So what should we use as a yardstick?
Do we even have a yardstick or good point of references?
The west try to emulate balance, empathy & fair justice. You see that the voice of the masses are heared. But in Africa especially Nigeria, the poor are silenced. They feel oppressed and will want to impress in return.
Out content writer should see this. This is the difference between having a degree with a brain and having a degree with no brain no be to just Sabi act/write a movies try create a balance and how you want people to live. We just too dey anyhowfor this Nollywood later some will say they dont promote ritual killing or Yahoo. Tv shape mind too
TV/MoviesRe: Money Rituals: In Defence Of Nollywood by Jephyard(m):
Actually Nollywood glamorize ritual killing even if the ritualist end up dying. By now ritual killing should have been a thing of the past but they keep bringing it up in their contents. Actually there are so many ways to make it big illegally there is cybercrime, bloated government contract or in private sector, fraudster (419), oil bunkery, cattle rustlers, car thieves etc but Nollywood don't want to go through that stress of such content cos it take money or might not make money for them so they chose the easy way out by producing content that involve ritual killing it easy to write such content though we can't denied fact that there are ritual killing happening around us but doesn't always necessarily involve human.

We all can't put the blame on Nollywood alone social media has to be regulated and our parent has failed. How can your kid or ward just bring in money without you questioning how he or she made that money even if it a gift one should question the motive behind it.

And I want to beg our fathers please don't leave child raising alone for our mothers most of them don't have the capacity to raise a child. Please we should discouraged divorce, Nigeria don't have the capacity to help in such situations. Out government are the worst, fix the economy and this thing will go down drastically. As for our religious leaders please avoid those guys as a plague those one have mental disorder I don't want to go into detail. How can you believe in a God's 1000km away from you to a God close by. You have no God likeness in your own image. Only the black have no God in their image. Keep bastardizing your tradition without prove no wonder most of us don't have an identity.

CelebritiesRe: Blessing Okoro: Side Chicks Are Major Reason Most Men Are Still Married by Jephyard(m): 3:51pm On Jan 29, 2022
Na wa o, now I understand the brain drain effect in Nigeria. Just like some married men find solace in beer or alcoholic beverages when there is trouble at home so it the Nigeria Breweries that is saving their marriage or those who find solace in their work after trouble at home it now translate being the work saving marriages. See how I felt so sorry for those who said she is correct.

For those supporting her please give us just two examples how are side chicks or side cock save marriages please. I understand it her reality cos of the environment she is or she was that doesn't mean it some other people reality. Some of you are cheat and anyhow. You lack self-discipline even if your wife/husband didn't trouble you, you will still find reason to cheat. Please if you want to cheat, cheat and don't hang it on anyone else not on side chick/cock, Alcohol, work, weed etc it how you solve your own problem. Christianity EtcRe: Juliana Olayode Accuses Pastor Timilehin Of Sexually Abusing Her Sister by Jephyard(m):
Like I told my friends being born again does not remove your past deed, how you go about it that make the difference either for good or bad. What is embedded in your DNA remian with you even if nah Jesus Christ/Mohammed (S.A.W) baptized you or spoke to you. What make the difference is being discipline. A womanizer will always be a womanizer, a robber will always be a robber or whatever. How you utilise your past experience either good or bad deed for good work that you proclaimed that make the difference.

Another thing that beat my imagination is that how do people drop their guard just because someone mention the name of thier God. They become trusting all of a sudden to a total stranger without background checks.

Women sometimes some of the things that befall you ladies most of you deserve it all. I am just being honest.

At the op, stop seeing it as a problem, stop making it a big task, see it more like a thing you want to set aside for now. Some of us stop eating what we like not because it was bad but because we needed a change like we want to try some other things - just like you left masturbation without looking back, you can also do the the same for the prostitute. by the way practice safe sex at all time.
FamilyRe: My Marriage Is On The Verge Of Crashing. by Jephyard(m): 1:00pm On Jan 21, 2022
At the Op, Bros there is nothing like marital rape in Nigeria constitution for now u didn't not rape any body no matter, a husband cannot rape his wife if anyone have other view he should bring it forward back with the Nigeria constitution. As long you both are legally married there is no rape case here. For hitting her it totally wrong that's the only case anyone can hold you for so get it.

I want to be honest with you please stop begging your wife you have tried already, it now you start planning to save your marriage. She has bear her cards already it time for you to play yours. Your head is needed here now. Since she has involve her parents it time you involve yours too, let them tug it out while you stand your ground for your actions that you have every right to your woman body and if they bring the slap up apologize for that.

Tell them that they can't enroll your daughter in a new school reason being it will affect her academics. Coping with new faces ain't easy for a child. Since you guys ain't divorce they can't make such move for you except they have to file for a divorce. Bro stand your ground.

If anyone come with pschological trauma tell them same as well that you were psychological imbalance when you hit her cos she denied you pussy. Be strong bro. No be only she get psychological effect you too did, now she has made you to become a beast out of no where

Do you all see why we say Nigerian don't know the kind of Christainity they practice even an African gods won't accept a prayer of a prostitute before repentance. Christ won't accept this shit no matter how you want to put it. So some of you will support a thief who prayed before stealing even when you know stealing is bad even if he become successful in it. You all are supporting prostitution cos u don't know what damage it cause to the society at large. You think it just stop there, do you understand the moral decandance that follows.

Religion is really an opium for the masses indeed. So many awkward post so many of u are despicable in the name of God as cover.

