I have also seen from experience that sometime in the states,packed up "Motor" or "engine" can be replaced but most used car dealers wont bother to state that or include it in the reports for sale. Now a used vehicle that has 180k miles and got a new engine of 110k,you cant say such vehicle wont last in Nigeria?of course it will.besides,the way vehicle are used and maintained abroad is not the same as here. Therefore to me,it does not matter the mileage of 160k, as long as the engine is sound and i can have a carfax or autocheck report proving the mileage is same or close to whats seen on board, i'm good with it. I DON'T RECOMMEND SALVAGE,ESPECIALLY WITH FRONT DAMAGES.Experience have taught me better. |

mum2:Mum2 thank you.your summarised statement iis noted however,I would like to correct you on some facts. 1.Selection of pastors as directed by daddy adeboye is NOT and never based on how big your finance is.capital NO.however,when you have a ministry with parishes that spans over 30 something thousand in various locations,you will agree one single person can't effectively single handedly supervised the activities there.As such there will be appointed serving ministers to versee such affairs.Thus who presents local assembly pastors is not pastor adeboye but the appointed officials of various cadre. 2.You will agree with me when a congregation is large of course "tares" will mingle with "wheat" and to "sift"out such is not an easy task.look around every big ministry all the world from orthodox to pentecostal, they all have their challenges. 3.I am not here to defend RCCG mission but to defend the only MAN I give all of my total regard to without any reservation amd that is Daddy Adeboye.the man's "simple prayer" for me that took away my years of "terminal suffering" deserves all and nothing short of it. If all pastors will genuinely obey daddy,many of them won't be operating under God's curse.believe me,many of them dying regularly or have one trouble or the other only God can handle. If a pastor (an official of a church in the midst of several others) becomes greedy eventually and derailed,has that made the entire ministry a fraud?is it only erastus that's the only rich pastor in rccg?FYI there are so many workers and pastors,even with foreign investments who readily make themselves available for service in Gods kingdom. Not because they have finance (a temporary benefit)but they recognised services to humanity through Godly directives are far more rewarding than any earthly appointment. @tudor,I am ashamed at your irresponsible and reckless statement accorded to pastor adeboye. how is he a greedy crook? First on the list is TOYOTA.any toyota brand is ever market ready.robbers can snatch 2008 toyota camry now and sell it for 500k.all this jist about easy maintenace, "puff"one of the reasons toyota brand is hot here is its "fuel efficieny" period.Only God knows how those japs developed that tech and system. Next in line is honda.just as posters have written here,if you have ever lived or been to northern nigeria,honda is their preffered choice.even if its 1972 model,but in kaduna,if you have all the types of honda and you don't have at least a peugeot 406,you are yet to join "the league of big men". In south east anything volkswagen product, "Golf,passat,audi,"most are not into bmw cos of its fuel consumption but you see those 3 brands,they're hot cakes in south east.from edo state upward.however in cross river and akwa ibom,their preffered choice is the swedish car VOLVO. Therefore if you want less stress and less worrisome on parts,go for american cars.I use ford expedition,although it guzzles fuel (in hold ups)that monster has got LIFE,strenght,CLASS and enough room for everybody.(American SUVs are more suitable for lagos roads if you are living off lagos island)and the cost of parts are not different from any japanese, check from ladipo,ojuelegba,owode onirin,maryland and ogba,all american parts (genuine used or brand new)are readily affordable. For car dealers,they would prefer to sell Toyota,honda,nissan products cos that's what most nigerians are after. now the trend is changing. Above all,if your preference lies amongst these 3,then get a working DIY tracker or the biometric scanner car security devices. Cheers |

Everyone is entitled to address his parent 'physical or spiritual' as they are pleased as long as it does contradict the scriptures nor displeases Christ Jesus. You can address your pastor by his name or title informally,while I can address mine as daddy.I care less how anyone feels about that. @charloe Its simple, e.g in a country such as nigeria we have the president and the state governors who are been addressed as 'first citizens' isn't that right? At every worship centers there are as there will always be a priest, even when the scriptures refered to us as "royal priesthoods" there are those who God still channels responsibilities to,in every spiritual gathering. Thus in RCCG,the overall priest (high priest) is the General Overseer.For believers world wide,Christ Jesus is our High Priest.Do you get it now?and that is No Blasphemy as you alledge. @ poster,if your true intention is to serve God and not man,you need not do what most posters here have stated. you will under go spiritual training supervised by God and in due time,He will make your divine gifts known. This includes but not the least,patience,long suffering,endurance,humility even in the face of unwarranted hostility from "spiritual authority",willingness and readiness to give sacrificially (many don't understand this),undergo leadership training with biblical imbibed doctrine,e.g baptismal class, S.O.D,bible college,school of evangelism,etc I admit there are so many who had bribed their way to become ordained in rccg,mind you they were already under a curse by daddy G.O. I understand one can get cheap or even cheaper cars in japan but the cost of RORO shipment to africa is scary and makes them not profitable (biz sense).or do you know any reliable forwarder or shipper who ships cars and vans from japan to lagos cheap?please direct me to one. As for me,if you have your bill of ladin and custom papers for lagos registration,just BREEZE in to any oceanic bank and ask for AUTOREG.tell em you need to have your car register (even renewal) and they'll ask you to submit the available shipping and custom docs and payment,usually between N25,000 and 30,000 cos of d new third party insurance rate.in 2 days u get ur plate and other docs.fini. |
