You can also make a similar argument for foreign coaches that have won the AFCON countless times. The question should not be where you are from, but if you are capable. andrewbaba44: Meanwhile |

Yea exactly what Rorh was trying to do with a team that was good enough in Nigeria, and would have failed. zuchyblink: I respect the Egyptian team, they were not good enough so they decided to be conservative. The not- too- good team that stopped ivory coast, Cameroon and Senegal from scoring under 120 minutes. They are poor but tactically rich. |

I was hoping that "prophet" will be found out.. For the juju guy, na the usual things. Meliforme: The God of the scriptures has never endorsed listening to wizards and to those that have familiar spirits, no matter how accurate their predictions may seem to be.
After i saw the instagram video of that prophet, i closed the instagram app, and immediately displayed on my home screen (from KJV bible widget) was the bible passage, Leviticus 19:31 Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God..
I knew it was the Lord speaking to me, reminding me of his ways.. |

Thank you! in fact Eguavoen can be the coach but focus more as a technical director. Amuneke to take most of the decisions on the pitch.. Yes give them 5 years. Mujtahida: The Senegal coach has been there for 8 years |

Yes he can help them build a formidable team for the future. But this WC, na we dey go! komekn: Chris Houghton will be confirmed as the new Ghana coach. For me the best man for job.
Apart from his football credentials and undoubted knowledge and experential competencies. I have never ever met a more honest and righteous man in football. Add to that his humility leaves me speechless.
Ages ago l wanted him to be Nigerian coach, and l said it maybe problematic because he will never compromise his integrity for the NFF.
What does that mean, beating Ghana was never going to be easy. But with Chris at the helm of affairs it just got even much harder.
Chris has the integrity and influence to bring to Ghana, Hudson -Odio, Lamptey and Salisu and a few other from the English premier League. |

make we no join them drag the issue safarigirl: Have you guys seen the Silas Nwankwo gist?
Apparently, his current club came across a picture of him from 2015 when he played for the ESUT football team. Clearly, this is not an 18-year old, like anyone else would have pointed out
Since I came across that news, the only person that keeps coming to mind is that guy that came here to ask for help on joining the U-17 team despite being overaged.
While I understand that things are very difficult for the average Nigerian, especially as regards placement in sports, I will always insist on time.
There are truly some dreams that time will steal, and people have to be ready to accept that. |

yea, that huge difference from Rohr's era Mujtahida: Well said. They say we played beautifully as if we were the Manchester city of Africa. It's a shame that zuchyblink continues to toot this outrageous lie.
We were simply more businesslike and direct in our play. If it looked beautiful, it was not because Eguavoen set out to play beautiful football, it simply was that fans could see the refreshing difference in the way we played. |

One thing I know for sure, with Amuneke and Eguavoen on board we will do bigger things. |
