We've had scammers post fake pictures of themselves wrapped in bandages on this same NL in the past so Madam Ifyalways scepticism and pragmatic approach is from experience of having dealt with these sort of cases.

The government usually ventures into such business not necessarily to make money but to provide her citizens with basic amenities as it trickles down economic channel

A govt has many ways of making money and as such can augment potential losses from other income streams

However, oil marketers are experts in one field alone therefore it's all about profit for them. Who covers the potential losses when it's almost certain that it's a probable rather than likelihood

The crooks have nothing on business ethics

In effect, the government should borrow you and your friends $2B without considering the following?

The price of oil refuses to rebound so the cost of refining makes the business venture nonviable

One question though, how come dangote was able to leverage in order to pour money into his own refinery venture?
