Well, it is not compulsory that people believe what i have said but people will also learn from experience and will come share their stories. I attended student interview at the US embassy 2 times, the first unprepared and the 2nd, well prepared but was still denied. Today, i reside in the US and learnt most of their US visa policies, both non-immigrant and immigrant. The fact that something worked for someone out of luck or the day being good doesn't mean the person have done perfectly well.

need your opinion, I'm a british citizen based in naija but actually but in UK currently for my masters after which i'll definitely return to naija (its a years programme). My Dad has been based in UK for long and i intend him to be my sponsor to invite my wife for a holiday (3weeks). Now people are telling me that the embassy wont honour a visiting visa application for my wife because i'm a citizen that i should go for a spousal visa. Is this true? Secondly if true, how do i go about that knowing that i dont want to stay in the uk beyond october when my masters ends, i therefor see no need of applying for a settlement visa for now.

what kind of visa application do u advice we go for? Many thanks in advance

I am an Arsenal fan, but I am not happy with this move. It has exposed the clubside as lacking in dynamism. i work in a top telecom company and I requested for a corp member to work with me on a project, i was given a go ahead to get one and funny enough i do not have any.

I have not asked anybody to pay money or do anything, If you are a serving corper and have IT knowledge, it might be your chance, also note that I have spoken to some friends and they promise to get me one also.

So am not limited to only this forum and will not entertain any further insult.

I visit Nairaland everyday especially the travel section and read any topic or news that interest me on the front page, Vicjustice and Justwise are very popular here, I can say both of them are very intelligent and well versed from their responses to comments on this forum, sometimes the response especially to comments from someone that is not popular or regular here make one feels they think they no it all and always right. In my view this travel section belong to them and some folks here and not to nairalanders. My brother please no vex, you can only be seen as a good person on travel section if you always agreed with their views especially Justwise. i'm on a tier 1 post study visa in the uk which is valid for 2year. i just got married few months ago and will like my husband to join me on dependant visa.the problem now is, he has previously applied to uk for a business visa in 2006 and at that time through an agent, he didnt tender all required documents and was refused. he was given the right to appeal but chose not to appeal. the major problem now for me is that he lied about his age at the time of applying for the visa in 2006 but used is real name, then the finger print system was not in existence.  my question now is will the uk embassy be able to know he has applied before? because now he is using the same name and is real age not the fake age he used 5years ago? do u tink with a different age they their sysem will still be able to detect his previous application? please i need genuie advise on  what step to take?

That figure is too minuscule to be worried about, and since they are Independent loan providers, I strongly doubt they would have access to your credit report, unlike banks. Simply relax and guzzle your beer , owing money to loan providers in UK has never led to UK visa denial as far as I am aware.

are you sure you are comfortable with the achievement of playing in champions league every season when others are winning trophies?
you buy players cheap and sale them high yet you call those players judas when they leave your club.
sometimes, i don't feel like discussing with arsenal fans because their targets at the end of every season is very different from the other teams.
what is the need for a beautiful football that does not bring in trophy? i used to to brag with trophies and invisible records when i was an arsenal fan. today, arsenal fans only discuss top 4 finish and how much the club make from selling of players.

justwise thanks for your reply,if i have to know the truth about the visa if it is real or fake at the airport before i leave the country,then i must have paid the guy that issue the visa out which is risk,i want to verify the visa before payment because those agents normally gives time to verify it,and i also know they are smart,plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz guys i want someone full of experience on visa issue to help out,this is a serious case.
