Yeah, it's the femtech at ilorin. They have outlets in other cities. Nothing much happened. I ordered for the fridge on their website and it was delivered to me at home. It was mentioned on their website that the fridge has inner lighting. When it came, no lighting at all. To indicate the fridge is on and to light the inside of the fridge.

Also, the fridge is made of inferior quality. So, I decided to return it and go for another fridge that is more expensive and with better quality. They picked up the fridge in my apartment, took it to their office. They did a lot of testing to be certain everything is working fine, then, they blatantly refused to change it.

According to them, they won't just change an item because a customer requested it, even when it's under warranty. Going by their warranty policy, if the product is faulty, it'll be sent to the company that made the product for assessment/repairs/replacement. Imagine how long this entire process is going to take.

This is the summary of my back and forth with the company's sales rep. Funny thing is, a lot of folks around trust them because they do aggressive marketing. Once money exchange hands, they become something else.

Are you sure that nexus product is original? Please do some research on it and if found to be an imitation, make that your basis for wanting a change. From the little I know about Nexus products, they are as good as Haier Thermocool and even better than LG, so I am surprised that you are saying the product you bought is of inferior quality.



This is a perfect instance of cases where customer protection body in Nigeria is to come in, but those ones are just after stomach infrastructure.

Where are all those so called clearance thread police, they won’t show up when you need them, but if it’s to be tackling innocent sellers, they’ll troop in.
Quick to label innocent sellers scam, but actual scam case everywhere would be quiet. Nigerians sha.
Everybody was busy monitoring price and stuff, and this guy slipped under the radar
Some of them were even endorsing the so called scammer, saying “this is real clearance”, instead of them to investigate the account.
That Account was so bait, burner account.
I mean, the guy mixed letters and number to cypher his number.
I remember before, when a sus account post a sus deal, people warn others to be careful when dealing. But instead peeps were hailing him.
All those guys endorsing could be accomplices, I’m sure most have deleted their post

So I went to church with my family, at the entrance of the church members of protocol use their security gadgets to search us whether we carry any kind of weapon. Me that did not even carry Bible expect my phone and offering, yet they use their gadgets on me.

I was just laughing because it seems they don't trust their members again for instance me a member of more than five years and listen to the pastor almost every week.
I think this acts in church will further discourage people from attending church services but to stick to electronic programmes

How old are your children? This would determine their needs. For instance, a child of less than 1 would require more financial attention than a child of 8.


Where are you based? This would determine cost of living. The cost of living in the North is far cheaper than the cost of living in the East.



Finally, I would advise that you buy things in bulk. Buying in bulk is cheaper and saves you from this overly and ever increasing inflation rate. If your children are youngsters, buy diaper in bulk. There are people who sell cereals in bulk too ( like painter of milk, cornflakes, golden morn, bournvita, oat and so on) and even pasta too. Find one in your location and buy these things in painter as against tins. Then again, you still have to mise usage so excess availability is not mistaken for excess wastage.


Buy rice, beans (store in dry jerry cans and pour some dry pepper and bay leaves), palm oil and vegetable oil in bulk. Buy beans when it is cheap(December) and palm oil when its cheaper too.

Eat Apples when they are in season. Switch to Mangoes if the former is out of season. Eat yams when in season, switch to Irish and sweet potatoes if the aforementioned happens.



If electricity is stable, cook three to four variety of soups, stews, sauces and store in the freezer. With a little tweak, each serving would taste better and fresh.


Buy ugu when in season, air dry and store for when it would become expensive. Do same for Afang, pepper, ewedu, okra...


Process tomato mix and store in a cool dry pantry for use when it becomes expensive.

I am not Yoruba, but the assessment about yoruba men is absolutely true. I am not sure about the cheating part though, because I feel like quite a handful of them can be quite extreme with that. If you are however, lucky to find one whose head was carved well, then it'd be bliss all the way, just like ExoticPlanner.

If you think you are not skilled enough, you can pocket the idea of travelling for now. Bag two or more sellable skills that are in high demand in your country of choice.... What I am saying in retrospect is that you postpone your trip by a few years. Take your present job as a fund raising venture for your skills acquisition plan. Set a plan! For instance determine what percentage of your monthly income you would save for this venture and what skill you would acquire per quarter. Let's assume you are able to bag 3 skills in a year, then you can pick up your travel plan and set it in motion . Good luck!
