I am really pissed at this Cynthia of a girl! of course i am not condoning what these fools and gutless idiots did, but come to think of it, how could she be so gullible, senseless and foolish?

Last year i printed a wedding invitation card for a freind's friend.

When we finaaly met, he told me that the lady that his friend was engaged
to marry was tested HIV positive some days to the wedding.

When the result was read, there was no sign of her being shocked whihc led us to
believe that she hasd known all these year (4 yrs they dated and these 4 yrs he was
sleeping with hjer without the condoms!)

Our guy went for the test in December last year and was NEGATIVE.

THIS YEAR TOO he had gone to repeat the test and it was also negative!

So if our poster here is negative, you should not be surprised and for the wife not telling him,

Funny though when some people tell you they "love you" and you refuse

The first person whom the bible told us was afraid of his action was Adam in Genesis 3:10. The next was Cain after he killed Abel his brother. It is Judas Iscariot’s spirit or conscience that made his thought restless, that kept pricking him and telling him that the person he betrayed or sold was an innocent man. When he could not handle his conscience, he went and committed suicide. Your conscience is that part of you that nobody sees, that you were created with to enable you correct yourself or checkmate your actions when nobody does.

Nobody told Adam, Cain or Judas that they did wrong except their conscience. It is that part of you that speaks to you after every action, which sees in the same light that God does. Your conscience is like the candle of the Lord that reveals your real motive inspite of what people think.

YOUR CONSCIENCE IS YOUR GUARD.

My wife and I woke up at about 1.30am on the 2nd of June, 2010 and for lack of something to do decided to continue with 24 (a movie series on terrorism and counter- terrorism) we stopped watching the previous day.

Little did we know that something was going to happen that will change our life as that day was not going to be JUST another day! Two hours into the movie she started complaining of abdominal pains and I asked her what the problem could be (this time) she told me that the pains was LABOR pains! I further asked if there was anything I could do to ease the pains but she answered in the negative.

The pains – contraction as the medical people would call it – continued till at about 9.30 am. Before this time we had already contacted a family friend of ours who came at about that time and she and my wife left for the hospital taking with them the necessary things needed for child delivery.

I refused to go with them because I was scared! I told them that I would come later (hoping that the baby would have being born before my arrival at the hospital but how wrong I was!) I got the hospital an hour and half later only to see them sitting and talking at the reception area of the maternity ward. I asked what was going on and was told that my wife had been examined and was asked to wait.

I sat with them and we talked about this and that for some hours. At 3.30pm or so my wife went inside the labor room again – having being there from time to time to be checked by the doctor. But this time she did not come as she did the previous time she went inside. When I asked I was told that she was at the verge of giving birth!

While I sat there waiting, I went outside and CASUALLY prayed. I reasoned that we have being praying as soon the baby was conceived! We have prayed at midnight for a week two times! We even fasted as instructed by our pastor Apostle G. Benz.

I felt that at that point I should just relax and wait for the baby to come out but I was wrong! Around past 4pm I started hearing my wife shouting: “LORD HAVE MERCY!” “LORD SHOW MERCY!” “I MUST GO HOME WITH MY BABY!” “BABY LISTEN TO MY WORD AND FOLLOW ME HOME etc.

As I walked towards thee entrance of the labor room proper, our friend that took her to the hospital beckoned to me and when I got to where she was she told me that our baby had been delivered but was lying lifeless – not breathing, crying or moving! The doctors were trying to revive him!

“How could this be” I said within me. My whole world came to a stand still and I almost suffered a stroke! Something inside of me was stirred and I was angry! Does it mean that we would not be going home with this baby alive? Will I be calling my mum and telling her that the baby was born but that we lost him? This and many more thoughts occupied my mind for some seconds and I didn’t know what to do. I was confused and almost paralyzed by fear!

But in that state of confusion something whispered that I should pray! I started praying and speaking in tongues! I prayed sincerely and desperately for so long that I had to be stopped by someone who came to tell me that my baby was okay! It was only then that I started hearing him crying at the top of his voice!

Our baby was revived after one hour of been out of the womb!

This experience taught me the following:

I learnt from that day that when God seems to look away that it is for a purpose.

I also learnt that God is always there to meet us at our point of need if we can surrender all to Him completely and allow Him to do His “THING”!

Again the incident that day showed me that our “faith” can only be called “faith” when it is tested! In other word, faith without action is useless!

It also taught me that prayer is never enough: we should always pray without fail!

From that experience I learnt that the devil will always contest that which the Almighty God has given us. The onus of the case is for us not to give up and give in to him but to fight him violently with the blood of the Lamb that has been made available to us and watch him flee!

In conclusion, I also learnt that day that our faith should be exercised always. We should also call on God and believe that He is ever faithful and waiting to do things for us.

Jesus is God because God can decide to manifest Himself through ANY MEANS He deems fit and no one can and should question that!

Yes, He (God) does not have the qualities the poster highlighted but we should not rule out the fact that when He came down to earth, He did not come as God but as man. That was why He could "SLEEP", "EAT", "WALK" etc and this should not be misconstrued.

He is God and the Alpha And the Omega! If He could create the whole world by a spoken word, what would/could be difficult for Him to do?

God gave Moses the Ten Commandment, in it He said “tell my people you should not steal”. Simply put, “do not take what is not yours or what was not given to you. Those days the punishment for stealing was stoning the culprit – the person found guilty of stealing – to death. This goes to show that God did not tolerate it and still do not tolerate it.

If you come across a biro in your class, lost money, shoes, books, novel necklace etc that does not belong to do not take it. Find someone instead to hand the item over to. If you fail to do so and keep the found item for yourself you have violated God’s law that says we should not steal.

