gobuchinny: the drivers in those parts of the world hold these ehailing company's by jugular, literally.
There was a time they were clamouring for leave allowances similar to regular workers when they are not driving ..didnt follow the news so dont know it it was granted. Nigeria's problem boils down to so many factors: Poverty, hardship, Means if survival, Not organized, tribal differences, religious differences, greed and so on
It's very easy for any leader or employer to exploit any of these options
The reality: A strike is necessary in Nigeria, but it can't work. That's the truth |

Carried one girl within Lekki to Lekki too. She was just making calls for someone to bring #700-#800 to the gate so she can pay me.
She was still commanding while on the trip. "Please go to this lane, blah blah blah". I locked up and took it as a man
Reached her gate. She said I should hoot so the security will open. I said I don't enter into private residences. Aunty said she can't come down here.
Na so I switch of engine, wind down. I didn't say a word. She started preaching how other drivers go in and nothing happens. I stood my ground until another uber guy wanted to enter in. I just take am say she Don win

eghuan1: This Lagos state VIO don de kolo o. Yesterday I went to renew my car papers. Got there and they said I cannot renew that I should get new number plates. All because my car has Edo state number plates. So it's not on their database. I vex comot go Ogun state. These ones says the same thing. I want to know guys, is this the normal practice? I mean I have renewed Lagos and Rivers state plate numbered car in Edo state before with no issues. Even the previous car I used on Uber had Bayelsa number plates. Is this the new plot to increase revenue? Now I have to go to Benin just to renew my car papers You could waybill it to Benin so someone there can help you renew it |

lakkyflow: I smiled when you said the fact I had driven Danfo before , I am not what I am ? Now relax, I drove danfo on weekend then (Saturdays and Sundays ) Courtesy of my friend who is a Mopo and can't drive.. He knows my capabilities and perhaps he sits at the front and we hire a conductor ... But now hear the sad part; It changed My attitude Only within 3 to 4 hours of driving but not my driving techniques ( I meant abusive languages). .. That's all and nothing to lie about .. Oga, you can't drive a vehicle in Lagos for a full week, plying routes in Lagos and you won't get a scratch. Your perfection doesnt really count. Other people will use their madness to make you imperfect
