If you're born again, all things are yours, all you need do is to put your faith to work,Use your mouth to call you car forth.you don't need to talk to God , you talk to the thing, It will come. Believe you have it. but you should rather use your faith to serve God first. Your faith should not primarily be used for self. But if you are already committed to serving God .

The issue with first corithian 6 is the reproach to the church before the world. God is not against justice, it's like saying for one not to wash ones dirty linen in public. So he said instead of taking matter before unbelievers why not be cheated. It just shows the depth of God concerns about his church before the world. Anyone has right to air his view , if Kunle doesn't tithe or believe in it , or in any giving ,that's fine. If he make posts on it,that's fine too. It's his opinion. The shout at the top of their voices that God has called them to liberate the poor yet they know in their hearts the liberation is for them and their children. Empires are built for their wives and children completely on the stupidity and gullibility of the women(especially) and men that see them as sent by God.

Jesus is the Only way the truth and the life. Jesus is the only one sent to liberate us not Oyedepo, Adeboye, TB Joshua, Bakare, Oyakhilome etc. If they are of God, You and them have equal inheritance and access to the Father. If anyone claims prosimity to God more than you or try and sell Jesus to you as a product he or she is a rogue and must be flushed out of the Church. The time is now!!

How can a man give himself the assignment of ridiculing the church openly. Who's interest? Definitely not christ. Even if he were right(he is not) there are s riptural ways to handle kingdom matters. Is the bible not meant to act as a guide and a source of knowledge o us I see an exampl in the bible and teachings by our lord ad master which is relevant till christ's return and you are ignorant enoug to assume he was addressing it to jews alone, i sincerely weep for the lost souls that flock your congregation a case of the blind leading the blind. And that is why people like me must continually warn brethen against ravaging wolves like you who are out to devour them. Heaven and earth honors him with millions of souls saved into Gods kingdom. Saul of tarsus was in the same track with you but thank God he realised he was fighting a wrong war. Titus 1:11:

Well , you need to improve on your hermeneutics and exegesis . You should know the context of a verse and to whom it was written. Did Paul say Christians should attack ministers? . He was writing to a pastor, Titus . So that he could guard his sheep against pollution of the Jewish extremist. Titus had authority to rebuke them . He was anointed a pastor. We have 5 pillars in the body of christ. Pastors, teachers, apostles, evangelists and prophets. They function in anointed office.

Jesus also warned us againts them

Matthew 24:4-5:

4 Jesus told them, “Don’t let anyone mislead you, 5 for many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the annointed.’ They will deceive many

You have constantly been misquoting this Jesus verse . It's not written for the church. It's a Jewish discussion . He is their messiah "the anointed one" for Israel. He was talking about the tribulation of the Jews after the church has been raptures to heaven. The Antichrists will claim to be their "messiah" The anointed one. There is difference between "The anointed" and "An anointed" every born again is anointed .men of God who are called into these 5 offices are anointed over the church also. So there are different anointing.

So what is the essence of all these warnings in the bible if not for us to fallprey to them? I havin studied the bible, i know fully well how to recognize and identify a false prophet. Would i be good christian if i keep the knowledge to myself and allow my fellow christian brethen to fall prey to criminals just becos most of them don't study and understand the word?

Is that what the bible teaches? how many Muslims and sinners have you led to christ? That's our primary assignment. You've been wrong in many assertions but supposing you are right, why not follow what Jesus says. And pray for the church. I pray for the church. If you read from verse 1 the bible was clear how to determine these false prophet. It will be evident in their teaching. What is their concept of christ etc. Read it up.

People have achieved all sorts of things without the Holy Spirit alright, but that does not in any way negate the power given to Christians by the Holy Spirit to excel. 

Going back to the old testament, we have accounts of Daniel being bestowed with an 'excellent spirit' and this resulting in excellence at his 'job function'.

Daniel 6:3 Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit [was] in him; and the king thought to set him over the whole realm

The Holy Spirit gives power - Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."

Power by definition is The ability or capacity to perform or act effectively. So if the Holy Spirit gives you power, he enables you to perform effectively.

This should be clear enough for a Christian . I think the problem is spiritual blindness. If a person hasn't received the holy spirit , he can't understand spiritual things.

