I only questioned the testimony. Is it every testimony you hear that you believe? Be honest with yourself!

It should also be noted that there are pastors who are not up to him in annointing and financial wise but carries a whole lot of police escort each time they are moving from one destination to another.

i personally dont like my pastor is better than yours attitude. you can say whatever you like about your pastor. i dont think putting down other pastors is justified.

I can work up to 80/90hr weeks and I am afraid maybe that had something to do with it. When he came back from work, iwas going to work, but what option did I have. I couldn't let us starve and have no roof over our heads. We have a big mortgage to pay. His new woman dosen't work, she's an asylum seeker(so he told me). So she probably has all the time in the world to be on his beck and call. He told me to do extra hours at work for us to be a bit comfartable, now look where that has left us, another woman taking my place! I just don't know. Life is too tough! His mother told me that he complains  that he never sees me because of my workload but I'm doing it for our family's future. Is that an abomonation in Nigeria?

i dont know where you reside. just type in ministries in america into google and see how many you get. there must be millions of ministries in america. so you conclude that a man refuses to join a voluntary organisation of 1100 members he must have something to hide. some places like atlanta and texas alone should have 100,000 ministries each. so every ministries there that didnt join the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability are crooks or have something to hide

I wonder why he hides his books from scrutiny by the evangelical body set up to clean up financial mismanagement.  Other "reputable" pastors (notably Billy Graham) have joined and had their ministry examine.  I wonder why Hinn would not submit to that.  That alone  does not mean he is a fraud, but it smacks of skeletons in cupboards.

the senate committee has given his ministry  a clean bill of health is not okay for you.  can you name here the people that set up the evangelical body cleaning up financial mismanagement and who regulates them.

anybody is permitted to set anything. we are all not required by law to acknowledge their existence let alone reply their letters.  as far as i know the figures he files annually can be viewed by anyone who legitimately feels he has right to see them.  if it was an english charity  you could actually see the figures online.   

i have said this before. God is not Nigeria and the rest of the world don't operate like Nigerians operate.  we come from a society that people do anything for money so we see anyone successfull as either a thief or a fraudstar because that is the only way people get rich in your environment.  surprise surprise  they are all not thieves.  some of them wake up everyday looking for ways to better their lives and that of  other millions.

The Ekiti Democratic Coalition Alliance has berated the members of the House of Representatives over the N3m each of them allegedly collected as Eid-el-fitri bonus.

EDCA, in a statement in Ado-Ekiti on Monday by its National Coordinator, Mr. Morakinyo Ogele, said the largesse was another ploy to impoverish the masses.

The group asked the lawmakers to return the Sallah bonus to the treasury or face recall from their various constituencies.

It, however, commended the senators for not collecting the money. The group advised the anti-corruption commissions to immediately probe the payment.

EDCA also described the bonus as an insult to the intelligence of Nigerians, after the lawmakers had earlier “awarded themselves jumbo wardrobe, car, constituency, stationery and other allowances on assumption of office.”

It noted that it was unfortunate that each senator had been taking home not less than N20m monthly, with each member of the House, collecting N12m every month.

EDCA said, “These people in the House of Representatives are rich enough to take from their legitimate income to celebrate Eid-el-Fitri or any other religious festival.

“Religion is a personal matter. State fund that is supposed to be used to cater for the welfare of the masses, should not be wasted on the celebration of a religious festival.”
