I suggest by next year the Governor should ensure aggressive development in Okigwe city center.
After the construction of ow-okigwe road, Most state functions should be shifted to this okigwe center to ensure inclusive governance and encourage economic activities.

No. Most of the good roads in Owerri and Imo are the ones built by Okorocha. The Mbakwe roads were under steady repairs and reasphalting by all his successors until Okorocha came and added so many more roads as well as expanding and maintaining those of Mbakwe. It us still the same roads that Uzodinma is rehabilitating not building new ones.
But why did it take them years to construct poly-iheagwa road?. Sen Hope is doing a fantastic job. Not really self centered like those who build because their properties are around there.

there are roads that actually fail in the first few months of construction i nigeria..in that situation it isn't maintainance but down right poor construction
Perhaps if they use iron bars that restrict certain type of cars, have drainage system, then you shouldn't worry much about street roads and it's standard.

One thing I like about the current administration is bringing the dividends of governance to people's door step. Streets are being marked for construction. Drainages are also being paid attention to. If the underground drainage system is completed, things would get a lot better.

We won, but 2 of the substitutions were errors that could have cost us the victory. Clearly Mount was the playmaker, cleverer and smarter than Wener, why not remove Werner instead, also the last substitution Harvetz is not fit for this kind of physical match
I guess you know more than the coach.
You want to remove the fastest forward (Werner) and allow all Liverpool players to press knowing that their is no threat of a possible counter

how about the part where i said that numerous studies have shown that a child needs a mother and a father? you did not see that part? is that not one way it affects society?

to directly answer your question, America legalised it not more than 10years ago, it would take time for the effects to start showing. Already they lawsuits challenging why men who identify as women should be participating in women sports.

children in public schools are being taught that homosexuality is normal, basically they are trying to change the perspective of society from a very young age.
Now tell me, if homosexuality was natural, would they need to force children to accept it at a young age?
Exactly.
If homosexuality happens by chance as people claim, Why not leave the children alone so they can develop theirs by chance and focus on educating the adults.

You cant say something always been there and then call it a trend like it just got manufactured, in next 100 years not everyone will legalize homosexuality but it won't disappear so how is it a trend?
It is a trend.. by forming a community of it in the open

Just like someone can promote underaged sex that had always existed...and advocating for relationships between 13year old girl(or girls who have started seeing their period) and other adult male globally... When it scales through, it becomes a trend and that doesn't mean some people weren't practicing it in the past

Cherry picking on what? you guys are majoring on non issue, you can't disagree with me that homosexuality isn't a global trend or something new, its always been there.

Only difference is the world is being more acceptable to it, there was a time blacks were used for slavery and segregated, it was a norm till world realized it was wrong and made changes, in life change is constant, even Pope agrees lgbt people shouldn't be discriminated
Homosexuality is a trend.
People had homosexual tendencies in the past ..yes. Certain cultures found it abhorrent in Africa..yes.
So people who do not even constitute up to 2% of a community hid their homosexual tendencies for fear of punishment.. yes

Then a certain or will I say liberal minded people decided to embrace it in the open..yes

Those people are world power today and pushing this agenda ...yes

Therefore homosexuality and all those your Qyz is currently a global trend... EMPHATIC YES!

Homosexuality isnt a global trend, there are traces of ancient homosexuality within Africa, homosexuality is nothing new it has always existed even transgender and cross dressing, do your research so you will stop thinking homosexuality is a foreign import.

This is where most of you fail, I was never in opinion decriminalization or criminalization of homosexuality has any direct effect on leadership and development in Africa like most of you think, what decriminalization of homosexuality brings is discrimination and discrimination is bad I'm against that.

Most first world countries have homosexuality legalized yet in terms of leadership and development they are far ahead of africa this is enough example to tell you homosexuality isn't problem we Africans have, focus on better issues and leave homosexuality alone, Africans say homosexuality is bad yet on daily basis they are migrating to countries where it's legal
You are getting twisted. The idea is not to follow a global trend. LGBT is never our thing.

Racism for example is something you will find everyday in the west be it at work place, school etc. They can't just stop it. And they won't because it is a 'tool' for telling you they are better of.

Migration of Africans to those places is not born out of hypocrisy but out of hunger. Else they should dread going to places they are racially abused on a daily basis.

I still maintain my point. It shouldn't be accepted not because we hate LGBT as God's creatures but to discourage a western agenda to control you.

Keep quiet if your discrimination of homosexuality won't improve leadership in Africa.

If you can question what homosexuality will improve, I can equally question what criminalization of it will bring

bottom line is leave people alone with their sexuality

Explain how criminalization of homosexuality will improve leadership and bring development to Africa
You see why I always get amazed when Africans react. Read my first paragraph..

Bulk(majority) of the problem is from bad leadership.

Part of the problem... copying religion/culture , which is a factor of neocolonialism.

The whole context of my write up doesn't suggest that criminalizing LGBT will improve the fortunes of Africa

It simply means.. you are nearer to neocolonialism when you accept it. Be it religion or culture

I like the way Africans respect their cultures and condemned the Westerners,

Not in every thing they(Westerners) should be worshipped.
Exactly. The bulk of the problem in Africa is bad leadership. And a part of the problem in Africa is copying every culture/religion from the westerners/foreigners.

My question then is; How will the promotion of LGBT community in Africa improve leadership in the region or help to break free from neocolonialism?

It's quite sad we live in a controlled world. People demonize HIV as if it's a death sentence where as it's just a 'passenger' virus not even harmful to cells. There is no scientific evidence till date that it leads to a deficient immunity. They are all agenda. Most of the problems start when you take certain 'drugs' which were originally made for cancer patients.
You will be in class, they will just be teaching u imaginary things like HIV receptor 1 and all those manufactured jargons that do not have any physiological or biochemical correlation whatsoever in the body.
I have stayed with white folks, they dread maleria more. We should even dread maleria more because in Nigeria, it has more mortality rates in under-fives and expectant mothers.

All the characters interpreted their roles very well, even down to other featured characters,

It's time truth be told. Religion is man made and the reason is just for control of the gullibles. At times I wonder why the so called powerful men of god in Nigeria can't just pray and command all these terrorist to stop all these atrocities but if it's to brag and terrorise their gullible innocent members they have power. Things are getting worse, all they do is to add more to our problem.
Government failed
Religion failed
Who can save us?
Exactly.. I'm amazed that in 21st century some people are saying he should pray and act according to his faith or better still die, while other developed Nations try their best to rescue their own.

you can't build on water ways?
It depends on the topography. The building is on a higher topography.
What you should question is the integrity of the foundation.

Lol. English teacher.
Shall and will are used interchangeably in practice.

Shall in law doesn't mean it's not affirmative, it's just that the mannerism of order are made to look kindly.
