If I understand you question in bolded, he played as an RB and RWB at club level prior to his call up. So it is fair to also rate him in that position because he got his invitation by virtue of current club performance at the time abi?

Who were our fullbacks then? Ola Aina played himself out of Russia 2018 with one poor performance.
Similar thing with Akpoguma who was woeful as an RB. But again some of these players need more time to show their true color. Akpoguma has not impressed for us yet. He has to be patient to prove his worth in the NT.

Alhassan Yusuf does not have a long way to go. He is doing very well for Royal Antwerp and has 2 man of the match awards. The Belgian league is rated higher than the Scottish league and yet you rate players in rangers such as Calvin basset above him.
I repeat Alhassan Yusuf deserves to be in our midfield. In 2020 he was rated as one of the best ball distributors under the age of 21.

Yusuf is primarily a CM, but can play DM etc (Versatile, Kante-like) Nwobodo is a DM. Who else in this squad do we have to replace Ndidi. Who to replace Onyeka for example? Since you are saying Amoo and Etebo are the best back-ups at the moment.