Land in Ibeju Lekki I doubt he can find that amount except he want to give them part of the free trade zone land that has not been acquired but who want to live in an industrial zone with his/her family and ocean surge in the future, nah not a good prospect for the omonile. Badagry is almost gone except for government GRA there. Someone said sangotedo, there is no land in sangotedo. The best bet for the govt is to relocate the illegal occupant to another place or pay them for the current value of the land.

Yes, Toke doesn't represent strength, street or someone rugged. Her voice doesn't even give that command tone from a woman from strong background. Patience the wicked Step mother would have done well than her. The show is not about being sexy and trendy. It about strength, character, brain, street, survival and toke ain't one (no be baby girl life style) She doesn't represent that appeal. Immediately I saw some part of it I just lost interest. I don't even like movies wey women will be kicking everyone so easy because of their Built I go just lost interest asap (my bias Women make una vex e get something in life you guys can't fill the role no matter how Hollywood/Nollywood paint it just doesn't fill right for some of us)

Some how I feel what this op is saying is wrong. I have been on both sides of life being poor and being rich. The question everyone is not asking is why do rich people think everyone is jealous of their wealth or why did people who just made money thinks people envy them.

In Nigeria that I know everyone loves money bag, handsome/big boys, fine/big girls and so on. No one love the poor. So where does this notion come that the poor hate you for making money in short if you are among them you are seen as their helper.

This is what I notice about people who just made money, Arrogance. You no longer hangout with your old pal, u no long listen to their opinion, you become disprectful, you think your opinion count only and so many. I have been there and become a better person. So stop the notion that people envy u when u made money. It you who got the problem not the other person.

At op don't mind anyone saying you should mind your own business. Anywhere I entered I first of all observe the people around me even if nah heaven I go do my own check. Bad association corrupt!

I know is a new thing to see a ring on someone toe might be a fashion, culture or something else but what you should have done is to ask the person putting it on, by complimenting her first and asking reason for it you might learn one or two things about it.

It about the heart! It about the heart!! No one goes to church wearing a bikini it inappropriate for such setting. Anyway it from the abundance of the heart u see such act u can't dress like a tout or like a slit or hoe without me asking if u are thinking right.
FamilyBurial Parties! For What Purpose? by Jephyard(op): 1:46pm On Nov 06, 2021
I have a very important question to ask. Why do we organized parties during burials. I don't understand this concept of burial party.

Someone that is in lost or mourning will be running around for people welfare or to organize a party for lost one. Should not the people coming to condone the family to bring something like food themselves to show sympathy to the family that lost a member.

Please don't tell me it an African thing I have been around for while now before all these jamboree. It used to be a moment of sober reflection, a moment of despair encouraging one to embrace life irrespective of the lost one but today I just don't get it. Who celebrate the demised of a love one except that person is evil personified, if you fail on a project deadline do you celebrate?

At op there are soups that cut across tribe or nation soups like Bitter Leaf Soup, Beans (Gbegiri) Soup, Vegetable Soup (Efo riro) Okra Soup, Egusi doesn't solely belong to any tribe. And by the way most tribe has their own black soup (the Ilaje, Benin, Igala etc has their own distinctive black soup)

Some soups like
Cassava Soup
White Soup
Corn Soup
Groundnut Soup
Beneseed Soup there are so many out there.

It just weird to me that I don't enjoy most Igbo native soup. It not just for me even with the hype. South south are the bomb when it come to soup
FamilyRe: Should I Tell My Dad That My Step-brother Is Not His Son ? by Jephyard(m): 2:01pm On Oct 14, 2021
Actually the best thing to do is to tell your dad what you heard if it true. No one knows if you your dad can withstand the news or not after all he has seen both the good and ugly side of life so what the hell do you want to tell him that he has not seen under the sun. He deserves to know the truth.

I will advice you tell him, it best he knows he might live long afterward trust me the truth always bring peace last last. No let anybody bully you not to ask or reveal what you have heard. Remember this after war there is peace. If you leave it like this it you that will carry the burden for life and it won't do your health no good.

After all your step bro is still family even if he is not the biological son of your father. You will also being doing him good by saying the truth reason being that he will know where he stand and you might not act wierd anytime he is around around the family if you don't reveal what you have heard. Save everyone the stress of tomorrow by solving the puzzle today.

15mins of drilling a puzzy is more than enough. Unless you're a Indecency star getting paid fo that shyt.
@Op this is the best you can get no let anyone deceive you here. By the way the more you have sex the better you become, no one get better without practicing first. Anything wey pass 15 minutes na suffer u dey suffer yourself. If the babe no satisfied tell her to ride you, she will cum on her own with the energy spent. Everything is physics use sense.
TravelRe: What I Noticed In My Hotel Room by Jephyard(m): 1:59pm On Sep 20, 2021
Rapgod101:
You should be aware of this... When you enter a hotel,
you better check the surroundings... Especially if there are small holes on the wall, you should look carefully... You might not notice there's , a hidden camera... Just like the one beside that plug... Good thing is my colleagues noticed it .. So we immediately covered it... We thought at first it was just for cable
But my colleague noticed it right away...
I won't mention the hotel... The important thing is you should be aware... That's it... It might just help... Good luck
Of what use is this news if you can't name the hotel. If you are so sure it was a hidden camera you should have call the management for infringement of privacy. Look I hate it when someone give news or Info and state that he won't mention the name, if you are not going to mention the name why tell us. Now you have created a hysteria where I have to check every house I enter for hidden cam even in Church/Mosque where I should feel safe, garages, govt house, Uber/bolt ride, fuel station, parks and so many on. U just spoil my day.
