well, I agree with you on the bolded, but you know how inconsistent buhari is, both in speech and action, I wont start listing some of them here to avoid the risk of needless repetition.

buhari seems to live in his own world (somewhere between 1962-1979) and lacks the tact that diplomacy requires to solve issues as this, forget all the nice speeches, he didn't write them and was just repeating a well (or badly.....depending on the importance you place on syntax) essay.
