There's option of lock staking.

Numerous knee-jerk moves by the cbn in quick succession played a good part in this jump. Let me see where the rate stabilises but for an economy heavily dependent on imports, you could expect goods to begin their rise from next month.

Not a guru... I don't see an issue of default with TBs and bonds. They're denomited in local currency and the government would print money to pay up just as they've always done.

Most of the money used in settling TBs in the past was not from generated revenue. Reason why we should have questioned the high rates despite the instruments being oversubscribed. The effect of such reckless money printing is what we're enjoying now.
