why do we keep dropping and why is Egbin generation is low?

The consistent blackout in that area, made me to create this thread.

There barely has been a cumulative of 10hrs Power supply in that area, since the beginning of 2016 till date.
This is not an exaggerated postulation, only those living within igando and its environs can actually attest to this.

So, peeps from Igando and its environs, how have you coping with persistent blackout.

Well I dont want to assume but I guess you are saying the previous govts should take the glory for these projects or nothing is actually being done by the present govt.

I believe many of these projects were actually awarded by previous govts but either abandoned or monies were not released for the take off. So the present govt see that the projects are completed.

Ameachi for example abandoned the light rail in PH if Gov Wike finishes it... pls who will you praise for the project?
Now Wike has totally abandoned the light rail project.

Mambilla hydro was conceived in 1980s but nothing has been done about it. If this administration complete Mambilla. Do we give glory to the 1980 govts?

The reason u don't experience improve power supply whenever power generation increases is because Disco can't collect higher bills from what they are currently collecting in your area whether they increase power output to Ur area or not whenever power generation increases, instead of increasing the amount of energy sent to Ur area they will rather sale to where they know increase in power supply will lead to increase in bills collection.

Seems you are professional. But these guys give us 8k bill per month

Please why is that the light in our area is never affected by changes in power generation. when We were generating 2300 MW we had 3hours of light daily now they are generating 4000MW we expect the supply to move up to 5 or 6 hrs now its even worse as we we get 30mins per day now
