Learn how to spare some moments and have fun! Go to parties, make new friends, drink responsibly, dance, watch movies, go on vacations etc. Do all those stuff that make you happy even while you're working and chasing money. We only live once!

You're spot on! Alot of ladies in this generation are very confused. They'll be playing hide and seek with a good man until the man gets tired and move on. This is why many ladies remain unmarried until old age catches up with them. Federal government has continually aided and abetted the deterioration in our healthcare system in this country! Imagine that JOHESU has been on strike since going to 3 months with essential services completely grounded, yet FG and the minister of health has remained adamant in meeting the noble demands of the health workers!

Prof Ali Pate has chosen to favour only medical doctors in our hospitals while the bulk of health workers languish in poor wages and lack of professional growth! FG must do the needful by sacking Prof Ali Pate and appointing an unbiased person to run the health ministry!

Government must also carry out an understudy of healthcare systems of other countries like the US, Canada, Australia and the UK to determine how these countries treat their health workers which has resulted to industrial harmony and professional growths and satisfaction by the various professional groups working in their healthcare system. They don't trod on the rights of other healthcare professionals just to satisfy the whims and caprices of their physician healthcare workers!

What kind of evil mindset is this that NMA and Prof Ali Pate are using to destroy our healthcare system for crying out loud?!! How wicked can they be!

Every state should create similar agency like the plateau State drugs and medical commodities management agency and also make it functional!

This will ensure that life-saving drugs and medical consumables are available in all hospitals and clinics in the states

You are not wrong. They are different types of antivenom for different species of snakes. Antivenom for cobra bite does not work for viper’s bite.

Neurotoxicity Antivenom is for snakes like Cobras, Black Mambas and Coral Snakes.

Hemotoxic Antivenom for snakes like vipers, puff adders and rattle snakes.

Go get updated. There anti snake venoms that are used for multiple poisonous snakes in a specific region. They are capable of neutralising both the neurotoxicity and hemotoxicity of snakes. You don't have to wait until you identify the snake species before using such antidotes

Not all kinds of snake bites. They is no antivenom for all types of snake bites!

Actually they are used to neutralise venoms from most poisonous snakes in our region without having to identify the particular snake type.

You only administer Anti-venom based on the snake type as we are taught in school. It was after she passed that Snake catchers were sent to her house and the snake killed.

Not a good way to die. May God Almighty comfort her family.

The lecturers that taught you obviously didn't teach you about polyvalent anti snake venoms that can be used for all kinds of snakes

No law is stopping them. It's just that anti-venoms are expensive, need proper storage, and the snake has to be accurately identified by the victim for it to be effective.

Nigeria has no effective emergency response, and bear it in mind that some snake venom kills as little as under an hour.

So you see some of the complications involved?

There are polyvalent anti snake venoms that can be used for most poisonous snakes in this region. Nigeria is just not serious with her healthcare system!

Yet some people would want us to avoid killing snakes in the name of conservation! Any animal that poses a threat to human life should never be spared! Kill all snakes wherever you find them.
