if iyabo truly wrote this letter, my first reaction is this is not fair on her dad who brought her into politics , who enabled her and gbenga to become billionaires overnight.it is evident she suppressed childhood grudges against her dad who I must now conclude is the most failed Nigeria husband and dad. The pain that make a girl wrote this about her dad must be too deep,no money,no position,no compensation can heal.obasanjo must accept this as a divine verdict and make amends. he needs call all his wives and kids and grannies and apologise to them. Any other step will be wrong and may end with obj being physically stripped naked by his children in the marketplace. .To be honest, the contents of this letter are certainly written by someone who knows obj too deep, someone who has information and some who knows where it hurts and who must have been deeply hurt. And really obasanjo has truly hurt migerians most deeply.2 times head of state in different season and it is still all about sex in aso rock.to those who wants to learn this is an opportunity.really a man that lost his child heart cannot be said to be a great man.Mandela too admits this as a very sad part of his life.if im obasanjo I will surrender all national honours and want to be known simply as mr obasanjo.This letter even if not written by iyabo has already taken effect. |

jonathan is indeed a very lucky minnow he has being given his end of term report for him to work on but already he has again missed the opportunity by attacking obasanjo.obj is not a saint but he sure got his information right .JONATHAN should deeply reflect as he is gradually going into history as the most clueless Nigerian head of state. 1.he needs effect a general review of his aides and cabinet most of whom are simply useless except the minister of agric who is not only inspiring but effective as well. 2,he must now accept he will not come back in 2015 and now fight for a place in the positive side of Nigeria's history; 3.he must read the book the 48 laws of power and he must never again be seen smiling around and playing with tainted persons as he was doing during the otedola saga. 4.let him accept he doesn't have the gift of elocution and therefore engages the service of speechwriters. His speeches are so watery,so lifeless, so untrue and so pedestrian. Imagine him saying im not mandela,im not this,im not that. Esiere: I am an existing tenant. I stayed in Ajah Lagos .My rent has expired and I told my landlord to allow me pay 70 percent of my new rent (1 year) n I will pay the remaining 30percent in 4 months time. He started raking oo. Please advise me. Shld I also go mad with him n call his bluff? Wat are my chances?you owe him a 6months rent by law but you may have subscribed via an agreement that the law doesn't operates between the two of you while the agreement subsists. honestly it is beta for him to accept and if he doesn't accept,just look for an alternative with your 70percent and quietly packed out .it is the landlord's house and you will eventually leave sooner or later so why don't you just leave now.i have a tenancy expiring next year February but am decided to move out before xmas,GOD HELPING ME and im of the opinion it is best that way when you discover your landlord is not a reasonable person.GOD HATES STRIFE.PRAYERS DONT GET ANSWERED IN STRIVEFULL ENVIRONMENT. |

yes he can if he can prove that you have become a nuisance in tort.in tort he is allowed to abate a nuisance.so if im the landlord I will set you up to become an obvious nuisance to everyone including the policeman and the judge and the neighbors and forcefully abate the nuisance you have become. Abatement of nuisance is allowed under the law of tort. |

the woman u called another man's wife is a human.
