Theory (most likely scenario) he knows the owner of the car which was most likely sold ages before he put up the Ad.
he probably knew the owner when he was hell bent on driving a Lexus to his village for half the price of a Lexus!
He used his phone number so when investigators decide to call, he can handle the situation effectively without creating smoke.

if we are able to actually get in touch with the owner or seller of that car I'm sure he'd be shocked to hear that his vehicle is being used to create traffic on one random site

You are very correct my brother, someone once sent me an apology message last year November. He apologized for the way she spoke to me, that day I almost retaliated but I managed to control myself.
I refused to delete the message, when I first read the message I shed tears.
I did because it dawned on me that sometimes the person may be misbehaving because of something else that you may not even know, I try as much as possible to manage stubborn riders, being coordinated and making sure car is always neat especially inside have been helpful.
People are going through a lot having this at the back of your mind will help you to overlook their misbehaviors
