skelvin98: Camry XLE 03. For hire purchase. You live around Ikeja, Ogba, Iju-Ishaga, Ojodu-Berger. WhatsApp 08065900125 (Includes a down payment). I'll advice you as a brother. This deal won't work. Infact, you'll end up making that car a lemon. A very bitter one
Because
1) No driver will want to take a Camry on higher purchase. Rental? Yes. But HP? Hmmmmm The driver will end up not maintaining that car and you'll end up with a lemon
2) That car is an 03. Before he will finish paying you, maybe uber will increase their year model to 04 or 05.
My advice: Give it on rental. HP will not pay you |

dwas: Third mainland road is on maintenance while Lagos Ibadan road is on road construction. Ask any one that plus that road, it was total evacuation up to about 1 meter deep before concrete filling then asphalt.
That takes time if we want durable road except we want it the old way. How many kilometers is the road?
They started construction towards the end of Jonathan's tenure. We are entering Buhari's second tenure and we still dey ontop this road matter
It's been long I passed there but I'm sure RCC must have finished their own portion of the road
There's something about Julius Berger and delays |

cyborg123:
All road construction projects need to be handed over to RCC. Julius Berger doesn't give a damn about inconveniencing people while they are making roads and they are also very slow unlike RCC. I love the way RCC works on Third mainland bridge. Every morning, you see a new change.
How can you block the major exit out of the Lagos temporarily without finding a way to ease the burdens of people.
When the road was open fully, traffic was heavy. I can't imagine the stress that's about to be poured on people now |

Stealth100: Okay, so I just walked up to a site labourer at Ajah and asked how much they earn daily. Guess what? 3k.
So if this guy leaves his labourer work that let's him take home 3k for uber that gives the same or slightly higher take home, is he wise or foolish?
Personally, I would stay on the labourer job and learn from the bricklayers how to build properly, maybe in two years I could graduate from labourer to bricklayer.
Driving uber for two years stagnates your personal growth for two years. No valuable skill learned for two years, no reasonable experience gathered in two years. No real prospect for growth even if you save 3k/day.
Just me thinking out loud sha. Why are you guys like this? |

edawg: Good morning guys,I recently purchased a vehicle to be used personally.Contacted an officer to get my driving license done and he told me It will take 3 moths to get it but I could be driving with a clearance note, pending to when I come for capturing and getting the main card. My question is,can I register on any of the services(Uber/taxify) with the clearance note while waiting for the original? 3 months is a long time.I would appreciate any helpful information. Gracias. For bolt? Yes
But you'll need to provide a means of ID to it. Maybe a national ID or international passport or voters card |

Make una dey shine eyes well o There's is a place in Oshodi that wasn't a one-way before, but it's now a one way. If you're trying to connect Agege motor road from Oshodi via Anthony, youll see some touts there
I was about to pass it weeks back when my rider told me that the uber guy she used yesterday was caught by those touts. Na so I swerve enter the immediate exit |

Mitsurugi: Oga don't just shake your head. This issue affects all of us. Is there more to it you know that we don't know? He raised a salient issue. Those trucks "disappeared" when PMB came visiting only to reappear after he left. Can you proffer a solution? Or is Apapa going to remain on a permanent lockdown? The Apapa gridlock will remain as long as there's no other port working efficiently apart from Lagos
It will also remain as long as we have corrupt leaders, military men and other still occupying positions in service
The problem is almost out of hand. You should know how serious it is when a Vice president visited, and the trucks where still there.
Countries smaller than Nigeria in size and population have more than one functioning port. |
