This man is an hypocrite. Believe him at your own peril. You wish El-rufai death but condemn those wishing Buhari dead. A double standard hypocrite. |
This will be great. It will reduce the usual traffic congestion on that road. |
I can t imagine a country without a buoyant Iron and steel industry. I just can't imagine anything you want to use to build infrastructure that doesn't involve Iron and steel. Both the tools and the structure itself needs iron. It is the single most important element to human existence. It is so much important that Almighty Allah dedicated a whole Surah (chapter) to it in the Quran. Almost every important article of an Iron you can think of is embedded therein. From the Isotopes, the Atomic number to the origin. Extract from the Surah. "And We also sent down iron in which there lies great force and which has many uses for mankind… "(Qur'an, 57:25) You can check out this site if you're in doubt http://www.quranmiracles.com/2011/03/atomic-number-of-iron/ |

mapet:Its alarming the level at which religious bigotry has eaten deep into our system. Just because the man is a Muslim you can imagine the different names they called this man. Lets now imagine the Presidency had bowed to the pressures of these "boko haram" religious bigots and maintain the status quo would we be celebrating JAMBs achievement today? I doubt it. Its obvious it is human nature to be receptive to change but the way these people go about it was disturbing. Bringing religion into performance is one of the greatest devils tool in this country. When fasola started the transformation of Lagos state, it was all noise left right and center but now the people are now used to it to the extent that the state is now a flagship that everyone wants to copy. Aregbesola is changing the fortune of Osun state some people were shouting islamisation just because of the man's religion. I am very sure Almight God is watching us all from heaven and he never leaves the one truly serving him no matter the amount of noise hypocrites and enemy of progress make. |

I have been searching the web for information on past remittances but nothing has been forthcoming. Does it mean JAMB has not been remmiting or it has been covered in secrecy. The fact that this man under just one year of his appointment achieved this feat is something to congratulate him for and also be worried about what has being happening in Nigerian government parastatals. It is an eye opener about the corruption going on in government parastatals. I believe this 5billion should be a fraction of what UCH in Ibadan generates in a year. I believe at the least 1000people will pay N1000(Minimum payment for service in UCH) daily to UCH for one service or the other. That is a minimum of N1m daily. It now gets scary when you consider the potntial average amount each individual will pays daily which could rise up to N20,000 per patient multiply by 1000 patients daily. N20m daily average=N600m a month=N7b a year. God help this country. |
“This year, we have remitted back to government over 5 billion naira, the highest ever in the 40 years of the Board. This money was saved through the transparent and judicious use of resources."The so called "Professor of Arabic studies or is it Islamic studies" is already delivering. Shame on those hypocrites condemning this man. Shame on those enemy of progress. Shame on those religious bigots who only sees his religion and believes nothing good will ever come from him. Shame on them and their entire generation. Quote me to say rubbish If you're one of those mentioned. |
If Buhari should come back and continue with these set of criminals running his government, then I give up on ever having a truthful president in this country. |
The Whitlow party.

agitator:@green When did the SAN send Magu's name to the senate ?? I need answers@purple Read what you wrote again and ask yourself if it makes sense in any democratic setting in the world @Red When and where did i make this senseless claim of yours. Don't use your lack of comprehension to twist my comments. Learn to read and comprehend before venting your anger its an embarrassment to you. I'm not an illiterate like your ilks I know clearly the difference between acts of parliament and constitution. Perhaps your GNS 101 is poor |
ejibaba:Wrong. Very wrong sire. The complexity of government at the very top does not allow for simple analysis such as yours. The fact that they couldn't get a Senate approval for him is enough to get him thrown out and shop for a replacement if truly they never wanted him there. If truly the Presidency doesn't want him there, then insisting on magu's chairmanship favours neither them nor the Senate so why keep him there? This is not only a war of ego but also a war of goodness and evil. A classic case of corruption fighting back. The president and his vise are not really politicians so their earlier error of allowing a corrupt politician become the number 3man of the country is what is hunting them and will continue to hunt them till 2019. Oh I miss OBJ. The most capable leader Nigeria has ever had. |
