Ugosample:

Making excuses for these pathetic lot.

Even during the brutal era of Jim Crow, black folks were not this useless in America.
the men were largely responsible, and had families that they fought for.
we had black doctors, engineers, lawyers, we had Thurgood Marshall and the list is endless.

If they did not crack during the jim crow era, why is the family unit in that sub culture done for after Civil rights?

They are the ones damaging themselves (along with Section 8 too)

No excuses biko.

Black folks were equakkt dehumanized in Africa by colonialists, so its not as if we as Africans had it rosy either.

I agree with you that we also had our challenges. I am not supporting any xenophobic behaviour towards us. I relate well with those of them who have decided to make Africa their Spiritual Center of gravity.

Colonialism was a more advanced form of slavery combined with Jim Crow. They allowed the slave trade abolitionist, William Wilberforce, to have his way because they were moving on to the partition of Africa.

Now we are are in Neo-colonialism.

African Independence was for their faithful servants in Black Skin to compete to take over and eliminate any stubborn African leader who did not agree to the continuation of economic disenfranchisement of Africa.

The opppressors of Black Americans realised that the family unit was their strength and cracked it by the spread of Crack in the 80s and State support for family units to break up. As a consequence, those Black Americans I may be seen to be making excuses for, have been switched into autopilot self-destruction.

Our dehumanization in Africa was more of economic and psychological/spiritual and did not involve direct physical confrontation with Racism (except for apartheid South Africa and maybe Zimbabwe).

There is 400 years of separation between the not-so-desirable Black American woman and the Nigerian desirable.

During those centuries, America built it's prosperity by practically wiping out an entire race and zombiezing them into the mental state of The Living Dead.

If we are attracted to America's prosperity, we have to understand that Black Americans fought slavery, fought Jim Crow laws and fought for Civil Rights to make America conducive for us to emigrate into.

I am not asking anyone to be attracted to the ungroomed large-tattooed "badly brought-up" incoherently-dictioned sort. But at least, be empathic as you maintain your safe distance. Their minds are being damaged by a school curriculum and broadcast media that tells them that they are a Nobody in History, so they are living out that classification.

Any Caucasian Canadian citizen who tries to put down Nigerian immigrants, PRs or citizens with self-elevating denigrating comments of Black People should explain what why his/her ancestors sailed from Europe to Canada.

The original inhabitants of Canada were Black People or Black aboriginal native americans. The name Canada can be spelt Kannada, to show that it is not an European name.

https://www.nairaland.com/3522334/africans-first-people-ancient-americas/1#73199491

Canada has successfully hidden their history of enslaving and wiping off the indigenes and claiming to be a safe haven for Black People who want to escape from American racism. There are "grades" of citizenship. You can be let in without being let in.

The power Nigerian immigrants need is to be fully conscious of the real history of Canada and Africa. Without Black People, The Americas would not exist. But we need to free our own minds. Racism is an economic tool to reduce your share of the Canadian Cake, which you are contributing to.

Family / Re: Nigerians Advised To Buy Black Dolls For Their Kids. See Reactions by jantavanta(m): 4:36pm On Dec 30, 2018
All right. Is this doll preferable?

https://www.pinterest.com/gikit/black-dolls/

I grew up seeing Nigerian girls with Caucasian dolls. It was much later on that I wondered why that standard was set for them.

After being colonized by Caucasians, and being given religions that propagate a Caucasian deity and a Negro demon, alongside text books that illustrate all great people as Caucasians, Nigerians are inclined to wish "better" for their girls through Caucasian dolls, as an advancement through self-rejection.

If y'all don't build a regional military with men from other nations you might lose all of Africa to different groups. Pres. Xi doesn't want to rule Africa.

Your vision of regional security integration is apt. But, the colonialists saw it well in advance and took the following steps to checkmate it during the 1884-1885 Berlin Conference for the Partition of Africa.

First, there is a Language/Border issue. Nigeria, English speaking. Completely surrounded by French speaking countries. Along the West Coast, they deliberately interspaced French speaking and English countries. Gambia, English speaking is completely surrounded by Senegal French speaking.

Absence of regional transportation and communication routes made it easier for us to interact in London and Paris than in Africa.

I would not be able to go into Currency and Customs issues, but the aforementioned factors have contributed to the slow pace of regional security integration.

There is a possibility that the BVN database has been hacked.

These fraudsters will get access to a person's BVN name and mobile number and pose as a bank official to demand more information that can be used to manipulate the unsuspecting customer.

They tried it on me recently. This is a Cyber security issue. Which organisation is in charge of protecting the BVN database? Which security standards are being used?

Here is how Europe saw the indigineous Canadians. All Black people with straight hair, wooly hair or kinky hair were once in Africa and their African genes have not "laundered" away even after 100,000 years.

The Out-of-Africans have shared values with us: a respect for Mother Earth. The Aborigines of Australia, will still have common shared values with those of us Currently-in-Africa: their genes could not be de-Africanized by forced adoptions to white families and forced interracial marriages.

