WITH ALL THE ALLEGATION AGAINST AMAECHI WHAT IS BUHARI WAITING FOR, TO PROBE HIM. IMAGINE KWAKWANSO ALSO GOING TO COURT TO STOP THE EFCC FROM ARRESTING HIM. TIMIPERE SYLVA THAT IS STILL FACING CORRUPTION CHARGES IS REPRESENTING APC IN THE NEXT GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION IN BAYELSA. IN AS MUCH AS I WANT SARAKI TO COME CLEAN ON THIS. I LIKE THE SUPPORT HE'S GETTING FROM THE SENATE. IT WANT TO SEE HOW APC INTEND TO IMPEACH SARAKI
They were able stop EFCC because the corrupt high court has the power to do so but no court of law in Nigeria has the power to stop CCB from investigating and once investigation is complete, prosecution is next.

Does anybody observe something here.

An army officer shot the guy in the leg to demobilise him knowing fully well that he is not armed but if it were a nigerian police officer despite knowing that the guy is not armed will still shoot to kill.

Did Mohamed teach you not to have regard for people's parent if kidnapped and show some respect instead of insulting a man that is showing concern over the matter?

You will not escape this curse whether you apologize secretly or publicly you will be punished for attacking me. Yours will be a lesson to others, to add insult to injury you claim to be fasting today yet you open you mouth to say trash and think your fasting will be accepted, I pity you, you better break the fast cause it will only add to your doom.

I am more knowledgeable in Islam than you will ever know, I am raised in Adabata, Ilorin - Kwara state. Let's not even start talking about Tira. I will only forgive you when I chose to forgive you whether or not you apologize.
I knew all along that you thought I had no respect for the kidnapped man. But you were actually very wrong because you knew not my motive for attacking FFK. If only you did not jump into conclusion and attack someone's parents you will have known FFK was attacking the wrong person. You will know FFK was actually part of the kidnap scheme but you were not so intelligent to read between the lines instead you started attacking.

You know nothing about anything you claim to know. If you know about the tira you will understand what shirk is called. I don't practice shirk cos I don't put my faith in anything but God.

The hypocrite has suddenly forgotten who attacked first and starts to claim the victim but don't you bother yourself Almighty Allah knows what is hidden and he is the just judge. You are not in contention with me anymore cause I handed you over to the omnipotent the moment I wrote that piece. I have no power to do anybody any good or harm. You may choose not to forgive him if it is indeed yours to forgive.

But to think of it is Jesus not enough for you again, you have to resort to the use of Tira. If your tira is effective against the Al-Azeez you're free. He is my Muhaymin.

Peace.

Dude, you just messed with the wrong person. You just got served.
Well the hypocrite is calling Jesus. I don't care who you.

If Jesus ever disrespected someone's parent then I accept your curses but if not you know the rest.

Remember, on the authority of Almighty God and the value he placed on parents, until you apologise publicly the judgement of God shall follow you for your good or otherwise at insulting someones parent. As long as you breath and walk on the land of the Almighty Allah.

I remain resolute with the fact that I will not insult your parent because I value mine but for still going ahead in insulting mine.

By the special grace of Almighty Allah on whose authority millions of people around the world throng to the holy city of mekkah and on who's majesty I started today's fasting, may the wrath of Almighty Allah befall you. You will no nothing like peace henceforth until you come back here to apologise publicly. Except if I have started my personal intention to worship another god will you not wallow in Almighty Allah's calamity.

If you have been good at insulting people's parents this will be your last.

You are not been truthful .Your comment is loaded with tribal sentiment! Is she law enforcement agency to seal the market? Why the use of hoodlums who looted shops?why @1am? Don't be parochial with the truth .
Police go to arrest sometimes in the night to avoid fracas so closing the market in the night was a wise move to avoid bloodshed.

The wisdom behind closing the market are in twofolds hidden (ethnic superiority) or open (to forestall internal crises that could degenerate into security issue). The two are justified.

The authority she has to close the market cannot be determined unless by the court of law.

The looting aspect though possible but is very questionable.

1. The chairman parked his car at a distance to observe but did not call the police with his authority as the chairman of the market until the following morning.

2. Where in Nigeria does Blackberry porsche cost N90,000? I bought my almost new iPhone 5 in 2013 for N85,000. A new iPhone 5 right now is N50,000 without warranty. The only place you can get an iPhone with warranty is at an iphone store. Even at that an iPhone 5 with warranty is not present sold for up to N145,000.

3. How can a store with 18 blackberry porsche be so easily burgled. Even Slot can never have up to 18 blackberry porsche at a time.

4. Is it only blackberry and iPhone that he sells.

And these people would be blaming hausa/fulani for their woes. Despite collecting 13% derivation from the FG, these kind of schools still exist in South South.

Even in Osun state with one of the lowest monthly allocations from the FG you cannot find any school like this despite having the highest civil servant in the country.

If eventually such is found in a state like Osun, with this kind of picture from an oil producing state then we should forgive osun for having such.

Would you insult him if it was your father that was kidnapped? Free will has made you lose your sense of reasoning. Even a baby will tell you just how stu.pid you sound.

