Wars have been around for centuries. In fact the incidence of wars have reduced. Do you remember the last world war? That was World war 2 and it than 70 years ago. Earthquakes and other natural disasters have been less frequent in spite of what you hear. This is because in this social media age and breaking news coverage, we get abreast of almost all natural disasters, unlike before.
