All this sob stories sha.

gbagyiza:
My comment will definitely be different probably because I see things differently from most Nigerians. Ministerial screening has become a joke in Nigeria. It has become a process where emotions & friendship are the major key performance indicator to be screen rather than competency. How will a nominee be cleared because of emotions n friendship? Instead of engaging them professionally on what they intend doing differently to bring the desire change. I give up in Nigeria.
Not different, man.

As a Nigerian there's an unwritten rule where you've to expect the unexpected, doing so wouldn't dash all your hopes.

Car Talk › Re: Electrical Vs Mechanical Faults: Which Is Worse? by jojothaiv(m): 7:49pm On Aug 02, 2023
buygala:
In my opinion, electrical faults are more frustrating than mechanic faults in cars....That's why I can buy a vehicle with a knocked engine/gear but wouldn't come within 10 kilometres of a flooded vehicle...

Worst case with a mechanical fault is to replace the entire component, be it gear, engine or whatever.. But some electrical faults are village people on steroids.... Tears unlimited.. .

Some cars makes like Peugeot and Mercedes are more susceptible to these logic defying electrical issues, especially as they get older, compared to the Japanese vehicles..

Some Electrical faults will make you envy those trekking... A 'simple' parasitic drain of a car battery when parked overnight have led many into a bottom-less pit of expenses..

And the worst thing is that most naija car electricians will creat another or even multiple electrical faults while trying to solve one... Those guys are very good at bonanzas.. Solve one problem and get three for free grin
The last part is like a motto now, since they couldn't fix the headlamp, they simply made the horn more louder...

🇳🇪 Niger has Uranium.

A Nuclear power plant will be built by 🇷🇺 Russia in exchange for their natural resources. Problem solved
Most times, the solution is inward, I hope the Nigerien can harness the Uranium deposit to their advantage.

I don't know why I have this feelings that everybody (both the bereaved and jolly good folks) will be fine at the end

Sexual lust:

Masturbation
Pornography
Fornication
Adultery
Gay/Lesbianism

God knows it's been one hell of ride trying to overcome the first three, I've galled down times without numbers, risen up and still gone back to my vomit. It's like I'm even losing touch with the real reason for sex.

love is a choice..

i hate games... u see a lady u like.. u tell her what exactly u want. thats how i roll..

forming friendship before love doesn't make much sense to me
At the last part, that's how some of us get played. Anyway, we moved on from such petty games we let her know from the beginning that's this is what we are here for, no time for second-guessing or dropping subtle hints.

The Embassy also wants to highlight that trade in forged documents by private individuals and corruption in connection with the issuing of documents by the authorities is very common in Nigeria. Available country information indicates that the possession of a Nigerian id-document, even certified ones, does not guarantee the correct identity of a person. Many businesses specialize in issuing forged documents, and it is neither difficult nor expensive to obtain, for example a forged driving licence or other documents that in turn can be used to obtain for example a passport or birth certificate. According to investigations, there is a particularly brisk trade in forged documents in Benin City in Edo state (Country of origin information report Nigeria, March 2021, p. 42)

The above is a damming remarks, look at the way our image is been battered down to the point of the basic form of ID. It's shameful though and this black-painting will not go away anytime soon.

I'm sorry for what the OP have passed through, it's a wake up call for us as a nation to do better, we keep blaming our leaders while the leaders get picked from us.

DiamondPant:
I don't think it is well.
Just look at how they painted Nigeria.
I hope the leadership of Nigeria see this and take steps to re-project a cleaner global image.
If nothing is done, Nigerians will be barred even from entering Ghana in the nearest future.
The leadership doing part one while the led will also do the rest. The leaders didn't fall from heaven.

Scam!

Even though I believe in the potency of black power and seen it work, I am also a believer that it will always fail when you need the most.

I once asked my scientist why it happens that way, and he said it’s because we don’t use it SOLELY for the purpose it was created for.
This your statement Sha!
