I don't know if you are on this thread, but I think you should better take measures to protect your life

So I went to a hospital at Ogba today(was referred there), and while I was outside, a Corolla drove in

It was a woman driving, and the security guy asked her if she had an appointment, she said "No, I'm an Uber driver."

I was shocked angry No gloves, no masks, no sanitizer for your riders. Haaaa

I don't know if you're here ma'am, but just take it easy and think about your life. I still noticed two other drivers today like that

I don't think Nigeria is prepared for this pandemic

We are still slow to shut down activities. We had to wait for Buhari's daughter and Atiku's son to fly in before the airports were closed

Banks are still functioning even though 95% of transactions can be done outside the banking hall(deposit and withdrawal).

People say God isn't a solution for this pandemic, but at this point, only God can save us from an unserious government

if i was coughing and sneezing or showing any sign of the virus, i should be educated enough to self isolate rather than exposing people to danger
You always have a subtle way of deflecting from questions, and I find it amusing grin

Is it every one sneezing that is infected?
Is it everyone coughing that is infected?
Is it everyone having a flu that's infected?

Simple question: How would you feel if a driver dumped you on the bridge at night because you sneezed?

You: I should be educated enough to self isolate if I'm sneezing.

How does your answer justify that question?

While I don't support taking such risks this period, there are professional ways to handle customers.

I'm hoping after you get blocked by uber, you will go for therapy so you don't wake up and kill your loved ones with this level of anger, you even mentioned that the guy apologized yet you went ahead to drop them in the middle of nowhere, infact you should be arrested.

3rd mainland bridge to me is one of the best place for them to have privacy to themselves.... When they r done in sure they could easily trek down to iworosoki which is like 500m away.

@gspark01 say what's in ur mind let have it, I would have allowed them have a quickie on my car right? Oh I c that I paid for a ride means u can do what ever u want and turn it into a hotel room right in my face.
Mr man behave urself ooh.

In case you don't know, know now that an attempt to or making love on the car is a polishable offence. I could have driven them down to a police station and make sure they serve 2yrs in jail. So asking them outta my car was even more human.
What you did was very wrong. Very very wrong. Please try to be careful and apply wisdom in your future endeavours

If something had happened to them on that bridge, how would you explain yourself since you would be traced as the last contact among their movements?

Why not get to Iyana Oworo and drop them at the bus stop?

Everything no be money, car and car. If you saw they died on that bridge after you dropped them, I'm sure you won't forgive yourself even till now

CyberWolf:
The virus can’t enter your body system via face, eye or eye, but through the nose. The nose mask is to prevent you from breathing it in when you accidentally rub your nose region due to involuntary action. It also prevent carears from spreading it when they sneeze and cough. That’s why hand sanitizer/ washing of hands with soap is highly recommended.
So the 5000 that have died in Italy, made the mistake of not wearing masks?

Okay oh. I don hear grin

The government should start thinking of ways to force people to stay at home

Na, the RHD system won’t be a problem. Na wa ooo, Information that a friend gave me is that I can make 20k daily if i work hard on the job in Lagos. He lives in Benin and drives for Bolt platform. He told me he makes 10k daily
20k * 6 days= #120k

120k * 4 weeks= #480,000

Let's say you don't touch 400k. It means you'll buy a new car every 5 months

Can you see that your friend is lying. If it was that easy, nobody would be on rentals grin

You can make 20k gross(Fuel and expenses included), but you'll really drive for long hours. Lagos is not that big, but traffic wears drivers out alot

Pls y’all in the house; I intend buying a Corolla 2005 or 2008 for Uber and Taxify in Lagos. I intend driving it myself. I want to know if it is feasible to make 15-20k daily after fuel and expenses in Lagos.
OR rather how much is feasible?

2. I am a UK returnee, came back this year. I don’t know my way around Lagos at all; is it possible for me to drive effectively using the map?

3. What are the guidelines and advise so that I don’t fall into the hands of thieves, LASTMA etc.

I want to enter into this venture so as not to deplete my savings as I try to stabilise myself in the country.

Thanks, pls candid advice
Sir, if you don't mind, I'll advise you read this thread from page 1000.

I know it's bulky, but you'll learn from other people's experiences. That's the best way to enlighten yourself

And No, you can't make 20k daily after fuel and other expenses

Hope the LHD and RHD won't affect you? Welcome
