Have you visited the visa centre just to see if they have it? Some have tried that and luckily their package was there

Honestly....I understand your situation,cus I'm also facing a similar thing.Did my bio on the 14th of dec. 2021 ,sent several paid mails with a decision made responses but yet to get my passport from UKVI.Dont know what is causing the dalay.......The gurus in the house should pls advise us on what to do

please I need to confirm something, the Advanced Fee Payment required before one gets the CAS, is it part of the overall tuition fee or a separate fee on its own.
For example if the tuition fee is = £18000. Advanced Fee Payment = £3000.
Does this mean that tuition balance is £15000 or the £3000 is a separate payment towards the admission

Send it the same way you send AR, it may not change anything but nothing wrong with trying. Someone here was lucky to get ban removed but the refusal stands for the same crime as yours

The agreement was to get the money deposited and pay the %.
Few days later after paying the %, was told I will get the statement and not worry about the deposit but I can be sure it’s verifiable.
I know how many readers are feeling about this but it was someone very close to me that introduced me and this was based on trust, you really need see how I was convinced about it.
I felt I need put this out there for others to learn.

Going for AR is waste of time and energy because you got caught red handed, unless you want to send letter of an apology and take responsible for your action. They may remove the ban but the refusal will stand.

Did you guys hear about the young man who travelled to Ukraine for School and died almost immediately from cold? His room had no heating. So sad

He uploaded pictures of disgusting accommodation he was given and told his mother that he has complained to the school administration but was told to come back the next day , he was found dead in the same room wearing the same clothing he arrived Ukraine with. Really sad story.

Okay so at the moment I am in the UK my school is insisting on me paying 60% of my fees before I can register and we were given till 28th of January before the 28th I sent the school an email explaining to them that my dad has a stroke and I spent all my tuition on his treatment that they should please give me a payment plan, I got an email back saying that that is not possible that my request cannot be granted that I need to pay up before that 28th or my visa would be revoked.
My mum went abd hushed and got 1500 pounds out of 3740 pounds to pay I sent them the receipt,payment was confirmed and now they asked me to send a medical report so they can listen to my request. I have been trying to get a medical report since Friday last week my mum has been running around trying to get one but all to no avail I am really confused I don’t know what to do.


Please, can I just help her get a medical report from one of these hospitals here or will they confirm it it’s genuine or not?

If the confirmation is just by phone number and email provided, I can still find a way around that

I have an uncle who is based in USA and he wants me to come over to USA and take care of his child for two yrs.After two yrs,he will sponsor me to any school of my choice n within the two yrs,i will be doing part time program.

I will be 25yrs this year.

Should i continue with my nursing school which will be resuming on April or accept the offer.I am in a dilemna.

That is probably all your uncle wants you for, after two years the story will change, are those kids not going to need your care after 2yrs?

If you are lucky to get a visa you will be stamped in for 3-6months and if you stayed longer than that you are an illegal immigrant. Once you became an illegal immigrant your uncle has an upper hand, you will be totally under his control.

He is not sending you to any school, if he has the money to send you to school he will use it to employ a nanny for those kids

For the lady in question she can try to change a smaller amount of money to see if it works and then if it works then she can do the rest.

I was also skeptical about it too when I arrived and I did the same thing too by changing small amount of money to confirm if they were genuine before parting with a larger sum when they were genuine to me.

I never knew that its legal to send cash through post, thought its illegal. That is the aspect i question about the process.

Once you get to UK get a Monzo account or any bank account that bears your name and go to travelfx.co.uk register to sell your currency and they will give you a postcode to send your currency once they receive it they credit your uk account with the pounds equivalent.
I used this and it is the best rate you can get.

I am just wondering why UK Government would Subject Nigerians, seeking travelling VISA to UK, for either studies or visit, to compulsory TB test when we've not been known for TUBERCULOSIS pandemic.
The sad reality is that, a single hospital in Lagos, is designated for the test. You book an appointment and, in your appointment day, you still spend 6 hours or more. You see people sleeps in their cars or nearby hotels, just to get early attention.

How long shall we continue to allow the white to treat us like second class cirizens in our country?
I think the time to act is now.

People visiting the UK are not required to do TB test , only those applying for immigration visa..student visa, spouse visa or tier 2 visas.

Nigerian govt will not do nothing about it as always. They have no backbone to reciprocate.

MyBankticket for GTB process is really simple. On your online banking platform, go to download statement. There is the option to send statement to embassy. A list of embassies are there including Canada. When you click Canada you have options to select what type of visa you are applying for and whether you are the Applicant, sponsor or guarantor.
Once you are done they send the ticket to your email that is attached to the account. You can download the ticket and attach to your application. Sometimes the email may delay but on the occasions I have used it- both the Applicant and Sponsor, it eventually dropped.

Requiremnts for the Nigeria Student Express (NSE) Stream

The Nigeria Student Express (NSE) for Canadian study permit specifically designed for Nigerians has recently been launched by IRCC with the processing duration of "20 days" against regular processing time. For the Proof of English Language Proficiency Test, you may decide to opt for either the General or Academic IELTS.

The new study permit application stream is similar with the Student Direct Stream (SDS) for selected countries like India, Senegal, China, Morocco, Pakistan, Philippines and Vietnam but with a tweak in the application requirements against the NSE. The advantage is the fast visa processing. At least, based on current observation of writing this post.

The eligible Nigerian applicants intending to apply through the NSE must meet the following requirements:

1. Apply online

2. Be a Nigerian citizen or legally reside in Nigeria

3. Have a valid admission letter from a Designated Learning Institution in Canada for a Bachelor's, Master's, Ph.D or PGD/C programs

4. Must reside outside when applying

5. Must submit a "MyBankStatement No. & Ticket Password" of $30,000 CAD of at least 6 months with a 12 months banking history

6. Have a Certificat d'acceptation du Québec (CAQ) – Only applicable to students going to Quebec

7. Undergo an upfront medical examination

8. Have a score of at least 6 in each band of Listening, Reading, Writing & Speaking or at least CLB 7 in Test d'evaluation de Francais (TEF) in each band.

N.B: you can either decide to opt for the Regular processing method or the NSE, whichever is your preference.