I think it's unnecessary . As much as I don't support the act. Though I wish I were there or watch a tape. It's risky for me to come to conclusion on another mans report as a Christian. But if the matter is exactly the way it was reported . It's glaring it's unscriptural . There is still a clause. Is he a man of God? If it's a man of God , lets leave him alone. He may be making mistakes . Christ knows how to handle his church. Our duty is to pray for men of God.   

What i prefer to understand is exactly how such persons are able to retain and even grow their congregations? Why do people respond to such behaviour? Its a psycological question which will not be answered by any unnecessary yabbis and counter-yabbis session.

That's the clause. Is he a man of God?. A real man of God will have anointing with signs. Maybe healing, or he is a seer or a prophet. Some prophet can do questionable things but there are signs and wonders that would confirm their ministry. 
I once heard that bishop oyedepo went to idahosa and sowed some money as seed into his life ( a real pastor is a giver first)  Archbishop idahosa asked him to pour the money on the ground and walk on it. As he did idahosa prophesied " this is how you shall walk on money" etc. From that time, bishop oyedepo finances transformed.I If he built school or ride jet. We don't know the seed he has been sowing . But the point is . A prophet may say bring a seed. And prophesy by it. The prophecy will surely come to pass. 

But we can't overrule the fact that some guys may see that and like the vagabonds of sceva , who were not called of God, they may see it in the flesh and imitate. But they cannot last because there is no anointing to confirm their action. The church will scatter naturally. People will know where God is.The bible foretold about false apostles and prophets.bible also is clear on how to know them. So we first have to identify if this man was a man of God, or some imitators. There is difference when a man of God makes mistake and when a crook is on rampage. But we still leave all for God in prayer. Because of the name of christ.

Some people have wrong motive in the preaching of the gospel. If you are saved, face your own assignment . Go and win sinners to christ. Look at what Paul said.

Maybe you have good religious intention but you are  getting it wrong. Like saul, he taught he was pleasing God. Until he heard a voice from heaven  " Saul,why are you persecuting me". He must have been shocked.  I'm not defending wrong your campaing does not please christ.  follow the bible. Do you know how many people will read your posts as you give impression every pastor is a thief,every church is business. Some sinners may decide to just stay at home. And not go to any church. God was looking beyond Abraham’s physical children; He was looking at Christ. Then the Bible tells us “…if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise” (Galatians 3:29). Thus we’re the seed of Abraham and by extension, the possessors of all things. All the promises God made to Abraham, by which he became the possessor of all things are fulfilled in us! That means you also have become the possessor of heaven and earth like Abraham. No wonder the Apostle Paul looked at the new creation man and came to one conclusion: “…all things are yours” (1 Corinthians 3:21).

Refuse to live a beggarly life. When you pray, you no longer have to cry to God, asking Him to bless or help you! There’s really no reason to ask Him for anything for yourself anymore because as His heir, the whole world belongs to you. You're the possessor of all things. Let this mindset control the way you live.

Do I need to log off if I'm not making a post? I use an iPad so I'm alway on 24/7 . I always appear online. Even when I'm not on NL.  I see so many posters login off an on. I want to know if it ok to just keep it on or I should be logging off. I see an indication like: "you have spent 19 days and 10hours online". I don't really know the implication of such.

If Pastor Chris fakes miracles like some have claimed, surely He is very good at what He does, unlike you! What I find so funny is that what you guys are currently doing, this same Pastor Chris prophesied some years back what you guys are doing now!

I was at the excelcenter in London for the Night of Bliss, I was at the Wembley are areana for the 3-days of Higher Life. I can still remember the case of the woman that was brought straight from Birmingham Hospital with the NHS letter of her condition and right there by God's spirit, that woman was healed! I stood and wept at the same time seeing this woman ( If I can recall was of Jamaican origin) celebrated with her family in so much joy.

I also can remember when I was a spectator in one of Pastor's christ meetings in Benin @ Garrick Memorial field, while it was raining, a baby (with her mother and the immediate family) who were sitting very close to me starting speaking and hearing for the first time since birth! Eve before Pastor Chris came on stage, while they were showing the testimonies of people who recieved their healing earlier in the day, a man close by that came with clutches began to walk.

I also can remember when I went for the Total Experience in P/H, outside the main bowl ( which happened to be the overflow), a group came calling asking if those of us standing in the isle could pray for one of them to be healed and we did as they said and God knows, the healing was instant!