Again do not take whatever your parents did not ask you to take, if you do, you have stolen in the eyes of God. You may be deceived into believing that your parent properties belong to you. Yes they are yours but only if they are given to you by them.

The devil tempts you with those things he know you love like meat, fish bread, egg, money etc but you can overcome him through prayers and discipline so start now. Every armed robber you hear about, know today or see on the television paraded by the police starting by stealing little things.

In our text today, Israel and Achan lost God’s protection because one of them stole what was not theirs so they lost to their enemies at the battle front.

LESSONS TO LEARN AND PRACTISE:
 Do not take things that do not belong to you.
 Satisfaction cannot be gotten from stealing. All you will ever get is shame.

PRAYER POINTS:
 Holy Spirit, help me never to steal.

Let me guess,in his omnipotent wisdom created the Devil even when he knew what was going to happen so he could cause the flood and kill millions just so Noah could build his Ark.? People, This is not just my personal opinion (even though i detaste those traits i pointed out), i did my homework.

Like a poster said, some people like "falsies" but i happen not to be one of them!

I decided to (today) delve into some of the physical appearance of women that set off wrong signals. Some women might think that they are doing the right thing but actually the reverse is the case as the effect they hoped to get from such does not really work that way.

It takes a man to reveal to you those things that attract them to woman and those things that turn them off.

Your clothes/dressing: it is said that the way you are dressed is the way you will be addressed. You can not be going about half unclothed and expect to attract Mr. Right. The fact that such dressing attracts stares and “wows” from male onlookers does not imply that they are impressed with you or your looks. Some of them would without doubt want a “relationship” but be sure that such desire is just to have a piece of the advertised merchandize and move on! Incase you do not know, there is no right thinking man who loves and cares for you and that have future plans for you would want you exposing some vital parts of you body to other people.

Your make up: it never ceases to amaze me when I see some women wearing excessive makeup. The essence of makeup is to fine-tune and bring out that natural beauty that you possess. Some women wear make up that instead of making them look more beautiful and attractive, they end up looking like masquerades and disgusting to even look at! Please stop that. Your eye shadows, lipstick or lips gloss should all be applied moderately. Too much of everything is bad.

Your nails should be well trimmed and clean. Use responsible colors when painting your nails. Do not leave them too long either. We were coming from church the other day when we saw this girl going to the same church! She looked like a LovePeddler to put it mildly! Her nails had different colors of nail polished (black, blue, green etc!) I could not help but ask her if that was the latest style/trend in town. If you were a man, would she be attracted to you? I seriously doubt it!

Some ladies has also decided that to attract the attention of a man that loose fitting bras that would allow the bosoms to be “dancing” uncontrollably are to be worn! This is wrong. I personally admire a lady with a full bosoms but it turns me off when I see one flaunting them with reckless abandon! This does not appeal to the good sense of Mr. Right either.

Wearing of padded bras! This is one thing that has saturated the fashion industry in recent time. Bras with foams! My sisters, if you are not well endured up there, use what nature gave you. There is no point wearing falsies! Suppose you succeeded in attracting a guy with your falsies only for him to discover that what he thought you had were fakes? Besides, a train eye always sees and recognized such padded bras! Who is fooling who? If you have them (full bosoms) well okay but if you do not, make do with what you have. Stop trying to saw saw dust! Bear in mind too that not all men are big-bosoms-crazy!

Use deodorant and nice smelling perfume to add class to your appearances:  funny as this might sound true still remain that some people still feel that wearing perfumery is a sign of dirtiness and worldliness! Where they got such ideas from I still do not know. My sister, there is nothing worldly or dirty in one using deodorants and perfumery! Look great without been bash and smell good without been offensive. We all do not like offensive smell and your Mr. Right is no exception!

Shoes, bags and hairdos should be done with care bearing in mind your color, size, shape and all. It is not every style you see in the magazine or movies that you should imitate. Fact is that in most cases the people you see in movies/magazines with some kind of crazy styles use what you see them wearing for just that appearance and nothing more. You will never see them on the street dressed like that and some of these people you want to imitate are into show biz. Those dresses are just for business and nothing more!

I could go on and on but the above should be okay for now least I start boring you. To cap it all, decency is the watchword.

In the book of Genesis, we were told that the devil appeared to Eve in the form of a serpent and persuaded her to eat the forbidden fruit that God Almighty had commanded them not to eat.

“For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, that your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil”. Genesis chapter 3:5.

When you read down the same chapter of the book of Genesis, you will see how Eve gave in to the deceit of the devil by eating the fruit and giving to her husband – Adam – who also ate.

The same chapter goes further to talk about how God came down in the cool of the evening to fellowship with them – Adam and Eve – only for Adam to hear of His presence in the garden and ran to hid himself.

One may then wonder why God in His omniscience didn’t intervene when the woman was being deceived by the devil.

I have also asked a similar question but mine was anchored on the fact that God being all-knowing must have known Adam and Eve (or at least Eve) would not take heed to the commandment to stay clear off the fruit located in the middle of the Garden but still He allowed the fruit to be there!

The Almighty God works in mysterious ways and His ways and thoughts are as far apart from ours as the heavens is far away from the earth.

Prophet Isaiah puts it this way:
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” Isaiah 55:8 – 9.

The disobedience of Adam and Eve paved the way to the coming of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ! (Genesis 3:15). Through the coming of Jesus we were restored to God.

Yes! When He (God) allows some things to happen to us, it is usually for a purpose. Sometimes it is to teach us perseverance and dependence on Him and sometimes He (just) wants to manifest Himself in our lives and circumstances so as to take all the glory!

As you read through this piece of writing, it is my sincere hope and belief that you will be encouraged, vitalized (or revitalized) and will come to the understanding that everything works out for good so that His name alone will be glorified.
