PLANETMARS: ach transfer is a way us companies pay. Payoneer onlu accept payment from their listed companies eg fiverr free lancer you can consult their site for more info. As for the paypal here get a vpn running then open a paypal acct confirm it with ur payoneer details. I think I will do that. But why do I have to confirm it with my Payoneer details? Are they somehow linked? |

twosquare: First, have you activated your pin online ? Which Nigerian ATM bank is that? Is the ATM Mastercard approved - I mean does it have Mastercard logo? Not all Nigerian banks accept Payoneer.... Do you have money in your Payoneer card? Lots of questions that can be the cause. I'm not sure what you mean by activating the pin online, but the card is fully activated and I have a pin. I used First Bank which accepts my other MasterCards. There is $2.24 in the card. |

PLANETMARS: payoneer don't accept direct deposit only ach transfer. Use ur payoneer account to open a paypal foreign acct with foreign ip or if u serious u can use my paypal account if its from legit source for a token My business is legit, but I want to see how this works. What is "ach" transfer? She uses Paypal, and she's in Europe. Can she use this "ach transfer"? So I can use my Payoneer to open a foreign Paypal account. How does that work? I simply do a VPN connection and open a new Paypay account as if I'm in US and then somehow link the account to my Payoneer? |

I stick my Payoneer card into an ATM for the first time this morning and try to check balance, and it says: "Invalid... check with your bank". Is there something that might be missing from it? |
Politics › Re: Buhari’s Ministers Without Portfolios by JuanDeDios: 8:56am On Nov 11, 2015 |
free2ryhme: My take is that it is going to be shameful to have ministers without portfolio. Why pay them and not assign a portfolio to them? The constitution also says they have to resign any job they have, before being appointed ministers. Do we now expect people to resign their jobs, just to sit down for FEC meetings? We can always carve out something for each minister and after that the government can send a bill to the National Assembly, asking them to amend the constitution on the amount of ministers. They can ask for just two or three ministers from each geopolitical zone. Please don't make any of them a laughing stock, when there is so much work to be done. We can also cut cost by reducing advisers and assistants to the ministers and also overseas trips. The minister without portfolio talk makes no sense. Even if there will be 16 ministries 36 people can easily be accommodated as ministers and ministers of state. |

I did a job for someone in Europe. She has a Paypal account and wants to pay me through Paypal. But you know we can't receive through Paypal in Nigeria. I have a Payoneer with a US bank number. Can I simply give my client this US bank number so I can receive the money through my Payoneer? Or is Western Union my only real option?
Thank you. |

dustmalik: I have noticed you are quite neutral, so I'll try to explain the situation to you.
The problem here is that PDP didn't comply with the electoral laws. One, they held primaries outside of the state capital, which is against electoral laws. Two, they even held the primaries outside of the timeline stipulated by the electoral laws. Now, based on these two grounds, it means that PDP was ineligible for the election, to even start with. In the eyes of the law, they didn't even contest at all, because they weren't eligible. These are valid points that are undisputable.
Therefore, the tribunal couldn't order a rerun because the only eligible candidate with the highest number of votes was Aisha Alhassan.
These guys that are arguing know these facts, but they have refused to keep their emotion aside and face reality. Well, you are probably right. After all, the Supreme Court didn't order a re-run in the Amechi-Omehia case. But it doesn't end there. What has just happened is that the person the people voted for has been outed. In a part of the country where ethno-religious tensions are always simmering just below the surface, we may be headed for another Plateau. I hope the Court of Appeal orders a rerun. This law that lets someone come in by default is judge-made and we need to look at it again. It seems the majority must see their candidate win for peace to reign. |

chukwudi44: If the majority of the people actually voted at the polls to allow such an ocuurrence then no probs!! What APC are attempting to do in Taraba is a rape of democracy!! Attempting to subvert the political will of majority of Tarabians is not democracy and would never stand!! Giving differant judgements over the same issues like we have seen in Benue and Taraba,Rivers and imo on the card readers!! I hope these tribunals do not destroy this country even faster than Nnamdi Kanu's IPOB I share your concern about the tribunals but they have always been like that. And sacking Ishaku was in order - our parties should stop throwing out the rule book. I hope the Court of Appeal orders a rerun and make a similar ruling in Benue where the APC did their own primary magic. |

chukwudi44: Alhassan was not elected Governor,Majority of Tarabians rejected her at the polls That is true. But PDP messed up by not following due process to start with. I hope these come-and-eat parties doing anything they like learn their lessons and stop throwing the rule book away. |

chukwudi44: Shebi i been talk am yesterday!! Attempting to foist a muslim Governor in a Christian dominated state like Tarabi will lead to violence!! The appeal and supreme courts had better do the needful before Taraba becomes another plateau!! The hausa muslmins are gradually encraoaching into the christian dominated middle belt!! We southerners have better wisened up before fulani herdsmen start claiming territories and contesting Governorship states in our states You sound alarmist. The first mayor of Enugu was Hausa. There was also an Igbo deputy mayor of Lagos in the 50's. The heavens did not fall. |

TonyeBarcanista: Buhari and APC must be held responsible for any breakdown of law and order in Taraba state that arise from the fraudulent judgement they delivered in connivance of INEC and Corrupt judges at the tribunal that FAILED to replicate same in Benue state.
That said, I appeal to everyone to be calm and not take laws into their hands. I read your thread on Taraba-Benue and I agree the CA should treat Benue like Taraba since I want our parties taught a lesson in due process. So what makes you say the Taraba judgment was fraudulent and corrupt? Was it because it didn't align with Benue or you have other bases for your assertion? And was was the Taraba tribunal bound by the ruling of the Benue tribunal? |

In any case, there was no arrest. They invited him but he declined to attend, starting the whole wahala. You certainly don't need a warrant to invite anyone for a chat. |
