Please, I have a couple of questions to ask.
1. Which is the best to go for in Canada, Masters, Post Graduate Diploma or post Graduate Certificate?
Hello, I find it hard to believe you have been following this thread.
Going for a master's also depends on your class of graduation from second-class upper you can apply directly for a master's program at University while second-class lower you can't apply for a master's program directly unless you go through a prospective supervisor. All programs are good depend on your budget and class of graduation.
2. What is the difference between Post Graduate Diploma and Post Graduate Certificate?
Duration and Depth:
Post Graduate Diploma (PGD): Typically, a PGD is a more extended program compared to a PGC. It usually involves a more in-depth study of a particular subject, often requiring more credits and a more comprehensive curriculum.
Post Graduate Certificate (PGC): PGC programs are generally shorter in duration and may focus on a specific area or skill set within a broader field. They are designed to provide specialized knowledge or skills without the comprehensive scope of a diploma.
Admission Requirements:

Please guys I'm stuck, I'm for May entry and I have been building my account since November, its a family of 3 application, my husband I have a joint fixed deposit account with 17m, and I have 20m in my account, lump sum explained...my problem is that can I submit my application wen my account is not up to 4month, or should i add my dad has a Co sponsor with his own account statement for 6months and send my own 2month + account too with the fixed deposit or I should just wait for the 4month.. ps I have done upfront medical...please I'm confused

My application has been messed up by an agent. He submitted fictitious documents and other information that are not true about me.

Problem started when he refused to drop login credentials to my IRCC application portal and he was acting suspicious, so I decided to verify every document that he sent me.

LOA for Conestoga College, course: Information Technology Business Analysis (1372). This was fake. School responded to my mail that information on the LOA does not match their record.

After so much pressure in November 2023 to know the status of my application and requesting for my login credentials to IRCC portal or screenshot of my dashboard and email he used to submit my application. He sent me a refusal letter dated barely 2 weeks after my biometrics. Date on refusal letter, March 29, 2023. I did my biometrics March 16, 2023.

At this point, it was dawn on me that I have been a victim of a bad agent. So I went further to order for GCMS notes+documents. See below the GCMS note:


Text: The applicant has not provided a plan of studies. As such, the applicant has failed to satisfy me that pursuing the selected program of study is reasonable given the high cost of international study in Canada when weighed against the potential career/employment benefits after completion, and the local options available for similar studies.
The applicant did not demonstrate that he/she is sufficiently well established and would leaveCanada at the end of a period of authorized stay.
Bank statement comes from a microfinance bank and is unverifiable. I am not satisfied that sufficient funds will be available for the applicant's studies.
I'm not satisfied on balance that the eligibility requirements of R216 are met and that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of a temporary stay.

The bank statement too was probably a fake one, but thankfully I was not issued a ban.

After carefully looking at the information and documentation he submitted I noticed whole lot of errors:

He stated that I’m single. I have two kids and legally married

Wrong Mother's and Father's name

Gave me LOA for Conestoga College, course: Information Technology Business Analysis (1372). This was fake

Different course submitted on application:


STUDY PERMIT
School: Designated Learning Inst-NL
DLI Name: Memorial University of Newfoundland
Level of Study: University - Master's Deg.
Authorization Level: Any Designated Post Secondary Institution
Field of Study: Business/Mgmt/Marketing

He lied that I graduated with first class from a fictitious University with fake course Financial Accounting

My real course was Computer Science

Now my questions is:

If at any point VO would make reference to previous applications submitted while reviewing a new one.
OR
new application will be assessed on its own merits as stated on the refusal letter?

I met with some travel agents and I was advised that my Uni grade (3rd class. 1.65 CGPA) was too low to get me admitted into a program of my choice at any college, despite having almost a decade of professional experience in it. I was given admission at Trent university, as a matter of fact, today is the resumption day, but my decision envelope is yet to be gotten.

I told him to help me defer till may, so he said Trent university has increased school fees, so he suggested that I apply for another course at cape Brenton university, but he said I should pay 1,000 CAD to Trent University as initial payment, but will resume to Cape Brenton university by May once I get the offer letter.

I want to know if this is right and hope it doesn't have any negative effect on my chances at port of entry or school itself?

Facts about my application
1. I submitted a POF with an opening balance with balance of about 500k and a closing balance of 9.7M
2. I used Payment slip of 500k per month salary.
3. I used a gift of deed from my pops to prove home ties and my dream to come back and become a consultant to tech companies in Nigeria.

I requested the note twice and I got this responses.
Please I’d like to know how best to tackle this as when I submitted, I was having 6.3m in my account and I explained how I came to get the money, my sponsor had 11m in her account. I already paid 12500$ from 17k.
