Kobojunkie:I shouldn't tell any one about God and the Bible? What sort of christian are you? A wolf in sheep clothing? |
At this point in my life i'm willing to believe anything the Bible says no matter how seemingly foolish or irational if i get another opportunity. I tell you the Bible you have in your hands is more than just a book. It is power! What my eyes have seen, my mouth cannot tell. Avoid comments from atheists. If faith comes by hearing, doubt also comes the same way. Don't say you're a strong christian and therefore wouldn't fall. The Bible says: Let he that stands take heed lest he falls. |
Dear believer, i'm writing this warning with a heavy heart. Read and extract wisdom. DO NOT listen to any atheist in this forum, if possible stay away from this site. These atheist usually come up with so called intelligent and well thought out auguments, convincing enough to get the attention of even a strong christian, but don't fall for their lies. Remember the just shall live by faith alone and Jesus said to thomas 'blessed is he that believed even without seeing'. God wants you to believe like a child. Faith is the most precious gift God gives to every believer to connect us with his divine presence. This gift is what the devil seeks to steal by working through this atheists. The devil stole mine 2014/2015 when i payed attention to this atheist. Since then, my life has taken a turn for the worst. I have been tormented and disgraced by demons, i live a life of confusion, emptiness and pains. I have lost the conviction of the holy spirit and the desire for GOD. I have tried to repent but i can't. BE WARNED! |
yomi007k:I intend to visit a teaching hospital when i get my Allawee at the end of the month. How long do the medications last? Any side effects? |
Uchenna10:I work in a christian organization. I wouldn't want people to percieve Alcohol in my breath. |
Danlax:I understand you. But what choice do i have? Do i quit my job and stay back at home? |
EriMma1:Is her place of business close to yours? Why is she still around you? Since her aim of been around you is to compete and win against you, she is not your friend. Cut her off! |
Iloveu778:My social anxiety started from childhood long before i saw my first porn. Its hereditary |
Blaxie:what is 542 and how can i get it? |
Sheistoopretty:for the past 15years, i have consulted with professionals, read books, practiced all manner of advice and more, but its not helpful. I'm So desperate right now. Alot of my coworkers have complained to management that i'm too quite and not a team worker nor interactive. I could be fired soon. I can't continue to be isolated and anxious, i have to make a living, i need to be able to talk to people. I need practical help, medication, a miracle, anything |
Olasyke:So basically i'm doomed? |
Sheistoopretty:I found out that my lying habit is actually caused by anxiety. You would not really understand what mental illness is until you have it. So stop mocking if you've got nothing to say. |
I have a problem of social anxiety and have been a loner from childhood, i rarely keep friends. I believe i inherited this from my parents. When i'm around even a small number of people, especially when i have to talk, my heart begins to beat fast, my head goes blank, my voice begins to shake and my body trembles. I got a job few months ago and i'm required to interact with people, but it has been difficult. Due to the symptoms of anxiety, i have completely isolated my self from people, which has made them dislike and gang up against me. What broke my heart, was that last week during a staff meeting(20 staff), a coworker got up said that i'm a very timid and fearful person. Though i was embarrased, i have to admit that she is right. I have listened to all manner of advice but its not helpful. Recntly, someone advice me to start smoking and i have been condering this option, i'm willing to take anything that would make me confident. I'm tired of been timid and isolated. What do you think? |
kay29000:Thanks. I recently started a job in a place where social interaction is crucial. So I'm desperate |
kay29000:Does energy drink boost your social interaction? I'm asking as an introvert too |
Ayomipoe:Do energy drinks make you more social? I have a problem with social interaction. |
Man |
dyera:......who might misuse it or give to a criminal. |
Vinnie2000:Not all the points listed in the post relates to me personally. Though i have had the experience of been treated like a child expecially when i suffered social anxiety and depression some years ago. I'm writting also from my observation of other short people i have interacted with. Today, i'm a confident person who is able to navigate his social environment and assert himself. |
ThoughtOfYou:Nope. There are advantages of been short too. But in this thread, we focus of the disadvantage. |
What is water ritual? |
Hello everyone, i'm going to be writting about the difficulties and problems short men can relate to. I happen to be a short guy,in my late twenties. I also happen to have come accross and discussed with some men who happen to be short in my environment. So this post is from close observation and experience. Let's go.... 1. Been Mistaken For a Child: This should be the most painful problems short people go through. Since people tend to judge you by your looks, they might approach and even speak to you like they would speak to a child. Its even worst if you have a baby face with no beards. I have a short friend, age 26 who taught in a secondary school complain to me that sometimes a visiting parents ordered him on an errant thinking he was a student. 2. Difficulty Finding A Date: If you ask a woman to list the qualities of her dream man, the chance is she would say Tall, handsome, rich etc. Women prefer to date tall men who can give them a sense of authority and security. In fact, women preference of tall men is a matter of biology, except as a short man, you have other features that could attract her. Even at that, your height still puts you at disadvantage. 3. Difficulty attaining leadership role: It can be difficult to be appointed a leader no matter how outspoken or confident you are. This is because tall men have an auro of authority and control, a feature that short men lack. 4. You're a mostly disrespected: No one ever gets disrespected like a short man. You'd have people who are quick to dismiss, ignore and look down on you. Your height gives them the confidence they wouldn't have had if you were tall. It can be worst if you're not rich or prominent. 5. You're mostly Bullied: I can remember Osita iheme a nollywood actor popularly known as pawpaw talking about been bullied back in secondary school. It can be devastating to become a meal to a poor self esteem, arrogant and narcissistic fellow who wants to feel powerful by putting you down. 6. Low self esteem: Most short people may develop a low self esteem and lost confidence due to the way people treat or respond to them overtime. If you keep getting dismissed and disrespected you might begin to feel inferior. 7. Difficulty Reaching heights. Like top shelf in the kitchen, grocery stores etc 8. Getting hidden in a crowd. Imagine been covered by the crowd in a crusade ground and not able to see the preacher or struggling to see the screen in a viewing center. 9. Not been able to find you cloth size on the boutique. 10. Add yours |
Buhari made more promises during his campaign and this year he would be retiring 'in peace' to Daura after messing up the country. How have we held him responsible? Obi should better shut up and focus on winning the elections first ![]() |
Two wrongs don't make a right. Jesus can change anyone, but killing him denies him an opportunity to repent. |
LilMissRobbie:Watch your mouth. Quit been disrespectful. |
valentineuwakwe:The word 'betting' and 'responsibly' should not be in the same sentence. Anything harmful or addictive cannot be done responsibly. |
Let me go first: 1. Bandana-fireboy ft Asake 2. Last Last- Burna boy 3. Electricity-pheelz ft Davido 4. Extra cool- Young john 5. Kiss Daniel-Buga |
Most of us could have broken down or slipped into deppression if not for the entertaining, motivating and comforting power of music. This year, Nigerian music stars and producers have blessed our ears with magical flows, brain bursting lyrics and catchy beats. What sort of negotiation is Putin blabbing about? He invaded Ukraine and started the war. If he wants to end the war, all he needs to do is withdraw from Ukraine. |
