Waiting for a special capitulation for alts generally may not happen. If you noticed, those coined that pumped well are being attacked and losing value like it's no man's business.

From what I've seen, I think the whales are doing it individually for the alts. Remember FTM? WAVES? Now LUNA....all falling to the pit.

In summary capitulation is happening but in individual terms.

There were signs yesterday with some curious moves causing a minor depeg... perhaps some big players had it planned out.
