The first photo has an ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE NO. gotten from the original result that was lost.

The 2nd which is for President Buhari has 'N/A' and no ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE NO. meaning WAEC intentionally left as there was no certificate to reference it to.
