manny4life: 1. Okay, although the illustration I put above was just referencing between 75% and 100% and I agree with you that a data validation is needed. However, equating on the first line of argument: IF B1="", a simple statement like out of range or N/A will suffice... IMO.

2. I understand the tighter range argument (good though), although I was only saying I did not understand why the "AND" operator function was used since we're restricting to 75% and 100%. To each their own right

I see your point. I didn't bother with blank condition simply because the marks were clearly defined thus my formula will always work for your specified condition.

I also used the AND operator because my formula was designed using range as key criteria

For now, these are my two questions but the formula string is correct.

1) The table was used to illustrate that it works and numbers outside of the defined range will return N/K grade. The IF system for grade A+ could have been tighter as well but i suppose a data validation will be set on column A so as to only accept values of between 75% and 100%

2) Tighter range, less chance of making mistakes with the algebraic expression, i'm used to coding using operators.

Why are you leading these so called suitors on because I don’t understand how you will be getting suitors if you are in a committed relationship.

Ask your man the damn question on what plans he has for you as per marriage and when if marriage is important to you.

2) Focus this wasted energy of yours on getting a good job. A hard working man is more likely to attract a girl that will cope with your excess

Would you be comfortable if he addressed you as babe? I know it’s a term used for someone one is comfortable with but people tend to be able to break the ice by using such terms like that when approaching a lady for the first time.

I think you could have dealt with the annoying guy a lil better. A firm “Thanks for appreciating my beauty but I don’t give my number out to strangers neither do I like being harassed by one so I will appreciate if you stop following me.” I know some knuckle head guys might still not get the message but in such scenario then the best thing to do is just ignore him.
