Your points are valid, but have you thought about it from my angle? She was his ex... As in they were dating before and he left her for this lady. Would she hatch such a plan to claim a man who already dumped her? Even if the killer wasn't dating this man, he may have given her the green light one way or the other. My aim is not to bash any gender, but to be retrospective about the events that led to the intent of crime.

Hello all,

This is difficult situation for me, my mom's house has been left uncompleted since 2014 just the foundation and probably 2couch were placed ontop since then it's been there because she had to send my siblings and I to higher institution. Now am of age, doing quite well for myself. I think am finally ready to build a house, was thinking about getting a land 100 by 50 and raise 5 bedroom flats... but on the other hand that my mom's building had been left uncompleted since it's a family land, relatives are starting to say somethings and sometimes I could see the shame on my mom's face when she goes to her family compound. I also confided in a friend of mine, he said almost same thing, that my thing is different from our own. Saying am not the only one my mom gave birth to, if I complete it now I should be ready to share it with my siblings no matter what when the time comes.

The reason why some sellers have to advertise even when they may still need the item is because it will be very stupid to start selling off items the day you are meant to travel or relocate knowing how Nigerians don't believe in fixed prices. Most Nigerians are not fiinancially disciplined and will bargain no matter the price. We have this weird lifestyle of bargaining everything. Even if you put up a samsung note 9 for 20k, someone will still call to price 18k. They will waste your time pricing up and down. So you see why its not smart to start advertising on the day of relocation?

Again, some items are Essentials and may not be released immediately.

For instance, a seller that is relocating in 1 week may not want to release his or her foam immediately even though it was put up for sale. He has to sleep till then and he wont sleep on the floor.

He may want to release stuffs like centre table, tvs, dvds, gotvs, inverter, stabilizers, rug, curtains, dividers etc because they are non-essentials. Essentials like foam, pots, gas cooker can be released a day before or so. All this boils down to agreement and understanding.

As long as the seller is not a fraud, a client can pay for an item and book it down. The seller will stop advertising the item as available. On the agreed date of pickup, the seller will hand it over in the condition it was advertised and payed for.

Then the seller should clearly state such caveat in his or her advert. Let buyers know that the item of interest would be available for immediate or future release. I think that would spare both parties the stress of caricature back and forth.
