In the initial writeup, I said how someone I wasn't getting along with someone I was dating, prayed about it with different people since we were very serious, and how majority said we were meant to be together. I however wasn't fully convinced as we seemed to be different, constantly having little issues, different views and values in life.

Moving to today...
I decided to move on from the supposed "wife". I went with someone that gives me peace of mind. I also thought its better not to live my life based on "pastor said this or that"
However, I've had recurring dreams about the 2nd lady (that gives me peace of mind). The dreams always center around us been together and she suddenly leaving, I won't be able to find her later in the dream. 2 days ago, was the 3rd dream of the same nature.

I am now slightly worried, I don't want to give in to dreams, and want to believe I can pray things are successful and go well between us. Conversely, based on our traditions, maybe I am the one not listening to advice. Between the 1st lady and I are no longer on talking terms.

What do you think? What advice do you have on how best to move forward? I want to learn from other's experience, those who have traveled this road before me.

Three Young Hardware Developers in Benue State, Nigeria, Joseph Orya, Joshua Ichor and Jude Iorfa, after a painstaking research, have finally built a Solar-Powered Ventilator, in Makurdi, the State Capital, to help in the fight against the-ever-world's-dreaded, Novel CoronaVirus.

The trio both Tiv by tribe, hails from Katsina-Ala, and Kwande, Local Government Areas of the state respectively.

According to reports Joseph, went to Christ Apostolic Secondary School, Makurdi, now a 200L Chemistry student of University of Agriculture(UniAgric), Makurdi; and Jude went to Special Science School, also in Makurdi, and proceeded to studying Physics at the University of Jos where he is also 200L.

In an interview with GrassrootsAfricaNews, a Metropolitan Newspaper:

"Our mission is to design a ventilator that can be built with common components and materials that can be easily sourced in communitsies where high-tech equipment like 3D printers are not present.

Ventilators help COVID-19 patients with severe symptoms breathe. It pumps oxygen into the lungs and removes carbon dioxide. A ventilator is a major equipment for managing COVID-19 cases", they concluded.

The Governor of the state Samuel Ortom, believes, that The S-Vent Ventilator made in Benue could help prevent a shortage of ventilators in the state and other places.

The ventilators, being solar powered, are said to be capable of use in places without a stable power supply.

Reports says the Benue Scientists both met in a Technology Competition, 7 years ago and became friends since then.

Ichor Joshua on the other hand, went to Mount Saint Gabriel's Secondary School, in Makurdi, and is now a Final Year Geophysics student of the University of Jos(Unijos), is known to have began his pursuit of Inventive Technology early, and came First Posiion Winner at the Student Innovation Challenge.

He has also since founded "LEDNigeria", a company which manufactures renewable Energy supply equipments like Inverters, Power Banks, Lanterns and others.

The Zone 6 Headquarters of the Nigerian Police in Calabar has arrested the suspected killers of Naval Sub Lt. David Igbashal.

Igbashal was abducted on Feb. 22 while on his way from Calabar to Makurdi, Benue state for his wedding arrangements.

The arrest is contained in a release signed by the Public Relations Officer of Zone 6, Calabar, DSP Nelson Okpabi on Sunday.

He stated that the arrest was made on April 18 and was led by Supt. Emmanuel Ukwenya of the Zonal Anti-Corruption/X-Squad set up by Assistant Inspector General of Police, Mr Zaki Ahmed.

Okpabi said that the squad recovered the remains of the slained Sub Lt. at Omuogodu Akpu in Ngbo Local Government Area of Ebonyi, a warring Community with neighbouring Agila village in Ado LGA Benue.

“The team which acted on a credible information arrested five suspects in connection with the crime and they confessed to committing the heinous crime.
“They also took the detectives to the site where the murdered officer was buried.
“Meanwhile, investigation is in top gear and the suspects would be arraigned accordingly.

“The AIG in-charge of Zone 6 Headquarters Calabar, is using this opportunity to condole with the Nigerian Navy for the loss of the young officer; while calling on members of the public to obey government/NCDC directives and stay safe.

