I think the UK law frowns upon financial / material inducement for organ exchange. This is where the problem lies not actually on his age.

You don't understand the charge against them, the charge before the court says nothing about the boy being a minor, it says conspiracy to arrange/facilitate travel of another person (whether minor or adult) with a view to exploitation, namely organ harvesting. If the boy had claimed to be 16, he would have been put in the next plane back to Nigeria. This writer is oblivious of the real charge against Ike and wife before the UK court. This is certainly not true. The writer is only quoting a statement by the Metropolitan Police. A statement from the police in public domain is not same as the charge in the court. In summary, the charges before Ike and wife the have nothing to do with whether David is a minor. The "age issue" or whether they paid him handsomely is not a concern in this case. Infact, paying him commecially to donate organ is by itself a crime in the UK, so the IKe's wouldn't defend based on that. Authentication of age is not a defense in the case before the UK court.

If the age is confirmed by Nigerian investigations, the charges still remain. "Conspiracy to arrange travel of another "person" .... (a person can be adult or minor). That's isn't a mistake. Pls read within lines. Ike and wife may not escape this, except if the charges are later modified and that would involve lots of diplomacy frm the Buhari's govt.

I'm afraid if this advise would serve you a guide. As you're thanking God for not sustaining any external injury, you need to also thank Him for not sustaining internal (spinal cords, nerves, etc.) injuries. This is important for your thanks to be plentiful as well as avoid "future", I had know.

He should have remain in PDP, take VP position, and with that Atiku/Obi stands more chance than Atiku/Okowa, as some northerners (not all) would definitely still betray Tinubu for Atiku but we can't tell for now if the betrayal will be sufficient to get Atiku/Okowa the presidency, but I would have been sufficient to get Atiku Obi the presidency given the Muslim-Muslim ticket APC are naturally constrained to project, if they need to win.
