record Osinbajo was my choice. I won't be voting for Tinubu, Atiku and Obi. People are free to make their choice but all 3 candidates have serious baggage and limitations that make them unsuitable for the office of the Nigerian president. Na you quote me for the LGBT thread? The moniker dey confuse me |

Atiku is also another devil that can have my vote but nothing from him yet...... We have Tinubu the Red sea, Atiku the devil and Obi the Left. We are strucked with the devil, red sea and the left, if I have no concrete reasons to supprt any of them for better Nigeria, I will take my right way........

reccy: I don't think I'm in the best position to answer this. I'm not his supporter. I think the Batified here have done a wonderful job in engaging you guys and convincing many people to their sides.....
When I have known my condidate that deserves my votes. I will start my mini campaign around here and sell my candidate. For now, I'm listening to them ( and their fans) for what they have for the masses..... Till then, save the questions.
We move....... You are not his supporter, but you have berated the other two, and have qualified him even when you know he could be sick? And I don't need any convincing. 99% of the BATified supporters here are all abroad. So while you wait for them to sell Tinubu to you, they will not be here to experience the boom or doom it brings. It shows you it's all man for himself I always find it funny when people say they don't know who to vote yet. Infact, I always advice them to vote APC. So I'll advise you like I advise others; Vote APC abeg. This is me selling Tinubu to you |

reccy: I had to read your quote 5 times to make sure I understand you.... No one is free of health issue no matter how minor it is. So, using that your logic, no one is employable ?
See, I'm not saying health does not matter. Truly it does, but the question is whether if the candidate is qualify and can solve the challenges or not. That is what we should be talking about. Y'all said this against Buhari in 2015 and the man not only become healthier but also stronger than even those who wished him death. So what is your point again? Are we talking about a minor health issue? How can you qualify to solve challenges, when you may not even be there? Luckily, you're a student. When you graduate and apply for a good job, you'll understand that no matter how brilliant you are at the interviews, the medicals determine whether you'll get the job or not. So, my second question....Kindly explain what BAT said that makes him better than others |
