Please what could have gone wrong? I had filled my visa application form and proceeded to the IHS website. I illed the form and clicked on payment but I got a prompt that I was exempt from payment and I still got the reference number

Pls has anyone experienced this?

When presenting statement of account as Proof of Funds for dependant visa, can I present a 3 months statement but it captures that the money has been held in my account for 28 consecutive days before printing the statement of account?