You are confusing "black skin" a phenotypical expression that originates in Africa with the concept of "race" as it is understood today

Native Americans express black skin as a "Phenotype", their genetics however are completely separate from contemporary Africans separated by over 50,000 years of evolution and adaptation. They therefore are not contemporary Africans nor do they make up the majority of contemporary "blacks" who's genetics are predominantly tied to the that of their ancestors from Africa.

The concept of race is just a few hundreds of years old. It was created to justify the economic disenfranchisation of people who are not in a position of relative military strength.

The infamous one-drop rule that defines any American having a Black ancestor as Black, no matter how White they look is an example.

Many Black Native American Nations were classified as Negroes in order to deny them of Indigenous Peoples' privileges.

The link between Africa and the Americas has never been broken. The Ancient Egyptians visited there. Kanka Musa of Mali's brother travelled there.

Here is the cover of an article in the Ancient American journal about the Archeology of the Americas before Columbus.

The bureaucratic-statistical concept of "mobile citizens" in fact hides a disturbing truth about the mass emigration of the most educated people from some EU member states which will feel the negative consequences of the brain drain in the long run.

The largest share of people between the ages of 20 and 64 has left Romania, followed by Lithuania (15 percent of the total working-age population), while Croatia is in the third place (14 percent), followed by Portugal (13.9 percent) and Latvia (12.9 percent).

This has been happening since the slave plantation era.

The Americas was a slave plantation where Africans were shipped by British, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch slave ships, to be worked to death picking cotton and growing sugar cane. Any escaping slave when captured would be flogged until his/her skin peels off and blood drips from his/her back. Here is an account of an (ex-)slave trying to escape from police.

Fifty Years In Chains;
or, The Life of an American Slave
Charles Ball, Chapter 18.

I at the same moment heard the report of a gun, and received its contents in my legs, chiefly about, and in my hams. I fell on the road, and was soon surrounded by several persons, who it appeared were a party of patrollers, who had gathered together in this house. They ordered me to cross my hands, which order not being immediately obeyed, they beat me with sticks and stones until I was almost senseless, and entirely unable to make resistance. - They then bound me with cords, and dragged me by the feet back to the house, and threw me into the kitchen, like a dead dog. One of my eyes was almost beaten out, and the blood was running from my mouth, nose and ears;

Then again 3 years ago I was raped by my church group leader! I won't mention the church. This woman is married and older than my own mother! All her 3 kids are schooling in the UK! Her husband is a manager in one of the top oil companies ( Name withheld). ............. So I started worshipping at her church, so one day she invited me to her house fellowship and I went, after the fellowship she asked me to wait behind so I could help her tidy the place and I did before I left she gave me 4k for TP, I refused but she insisted so I took it. I kept going for house fellowship every week and she always gave me TP (4k, 6k, 10k). Every time I asked her why she gave me so much just for transport, she will say she's encouraging me because she knew I wasn't earning much.
So one day I went for house fellowship, as usual,............

@toyflare She gradually weakened your defence system with money and religion. A lot of boys all over the world have been sexually abused by female religious figures, with nobody to talk to because nobody will believe them.

Adakintroy:

...Plus we live in Africa as primitive men. Our women ran around semi nude.
How come we were not raping ourselves to stupor then? We only became wild and uncultured as soon as we touched down on white man shore.
....

@Adakintroy You lived in Africa as civilized people who did not attach sexual thoughts to semi nude or in some cases complete nude. It was ancestral disconnection through slave names (Euro or Arab) that created that wild and uncultured phenomenon.

In think the reason which little boys are preferred by these female abusers is that little boys are not capable of impregnating or controlling these females. In addition, girls upon puberty are restricted from older boys, but not from younger family male family members because we assume that "nothing can happen between family members/relatives".

Why is it in Nigeria they are looking for "Christ" that the Europeans dumped on us? Why can't they go to Europe? They are looking for something else that our eyes cannot value, using the typical European colonial style of missionary pretence.

The world is using every style to acquire Africa's natural resources. Even Russia is now staking DRC (Congo).

Macron visits , then Theresa May, then Angela Merkel then some Chinese asking for our confusion in place of their Confucius. Something is happening.

Over 20 years and they still can't film a proper accident scene (That's like one of the easiest scenes in vfx these days). Don't even get me started on the story. It's something to cry for.

And I hope and pray when we have our gaming industry it doesn't, in any way turn out like the "drama" industry we have.

Now I remember those past incidents.

Concerning the employment of domestic staff by Nigerians and Africans in general, they should learn to keep to oral agreement and not take advantage of the literacy incapability of the staff to demand additional work without supplementary remuneration.

There was the incident of a maigad (security guard) who stole something after being given a forced additional duty of cleaning the inside of the house.

Kabaka100:

It's that Africa man mentality of most Afican ogas and madams not giving a Bleep and looks down on a fellow black that serves him or her. If Nigeria really wants to move forward as country, it has to professionalise domestic work as an occupation where the workers have well negotiated job contract with full human rights and respect. I know this is easier said than done because this is Nigeria where we're too slow to solve social problems that militates against our society and avoid tragedies as this one

I think once we have constant electricity, public water supply, more machines ( like dishwashers) and reduction in youth population it will be easier to professionalise domestic work. For now, there are too many youths who were born with no plan for them, looking for domestic work in Nigeria and Arab countries.
