Please my friend is broken and I don't know how I can be of help anymore. I would be glad if lalasticlala would push this to the front page for more people to voice out their opinions on what would be of help.


This girl is my best friend and I love her so much. She is the nicest most amazing friend I have ever met.
She is funny and beautiful when I say beautiful, my bae is very fine, she now has red hair and hazel eyes. She is tall and has small British accent everybody just want to get close to her
and when she smiles her two dimples just makes this babe fire. She is very funny and acts like cartoon but she is also very honest and easy to see through. When she is angry you would see her face red and when she is embarrassed she'll just be pink�.
I hope she'll be able to get her glow again.
I video called her yesterday and I noticed all the colour on her face and the glow she used to have have all faded.
I asked her what was wrong and she just said the same thing she has been telling me for a year and a half now. That she was losing herself, all because of one boy like that in our school. I was not surprised but rather felt pity for her.
The whole gist is like this.
Back in our 200 level, she told me one time we were in class reading that she had a crush. At first I thought it was just a normal thing for someone to have a crush, so I told her that it would fade with time that it was just lust. Then as a curious person � I used style to ask her who her crush was and she told me his name Jericho ( not his real name). I laughed at her because this boy in particular is a good Christian boy and was too focused to be involved with any unnecessary thing he was a year ahead of us in class.She told me the boy was always looking at her. I told her he was always looking at girls that she should just forget him. I was hoping she was going to give up because this boy is very famous in my school, he is very fine and intelligent so girls used to rush him like market. I thought that was the end of the story. Until one time when we were in class reading, the boy walked to where she was and they started talking and laughing for hours. At first I was surprised because she said they just met three weeks ago and now they were acting like they knew each other for years. Wetin consign me, when I was done I told her I was leaving but she was too carried away leaning on the boy, smiling. Toh as per I no send I walked away. Sometimes, I saw them in church.
Me I didn't know what went down again till one time she came to my hostel to lament. She said she had been texting the boy and he normally takes days to answer and that he was always acting like he loved her one time and the next day he was cold. I advised her to put her books in place of the boy that she didn't come to school to be following man around. We ended that one there, she even deleted his number and began to get more busy. I noticed something during that time, that she looked more lost and sad, I brushed it off thinking it was school stress but my people my babe lost every spark in her. I tried telling her to attend more students fellowship but she refused, my babe said she was not into attending meetings anyhow. We closed that one again and went for summer break.
When we resumed I saw her hugging the boy outside class one day, me masef I shock. I cornered her to one side na to know what's up. Kelly told me, that he called her during the break to apologize and to tell her he would make up for all the drifting and heartaches. I no talk again oh. I must say he began to take her out to cut her hair, comes to sit close to her in chapel, takes pictures with her, even doing other things that surprised me, me been think say na Christian brother till I saw him winking at her one time from the technical unit stand. Sometimes when my babe is not looking I would turn to that place and see him staring at her. I concluded that maybe he was now into her. They hugged, talked laughed, all the glow for my babes face came back like rainbow. I found myself envying them. Because she would show me their chats, how he would apologize when he texted late, all the compliments from any new haircut. What I admire about their gist was, that there were no sexual discussion only family and health and other cute things.
Kelly would show any of her other clique their texts, their pictures, the things they do together.
I think that was what led to what I'm going to discuss later on. The girls in my school are hungry for this nigger, omobabalowo con get sense and brain ontop.
Laslas, one thing lead to the other, one other girl in our clique later told me and Kelly there was another girl In another department that Jericho was inlove with but the babe no wan do and the babe na hot chick. You should have seen all the colours fade from her face, she began to cry. She kept saying "I've made a fool of myself". Na so the love do catch the girl.
She walked away and when I went to see her later on, she told me she had already deleted his number and was ready to move on. She said the reason she was doing this, was because he was always taking time to reply and when she first told him she liked home he said what does it matter that people change and feelings fade. Then he added what would she do if she stopped liking him. She said the feeling was not mutual and if that "hot" chick from the other department was involved that was the end of it. From the way she narrated the story, I too thought I was better if she stopped talking to him. Sometimes I question myself if it's out of jealousy or personal opinion.
I think she tried her best, because she wiped all their pictures again, deleted whatsaaps chats, deleted his number.
But Everytime I looked at her, I think she was hurting. She is the easiest person to read. Sometimes when we were together she would just hold her chest and tears would fall from her eyes. I think she really loved him from what she said one time"I feel peace when I'm with him".
I think she is still hurting because from the video chat, she said since she deleted his number he never called or texted but before that, she had called one day but he didn't pick or return the call. I think her doubts were cleared from that.
But my babe looked miserable and her voice was cracking I didn't have to ask she told me she was deeply hurting and hope she would heal some day.

I want to tell her the truth that she was the one pushing herself all over the boy, but I think that would be rather harsh. What should I tell her?, My baby is broken.
