Why would a landlady pursue every single tenant who has ever lived in her house once they start buying cars, generators , ac and plasma TVs. The landlady cannot stand a tenant doing well than them because they have none of the appliances I just mentioned.

Sometime ago, the President signed into law the new minimum wage of #30,000 but some employers especially private school owners still pay their staff as low as #10,000 monthly. Even here in calabar some weeks ago, the street sweepers were protesting for not being paid their '#7,500' salary for 6 months. My question is, Does the #30,000 minimum wage apply only to government workers or are private employees suppose to adhere to this law also? And in a case where you work in big Private school that makes up to 70 million in a term, can You sue your employer for paying less than the minimum wage without loosing your job or being fired?

Niece: Popular music star and philanthropist, Davido Adeleke who is professionally known as Davido has revealed what he might do with the donations got from friends and fans, WonderTV Media reports.
Recall that Davido on Thursday 18th of November, took to his social media platform, posted his bank account number while begging his ‘loyal friends’ to donate one millionaire each ahead of his birthday celebration and to help clear his Rolls Royce at the port which required one hundred million naira.
Hours later the singer who was overwhelmed by the responses he got from his friends and fans moved his target from one hundred million naira to two hundred million naira.
Davido, who has received over one hundred and eighty-one millionaire so far, revealed what he might do with the money.
The singer who posted his intention said he might give away the money.

Just give them some days and they would jump on another matter and that is what happened. Many of the people that donated did so not because they too love davido, but because they have seen celebrity A donate, Celebrity B donate, Celebrity C donate and so on and they too would donate "make e no be like say" i no donate too. Same thing they do when it comes to protest or when any "overnight" social media celebrity trending and who is receiving help from people online.

Some of them noticed that davido was tagging those that donated to him on his IG story, which would be viewed by thousands of people on the ON A NORMAL DAY not to talk of on a day where davido is trending so they quickly donated too. If you look at davido's IG story you will notice that some of them used their business account. No businessman would use his business account for giveaway.....na personal money dem dey use on a normal day.

She obliged but told me she would be going some place after that I said ok.
So after she left to her place of wherever. My sister told me she is worried, I asked her why, she said she went to her guy's place. I was shocked this is a lady that is not ready for relationship. This guy in question is a Yahoo guy by the appearance and all. The guy later broke her heart as that's the first time she is dating I think at 21. Another guy in the area too was like dating her as well after that guy, at the point of dating he got another girl pregnant and broke her heart (same Yahoo guy).
I thought why did she ever chose not to date me. If at all you were not physically attracted to me why didn't you just tell me instead of all these mumbo jumbo. I am actually an average looking guy. Maybe a 6 or even a 7 based on world standard.
My question is why do girls always refuse to date me, I am not a good guy neither am I a bad guy. The one I am asking out says I am not in her level, that she is in a very low level for me to look at her or ask her out. She believes I am after sex.
The next one said I am too low for her. Though she was older. The one I confessed my feelings for her heart isn't even with me but another but she started catching feelings but sometimes she gets to her senses and she convince herself she belongs with another.
The girl who I don't even know that keeps greeting me Everytime but I keep ignoring her, I later went for her after a year she turned me down. I just tire o.