“He also assured them of adequate security in this trying times and urged them to report suspected person(s)/incidents to the police without hesitation,” Okpabi said.

Jukun/Tiv Crisis: A rejoinder to Major General John Enenche's Press Release

Our attention has been drawn to a press release by Gen. John Enenche of the Nigerian army defence headquarters (DHQ) Abuja.

In the press release by Gen. John Enenche which he claimed that the army drafted to maintain peace in Taraba State does not pose a threat to the Tiv in Taraba and particularly Wukari. He went further that the army has brought relative calm in the area.
We wish to say without fear and favour that Gen. Enenche does not have the required intelligence to deny our claim over the illegal involvement of the army in the crisis, he has not gotten the object report from the people on ground.

We urge the army and Gen. Enenche to setup an independent body to investigate the activities of Nigerian army deployed to keep peace in Taraba State rather than staying in Abuja in his comfort home to say that it is a fallacy to say the army are colluding with local Jukun militia.

1. The burning down of Tor Iorshager, Ikyaior, Gbor gbor Tec was organised by Maj. Sails of 93 battalion Takum.

2. There is no single Tiv settlement in Taraba State that the army are stationed there to protect our people, but all the Jukun settlements are highly protected by the army, is that the professionalism?

3. In the whole of Taraba State there are two Tiv towns that have military, these are: Amadu in Takum and Dan Anacha in Gassol local government in central Taraba.

4. In Wukari which is the centre of the Jukun and Tiv crisis in Taraba state, the army had their checkpoints in all the Jukun settlements, these include: Wukari, Kente, Sondi, Rafin kada, Arufu, Akwana, Tsokundi, Chonku, etc can Enenche tell Tarabans and Nigerians at least one Tiv village in Wukari that the army are stationed there to protect the residents, is that the professionalism?

5. All the Tiv settlements in Wukari LGA are empty, did the General care to know why?

6. Jootar (Ukum Benue State) was attacked on 15 July, 2019 by Jukun militias, from Wukari to Jootar is 12km, there are five checkpoints, from the border line to Jootar is 2km, on average you have 2km to a check point manned by Nigerian army, the Jukun militias used the road to attack Jootar with their Hilux and motorcycle and followed the same route to go back, can Gen. Enenche tell us what happened to the army during the time of the attack?

7. On 8 Apri, 2020, Jukun militias attacked Jootar again passing through the same five checkpoints for the second time, is that the professionalism? How can you prove to a responsible person that the army were neutral in their activities?

8. If Gen. John Enenche will insist that our accusations are false, it means he lacks the intellectual capability to head such a sensitive office of that magnitude. His way of collecting, analysing and evaluating information is still analog and primitive, and therefore will not be of help to the army, no wonder, boko haram are killing our army because we lack intelligence analysis and evaluation.

9. On the claim by Gen. Enenche that his men had achieved relative peace in Taraba State is also false, because the following Tiv towns and villages were attacked successfully in the presence of the army.

 On 6/4/2020 two Tiv people were attacked in their farms in Dan Anacha, Gassol LGA.

 On 11/3/2020, Tse Utsea was attacked and four people were killed in Wukari LGA.

 Tse Mdondo was attacked on 26 Feb, 2020 one person was killed in Wukari LGA.

PERSECUTION OF THE TIV ETHNIC TRIBE IN NIGERIA

On Wednesday 8th April 2020 a very deadly violence erupted between two border ethnic groups in Nigeria, the Jukuns in Taraba State and the Tivs in Benue State. The allegation is that the first aggressors being the Jukuns carried out attacks against the Tivs in Jootar, Ukum Local Government Area of Benue State supported by the Nigerian Army.


The IHRC Situation Room is currently deliberating on reports received that the Nigerian Army that is supposed to intervene and prevent this type of violence was instead directly supporting the assailants, committing killings and other abuses.


The Director/Ambassador of the IHRC Africa Region HQ, H.E Dr. Tivlumun Innocent Ahure is giving out notices to world leaders to call on President Muhammadu Buhari to take serious steps to hold accountable those responsible. Dr. Ahure will further be disseminating procedural calling on the cadres of the United Nations for their information and necessary action.