Don't worry we shall all celebrate when your father is kidnapped and killed
I doubt you have a father. If you do, you won't insult someone else's unprovoked. I have issues with FFK directly and I addressed him but you, you have no regard for you parents meaning you have nothing that could be comppared to a human being. Only animals have little regard for their parents.

Because someone was kidnapped he now has to loose his sense by threatening the peace of the whole nation. If you don't see anything wrong in that then am not surprised. You already displayed your animalistic behaviour.

FYI I am Yoruba but will not threaten the peace of the whole nation of over 160million people prematurely like a goat because a man was kidnapped, irrespective of his social status.

Respond to the statement below before calling the post foolish.

Please respond to this before attacking the OP and his post.
I won't argue with your ignorance since you've chosen to tow that path with the protection seeking wailer but for the sake of other neutral minds who might think your protection seeking messiah has written something reasonable I will simply do my bit and if again, you're still unintelligent to grab it then its your problem to wallow in your perpetual ignorance.

Obasanjo left power on May 29, 2007 but will not be probed because he belongs to the "far past", while Saraki is being prosecuted with all vigour for offence he allegedly committed in 2003. Which is farther between 2003 (Saraki) and 2007(Obasanjo)? Does that tell sincerity on the part of Buhari?
When you know the difference between the two bolded words, come back and tell me.

Until then, stop using this baseless accusation as an excuse to persecute the FG and APC.

When ex-CBN Governor Sanusi Lamido Sanusi was indicted for fraud by Financial Reporting Council in March 2014, instead of telling him to respond to the allegation, VP Yemi Osinbajo, Dr. Kanyinsola Ajayi and Kola Awodien approached the court in April 2014 to restrain the FRC, FG and other security agencies from investigating and prosecuting Sanusi. http://www.theguardianmobile.com/readNewsItem1.php?nid=24587. Their prayers were granted by FHC Judge John Tshoho on May 13, 2014. In the words of the Judge...
“The plaintiff submitting himself for investigation (by FRCN) is like the cockroach finding itself in the midst of fowls. Such a cockroach cannot be innocent,”
http://www.tv360nigeria.com/?p=11923
They shielded Sanusi and NEVER asked him to defend his allegations. Today Sanusi is a monarch.

When Atiku Abubakar was indicted by the Senate and the government of Obasanjo on allegation of financial misappropriation of PTDF fund in 2006/2007 (www.saharareporters.com/2007/02/28/breaking-news-ptdf-scandal-senate-indicts-obj-atiku-impeachment-motion-looms), didn't Lai Muhammed the spokesman of AC(as at 2006) defended him and cried witch-hunt while forgeting issues? Didn't they go ahead to give Atiku the AC flag for 2007 Presidential election? Was Garba Shehu not Atiku's spokesman as at then? Why didn't they tell him to face the allegation? Who is fooling who?

The same Lai Muhammed as spokesman of ACN cried that the FG wanted to use the Code of Conduct Tribunal to silent Tinubu when they arraigned him in 2012. In fact, ALL ACN Governors abandoned governance in their states to accompany "Jagaban" to Abuja all through the trial. When did these men turn anticorruption apostles?

Before Murtala Nyako was impeached in July 2014 on allegation of Corruption, APC Governors, Chieftains and even Chairman Oyegun did not talk about the offence but were accusing Jonathan of witch-hunt. In fact John Oyegun said this
“What was Nyako impeached for? Offences he allegedly committed five years ago. Those offences were not impeachable when he was in the Peoples Democratic Party. But the moment he defected to the APC, they became impeachable.” www.punchng.com/news/apc-jonathan-desperate-behind-nyakos-removal/
Take a look at them boldened, the same people are telling Saraki to answer to 2003 offence. Is that not hypocrisy? Pa Audu Abubakar is currently facing charges that borders on corruption, but the APC never told him to face his offence. Instead, they rewarded him with party ticket for Kogi Gov'ship poll.
Using this to call anyone hypocrite is Ignorance of the highest standard.

Anyone comparing this cases with that of Saraki is as confused and ignorant as saraki's lawyers themselves.

@bolded Sanusi and others in the quote above were being prosecuted by antigraft agencies that are very different from CCB.

The difference between CCB and other antigraft agency is that while other antigraft agencies have to go through a public court (high court) to prosecute their case, CCB does not have to go to the high court. Instead CCB has its own court, the CCT as enshrined in the constitution, which is parallel to an high court.

Instead of Saraki to appear before the CCT and object to his prosecution there, he and his unlearned lawyers ignorantly went to the High court to challenge the powers of a parallel court.

Read more here. https://www.nairaland.com/2615585/where-sarakis-lawyers-goofed-t0nyebarcanista

To think that CCB is the same as other antigraft agencies and can be made to stop its prosecution like it was done in the cases above is the highest display of ignorance by Saraki's lawyers and its the same ignorance that the protection seeker has displayed on this thread.

The Op's hypocrisy
Now the hypocrisy of the op lies in the fact that he stated only APC members and refused to add PDP members that has used the same strategy to halt their investigation and prosecution.

Prominent among them are Deizeani and Stellah Oduah.

Isn't it an Irony that someone accusing people of Hypocrisy displayed the same hypocrisy in presenting his case.