jguy007:First, remove the name of the organisation. those people may be on NL or have people that is on NL. Guy my advise is, don't even try to confront either of them. They will rope you in faster than you can blink. You have two options. 1. Go straight to the man that helped you secure a job without knowing you from Adam. To get a job without submitting a CV is not easy it takes grace. Not even a guarantor to guaranty that you're trust worthy. Now you have the opportunity to become your own guarantor with your loyalty and integrity. Do that and see yourself rise faster than you can imagine but first try and know if the man himself is not in on the deal husband or not. You need to be quick with it because the longer you stay quiet the harder it becomes for anyone to believe your innocence in the future. 2. Keep quiet and never try to get involved even if they invite you to it. If the sheet goes south in the future, you dem at any knowledge of wrong doing. BTW stop collecting money for them when it's not your shift cos they may call you as witness in the future. Only direct the customers to them for payment. With that it will be easier for you to deny any knowledge of wrong doing. |
BigIyanga:Lol very funny but don't get me wrong I didn't imply that they will win I'm only saying they may have a case and having a case doesn't atomatically translate to winning. My believe is that they are trying to use this to save face from the embarrassing DSS report debacle but it could eventually pay off. |
krendo:Now you're talking. The precedent thing won't hold water in any court. But we can not for sure say the constitution is silent. It might not be under section 171. Another angle I just read in vanguard is that EFCC is a law enforcement agent which is under the purview of the presidents powers tonenforce the law and the president don't need the confirmation of the Senate to appoint the Head of law enforcement. |
BigIyanga:Lol. Did you do anything that relates to law in school? lol. Legal precedent indeed. This is the order of relevance in law. Precedence is relied on where the act or law is silent. The Act or law is relied on where the constitution silent. but wherever the constitution is not silent but specific(in this case), it overrides anyother thing. Apart from that, there is nothing legal in this precedence in fact it is illegal cos no court ruled on it. Even in a case where a court ruled on it, the supreme court will overrule it as an error(there is a Latin legal term for it) cos no court, individual or "body" can be more powerful than the costitution. |
ejibaba:The bold is what I am yet to fartom. I may sound like an ardent supporter of this government but I am not a blind one. The DG DSS should've been sent home a long time ago. I once wrote somewhere that these people who claim to be cabal have enough bagagges hanging on their neck to put them in jail for life by a baby lawyer. All that is needed is the zeal of the prosecutor and the ability of the judiciary to deliver blind justice without fear or favour. Since I am not in government, I can not categorically say this is the right way to go about it but to be sincere I believe Buhari must have been sick to the neck with the atrocities of people around him. His hands may be tied. What tied them? I don't know. |
agitator:First this is where most people get it twisted and start arguing wrongly. No one is saying there is no law that says the Senate must rubbber stamp names presented by the president. What they are saying is that there are some apointments that don't need the senate approval and the EFCC chairman falls under such. Even though the law that created EFCC said the apointment(not confirmation) is subject to Senate approval which is what the Senate is standing on(still a wrong and weak standing), the presidency is saying there's an aspect of the constitution that gives the president the power to appoint and confirm some posts(which EFCC fall's under) without recourse to the senate and the constitution is superior to any law created by the Senate e.g. EFCC. Yes it is stupid same way it was stupid for OBJ, Yar'adua and GEJ to do the same. So you see it's not only this government that has been doing it that is why it's giving the Senate illiterates a hard on. They believe because the past leaders have been doing it then it is the law and their right but they forgot the past leaders are not lawyers let alone a professor of law. For the first time Nigeria is having a leader who practically knows the interpretation of every aspect of the constitution off hand. This is a kind of man that even judges sometimes consult on the interpretation of matters before them Osinbajo is a professor of law and a SAN not some baby lawyer or nonentity. |
chumakk:Abeg clear me. How does the Ntel work, how can one get it and how much. Abeg. |
ejibaba:First, the DSS(HR) is the same as the corrupt Senate. The presidency allowed the Senate to use the DSS as a tool to discredit their candidate. We all know the crooked report the DSS gave the Senate is tainted with falsehood and political undertone. I have to accept that the presidency is not totally blameless in this story because they failed to put their house in order. If they had reigned in the DSS all this wouldn't have happened. So the DSS(HR) in this situation is also as corrupt as the Senate(Board of Directors). I don't know if you read a report sometime on NL that linked Saraki and Senate cabal to the DSS report. In other situation it might be dismissed but in this situation it cannot. because there's no smoke without fire. Let's face it sir! even the presidency don't want Magu! if they do they should ask the DSS to write a counter report since they have cleared him based on his reponse from the attroney generals query. For the sake of the future security of this country and it's residents, the Presidency cannot do that. If the presidency should do that, it will set a precedence that will forever discredit any security report of DSS within and outside this country. Even if it is sekau and the DSS makes a report against him, no sane judge or court in the world will ever take that institution serious again. Another reason is that for the DSS to write another report, they have to detail the reason why they thought all the allegations they wrote in the first report was a mistake. These we all know is impossible because most of the allegations were mere speculations that will raise suspicion why the DSS failed to see that as it were "Mere speculation". All in all, a second report to counter the first will only damage the integrity of the institution while the presidency giving in to pressure from the Senate will set a precedence that will give the Senate unecessary power over the Presidency. The only option for the presidency now is to take their fight through other means -the costitution- other than through the Senate. |