What people have not realised is that Pastor Chris has already fought and won the battle people like Sir J is trying to wage and by Gods grace, He has helped many to learn "THE HOW" of winning such battles. This was the very reason I started listening and waching Arch. B. Idahosa from childhood, 'cos from what I read in the bible, Jesus was always showing people the "HOW" to do it for yourself and this is exact/same thing the spirit of God used the Archbishop to do and is currently using Pastor Chris to do in today!

For those that go about spreading falsehood about men of God 'cos themselves couldnt work miracles, just go back to the "BASIS" which is the word of God. Learn it with a receiving heart, and trust God  and believe that the WORD has the potent power to bring about positive change in any situation and you would see the amazing reality of Miracles today!

For Sir J. If truly you were a christian and you think that Pastor Chris is fake, you would be busy on knees praying to God to change his mind instead of engaging in a futile internet smear campaign. Ask yourself this question, will God be rather pleased that you prayed for a soul to be saved than for that soul to be condemed?

Because of Adams sin man's blood has been contaminated with sin and he is therefore condemned to Hell. However in order to receive forgiveness mans sin had to be obscured before he could be in the presence of God because God Abhors sin.  Before Christ in the Old testament Man atoned for his sins  via the sacrifice of an unblemished lamb, goat etc. However this only covered the sin but did not remove it completely, as a result these animal sacrifices had to be carried out regularly. However,  the blood of Jesus cleanses us completely of our sin. The Death and resurrection of Christ is all that is required for the remission of our sins.  Jesus Christ who had no Sin became Sin for us so that we may be declared the righteousness of Christ.  All man needs to do is to believe in his heart  and turn from his sinful ways then his sins shall be remitted and he shall receive, salvation through Gods Grace.

That's a powerful one. But you didn't talk about the second part . Does God accept human sacrifice? I personally have not thought it that way before. But the explanation I can give to that is that it was the blood of christ that was the issue here. Man was doomed anyway, the blood of Jesus , because of it's purity was needed to remit sin. I think that part of your comment in bold justify my last post. TELLING A STORY OF WHAT IS HAPPENING WILL NOT CHANGE THE SITUATION! Rather striving to bring about the positive change is what will change the situation. Now what have you done (in the case of the guards you mentioned) that would help change things for the better? I guess nothing, with the usual attitude of sit down and look; hoping positive change would come some day, from someone or some supreme being!FYI, making a positive change in your little sphere of contact is the only way Nigeria will change. As for the jobs, I would continue to say it, it is only in Socialist environment you would expect govt to create jobs! Rather what we should be clamouring for in Nigeria is for the govt to provide  the enabling evironments to have light, water, security, health and education whilst the citizen busy themselves in creating jobs! Often, people ask how they can become more effective in their work or in life generally; they want to know how to develop an effective personality. Well, irrespective of the job you do, God wants you to be an effective person, not just at your job, or in restricted areas of your life but all-round. If you’re an effective person, you’ll be effective in anything. That’s why you have to develop an effective personality.

The Holy Spirit living in you already gives you the advantage, for we read in our opening verse that “…you shall receive power (ability, efficiency (or effectiveness), and might) when the Holy Spirit has come upon you…” It’s one thing to have or receive something, but another thing to recognize, cultivate it and put it to work. So how then do you develop yourself into an effective personality, having received the Holy Spirit? Firstly, be focused. Maintain a clear focus on the goal, target or task at hand. If it’s your job, an assignment or special project, whatever it is, have a clear focus.

Secondly, have a good understanding of the subject matter; understand the job definition and requirements for the project or task and everything that has to do with your expectations. In other words, know what needs to be done, and the results expected. Then thirdly, have a clear determination for the real success – lasting success. You’ve got to be determined, motivated, challenged and driven by the joy of success.

Then, fourthly, corresponding action; you’ve got to act. You can’t lazy away and expect things to work; you must take the necessary action. Those who win in life in any field are those who take action, so take the necessary action. Then finally, be consistent and diligent! Stick with the task at hand. Stay on the job till it’s done; don’t make or accept excuses for failure. Refuse mundanity and choose to be absolutely proficient. And then of course, recognize and take advantage of the wisdom of God that’s available to you in Christ Jesus. If you’d put all these to work, you’ll be effective and successful in what you do.

Confession
Christ is my wisdom therefore I’m wise, I have the wisdom to do whatever I need to do. I function today at my best potentials because the wisdom of God works in me, talking through me, leading me, guiding and causing me to be effective and productive in everything I lay my hands to do, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
