I have just over a month left on my Tier 4 visa, can my dependent still apply?

The thing is, there is a project that he is yet to complete in Nigeria, as such he couldn't move with me. The project is still ongoing but now, with PSW inching close i am at a loss of whst to do as the documentation on the PSW regarding dependents is sketchy.

Some say dependents not in the UK cannot benefit even if they are listed on the original application, others carry different opinions. What's the take of the house.

National express has a station at the airport there, immediately you picked up your bags you head to their station, they go to almost every city in the UK and will drop you at city centre. Ask your family in the UK to buy you national express coach ticket and email it to you.

So I applied to some schools in the US by myself and after I received 2 rejection mails I decided to work with an agency and applied to some schools in the UK, couple of days ago I received a mail from one of the schools in the US and I’ve been given admission, meanwhile I’m yet to hear from the agency concerning the UK schools I applied to even tho they’re assuring me that I’m going to gain admission. Now my confusion is, should I start processing the US admission? They require me to submit POF asap as their deadline for i-20 visa shipment is December 3rd and classes start by January, do y’all think this US thing is achievable given the timeframe, are they still giving out interview dates this year? I’m very confused as I’m running out of time while waiting for the UK admission. Please advise me.

So, I said I was going to update the group on how it goes irrespective of the outcome.

As advised by a few people here, we wrote to the home office requesting for an exceptional assurance. We followed the approach suggested by tobexin and Contra5 and thank God, we have just received a notification granting our request.

We were given an extra 3 months until February 2022. This should be enough.

I want to say a big thank you to everyone who took out time to respond with a possible solution.

Justwise, quite unlike what I had expected, your words were soothing and encouraging. Thank you very much.

Tobexin, the fire in your words were just all that I needed to gain some confidence in the approach. Like I said, I had been advised to go the route, but I wasn't confident in the outcome. Thank you plenty for taking it up like it was your trouble.

Now, there were others who had absolutely no solution to offer, rather than keep shut and just pass, they chose to pass scathing remarks, and conjure wild insinuations.

While the remarks are confined to the gutters where they rightfully belong, it is the insinuations that are disturbing. Because, I can't imagine how a supposed educated adult can come up with "supposed factual statements" on issues they barely have the facts.

I assume that the right approach would be to ask questions. But no! You chose instead to bask in your self-absorbed nature of sanctimony. Now, that's a problem we have on here. People are often quick to pass negative judgements on what they do not completely understand and by that, tilt the conversation or scare others who may have challenges that requires helpful inputs.

It is all shades of wrong. Yes, I concede no one owes anyone a comment but then I expect that adults would comport themselves as adults.

Please when filling my student visa application form, when asked if I know where I will be staying in the UK, I answered no and included in the information box that I will be attending a university in Aberdeen and so I would get an accommodation there. My friend has said that I was supposed to book an Airbnb and include the address there, pls I would like to find out if the response I gave when filling my form is wrong? And what steps I can take now to correct it being that I have already submitted the application but yet to do biometrics.

This is wrong on all front. When I initially read this thread I was fuming with anger and disgust thinking another innocent blackman is behind bar because of his skin colour( yes cases abound). But as things progressed then I saw Adedoja Rah for who he truly is- an unrepentant sexual predator that deserves to be chopped like cucumber. So if Chatinent was trying to ask for "views" and international support about Rah's unjust just sentence then goodwill requires that he should do just that. I would have tagged Chatinent as accomplice IF after the recent developments he continues to rally for support for Rah's freedom. But he didn't so by that breath I don't see why you should tag him as a rape apologist.

Pls, I am looking at applying for September 2022 intake. However, I am skeptical as to how to grade my result. I have a ND (Distinction) and HND (Distinction) certificates. I also have a Masters from the University of Ibadan. My question is this; Can I apply to any University with these grades? I keep seeing entry requirements as 2:1 etc but I hardly see interpretations for HND (or maybe I don’t understand it)

Which universities can I apply to?
How do interpret the entry requirements pls?
