First of all, No Embassies in Nigeria territory have any right to seized your passport in Nigeria soil.Your obtain Nigeria passport as a merit of been a Nigeria even though you pay for it. Is only Nigeria law had the right to seize your passport.
your problem start immediately an Embassy staff told you that your passport has been seized and you jack off to buy bundle and post it on nairaland land. You are misleading him. This is not true. Read his story again. They seized it and send it to Nigerian immigration.

My question is do I still need to answer YES for the question have you had a visa denial before?? I don't have the decision letter anymore and I was cleared to apply again the following year but I couldn't meet up with the date they gave me.


My wife will be getting her CAS in few days and we will like to apply for Visa together along with our two kids, wifey will be doing priority while myself and the kids will do standard.


Is it safe for four of us to apply together or let my wife apply first and once her visa is out then myself and the kids can apply, the POF is in my wife's name and has enough fund for four of us.

kind advise is needed here.

Passport would be seized and forwarded to immigration headquarters, don't forget that passport is not your property as well but that of the government once a crime or forgery or fake stamps is used on it. so once any embassies noticed that you have fake stamps in your passport , you may not lay hands on it because they withheld it and forward it to the immigration , just like taking a fake money to the bank for deposit, do the bank return it back to you?

This is the result of my administrative review. I don't know how to feel about this considering all things. However, my emotions are all over the place and I cannot digest the content well enough for my understanding. Does this mean that the 10 years ban have been lifted? Thank you as always.

I think the ECM was fair to you by removing the ban because they seems to believe that you did not intentionally submit fake bank statement.

You did not submit any document to disprove the claim that the bank statement is genuine rather you submitted documents to support your good character as a person .

There is no shortcut, come with enough money to pay for childminder(this is expensive)

To even get a visa you need to show the embassy that..

1. You have enough money for those two kids(read about dependant financial requirement)

2. You have arranged for their care here in the UK.

Contact your school to get info about family arrangement, this is things like..accommodation, nursery etc

Get documents from your inquiries to support your visa application else you are likely to be refused a visa

You can do that and any of you can come back to pick them up but you have to include their names in your application and a note stating that they will be applying at a later date.

I got an offer from Ulster, paid deposit and awaiting CAS interview. I did the application myself but was assigned an agent for the rest of the process.

The agent said the university may refund my deposit because I had two previous UK visitors visa refusals.

I don't want someone who is not an ECO to determine my fate.

I have offers from two other universities. What is the implication if I make another deposit is any of those schools instead of waiting for Ulster to return my deposit when it would have been too late to apply through other unis this January?

Get the refund first before paying another one to another school, You need to check if the school will refund you all the money or did take away administrative fees.
