confusedworld17: Any one here ever taken a rider to Alh. Abass st. Ogudu. or picked up from that street ? You will go in through Ramat.
That street long ehn... residence there park there cars on both side of the street. If you dey use camry like me, you go need to go to the end of the street to make a u turn.
The funny thing about that street is that the two times that I have been to that street and needed to make a u turn at the end of the street, one funny and wired looking man always comes out to watch you while you turn and will warn you not to hit the iron sign of "NO PARKING" in front of the house there.
The last time I was there, I removed the iron in order for me to get space to turn very well. The man jump out immediately and was watching me, as I was about to go, the baba just block me say make I come down go put that iron back to the position wey I carry am from.

Chuwaa: Same thing happened to me last November. I guess those touts deliberately put big nails or whatever. I was with my relative and her kid when two guys appeared from a torn portion of those nets. They seized my jack, took off my C caution. All these while we were just a stone throw from iyana oworo. Other vehicles were speeding pass despite the glaring scene of robbery and extortion. Before I knew what was happening, three other guys came and started walking away with my jack and wheel spanner. Nobody told me to beg. We finally negotiated 1500 which was all the money in my wallet.
Am 90% sure that those Hot couple the dude dropped '500m' to Iyana oworo were robbed. |

XGhost: One night years ago...
Time was like 11.30 at night, living at Dolphin Estate then. I took a car from oworo going to obalende, I tell driver 50 Naira o, I didn't hear a response. We were 2 in the car, the other person was in front. After Yaba turnoff, driver asked for money and I handed him 50 bucks, oga say na 100, we drag am o, he said he told me when I entered. We sha no gree, I do agidi come down at adeniji. I stood there for like 10 mins, no bus stopped, na so I begin leg am. Approaching Olowu, na so I see this human form covered in white coming from afar. Me nightcrawler of life, I no shake, got closer, figured it was a woman... Next thing she goes bang in the middle of the road and continues walking facing the few oncoming vehicles, mama no move, na so the cars de swerve to avoid her...
As soon as I passed her I ran like the devil was chasing me... Telling myself, God no go let me see bad thing... Stopped when I got to running when I got to sura... Looked back and she was calmly walking back to the side of the road. Hahahahahahaha Na obviously all these traditional worshippers. Them don come do ritual. When next you reach Adeniji, coming from Iyana Oworo, just climb up like you want to make a U-turn back to Iyana Oworo You'll see different calabashes put there. Ritual nonsense dey inside. That place ehn. |

donfortune48: Fews months ago, something punctured my tire on 3rd MB, towards Yaba exit, around 10pm. I didn't stop to change my tire till I got to Billings way Ikeja.
I just turned on my hazard light and told myself that the only thing that will make me stop is if my wheel falls out and the car can't move again.
The advantage of comercial(C) tires.
That act still surprise me till today. My rider was dumbfounded. Better oh Those RRS there na just to notify ambulance if accident dey. They don't scare those boys. |

No wonder Dele Momodu was against the shutting down of the airports. So he went to the abroad? And because of these people, we are where we are now. Buhari had to wait for his daughter, Atiku's son, Kyari and others to fly in before he decided to shut the airports Covid-19 is a rich man's sickness for now in Nigeria. omorkelly: The best response so far. This should be the seal to all argument. He won't understand how dangerous that place is Touts are called "Area boys". In Adeniji, they have "Area girls". When our firm wants to discharge diesel, you'll see girls. Girls that will slap you if you talk otherwise, or use razor blade to tear tear your hand Near that 3rd Mainland side, there's a bridge that leads you to Carter bridge. Under it is a field. They call it "Argentina". They usually play ball there, and all manner of rape, drugs, and all types of stoners are found there. People have been attacked on that bridge and thrown into the water....No jokes Third mainland bridge no be better place When I drive past Adeniji, I always have this smile on my face. Those memories bro |

Felicity0001: Oh mr professional what is the professional way to handle a rider who turns your car to an hotel cabin for shortrest and indirectly exposing you to danger to accident from the sexual noise disturbance, erection, and vibration I just explained to you why dropping them on that bridge was risky. But then, you called every one that criticised you as "Foolish". So no need to engage you anymore on this Have a nice life, sir |

Felicity0001: na u no normal. na ur papa get uber abi...
You needed to see the position the lady was on the guy before I pulled over. I'm very sure they already had a quickie before I stopped them. And people like you are in support of such sexual and immoral act that has the tenacity of causing a serious accident Nobody is saying that they were right. We only blame you for dropping them on the bridge, when you can just spend an extra 4 minutes and fling them on Iyana Oworo Do you know how risky that bridge is? When next you are alighting from the bridge at Adeniji, you'll see a billboard(LED). I worked with that company for 10 months and I was stationed to resume at Adeniji to maintain that board. That place is terrible. May God not let your car breakdown on that bridge at night. Those touts at Adeniji are among the worst in Lagos. I once resumed one morning and saw a dead body at Adeniji Third mainland bridge is not a good place to walk. Our company usually settles them back then so they don't hurt us. Try and understand our point. You could have handled the situation better |
