For the first time in my life, I'm ashamed to be a lawyer. How can a lawyer treat his mum like this. I know for sure this particular mother may be a very difficult mother but how many more years remain that one cannot pray and muster the strength for the last mile. No matter how bad we perceive our aged ones to be, we must remain kind to them. This is a lesson to all, don't put all your old age on your kids. Be kind to all kids around you because you never can tell which one of them will come in handy for you. Funny enough, this is the new trend. Government should please do more of these old people's home. To train kids and not bring into them the fear of God is the only mistake a parent can make. I weep for this woman. I wish from this platform, help can be pooled up for her to the shame of her children and may the Lord have mercy on this old woman and forgive whatever sins of her youth.