samkay3g: Integrityfarms:This is not about finding a capable hand. Obviously there are a lot of people that are more intense than Magu but It is more about precedent setting. If the presidency should give-in to the pressures of the corrupt senate based on these frivolous excuse then nobody they(senate) cannot control would ever be good enough for that seat. |
He obviously was not prepared for the seat. He probably thought it was going to be as easy as his military rule where he was the alpha and omega. But I still don't regret sending GEJ out of the rock and I will never regret it. Come 2019, we will look for a better candidate to vote for. |
LoveMachine:Since you're not familiar with his accomplishments, let me help you with one of his statements when he was a military man. ".....cellphones are not for the poor man...." If this man had being the president as at the time OBJ did, Nigerians wouldn't be using GSM today. That is just one of his opinions about what poor people are not entitled to. Who knows his present opinion could be that breathing of oxygen is not for poor people, they are not entitled to it. This man can never win the governorship of his state let alone presidency. |
Prince16:Nobody is vetting these books at all. These people just write nonsense for the kids to start consuming. The embarrassing thing is that you will hardly find someone that will even think in the line of indices for a primary school pupil. So the person becomes mentally stuck like the OP did and people won't understand until a saviour comes along. They will believe the person doesn't know the work of a primary school pupil. |
MayorRazor:Whoever wrote this in the book of a primary school pupil needs to be shot in the head. Indices for a primary school pupil? This is wickedness in low places. |
jejemanito:It does work but with the right combination and not in all situations. Kids nowadays are like mutating malaria parasite that don't respond to chloroquin again but with the right combination, you can still achieve your aim. Use the 4ps formulae Preaching It involves both spiritual preaching and brainwashing. let him know the spiritual and psycoligical dangers of it. You are older an well read than him. Go online and read more thing that he can relate to. you can even link some things that are affecting him presently with it. Prayer This doesn't need explanation. Programming You need to remove things that can lead him to thinking of porn from his reach. Things like gadgets. Program his mind towards films that don't have erotic themes. Possibly season films with good story but no erotic themes. If you can get him hooked on games of any kind, video games board games. Addictive games that is popular with boys his age. Part of programming is to also have him around girls rather than boys. Yes girls. You and I know no boy would want to be caught with porn by girls his age. You can even threaten him that you will tell the girls that he watches porn. Finally Punishment. A little punishment once in a while won't be bad. It doesn't have to be severe. Just a knock on the head will do and make sure to follow it up with threat to tell someone anytime you catch him with such. Advice: It is better you curb it now that he is still young young before he graduates to masturbation. I tell you that is the hardest addiction to kick at this time and age of free nudity. |
Excellergroup:That is where that guy got it wrong. I even said I worked in that branch as Gtbank staff only to recieve the shut up message. The old one at anthony village was the first one. I think it was refered to as the administrative head quarters of Gtbank. can't really remember. It is the real anthony branch. That new one is the ilupeju branch. I even said it that any other Gtbank on that axis that has gate is definitely not anthony branch. Before the new one, the only two Gtbanks that have anthony in it's address are Mobolaji bank Anthony along Ikeja and Anthony branch. |
mrlaw93:Just sit back and read your response again. Does it sound like something that should come from mentally stable person let alone an intelligent being. Is this how you address your parents? Its obvious you lack real home training or maybe you refused to learn basic ethics of communication. Only an unrestrained animal will tell someone to shut up for an unprovoked comment. You're not fit to be called a sane human it this is now you react to everyone. Even if you disagree with someone, do you have to insult them to pass your message. Only God knows where lack of internet culture will put Nigerian youths in the future. FYI insults don't make your argument superior. It only makes you sound unfit for a civil conversation. |
Mes Que un Club |
adedayourt:GTBank anthony has no gate at all. I worked at that branch. Maybe another branch but definitely not anthony lagos. |
989900:Another interesting fact is that GTBank designs their branches and No two branches has the same design. |
