Is it possible I get questioned or disturbed on arrival in the UK about my wife’s pregnancy status. She will be due in a week from the time we intend to travel Is it possible they ask for the POF of the unborn baby at the airport or is it possible they ask for the POF after the delivery we would be few days after entering the UK?

Exactly my issue as well. I've also read somewhat conflicting reports about Luton where the campus for my study is based. Many say it's population is mostly older aged people sha.

I can't Agree less with you owing to your years of experience. In some pages back I read where you advise a guy going for a 15K Pounds Course to forget it he can't make it up otherwise a less Amount will be great.


My question is For a 15k Pounds Course will I be fine sourcing 50% of my Tuition fee back home?

Hello Gurus in the House, please i have a very important question to ask

My story goes like this, i have an old passport which i used to travel out before and had 2 Turkey visa denials and
1 Canada refusal as well on it. Now i did change of [/b]DOB on my new passport and i told the immigration to delete the whole information on my old passport because the new passport have new DOB so that it wont be conflicting.

Now i want to know if my visa application should be completed without any travel history or refusals [b]because my old passport is no longer in the system or should i include those details when i know that i have a fresh passport

Note> i have never applied or been refused a UK visa before

I see people using business accounts to receive their wages. Is this against the law? I am not too sure if they have businesses running but they have their biz registration done.

I started a small business recently and I want to inform my employer to pay my wages into the account. Someone told me Both taxes from my wages and profit can be paid at the end of the tax year. Is this correct?

I'm searching for the clause in the tier 2 visa guidance that said something like, you cannot already be employed by the organization sponsoring the visa.
I've seen it sometime in the past, but can't find it anymore. Not sure if that has been removed in the latest updates to the guidance.

Depending on the school not all courses gives you the opportunity for PSW. Some are finish and go go home or get 1 year only

I have been refused 2 times for UK visit visa.. prior to the outcome I have declared someone with the same surname with me as a friend and has been registered on my profile .
Fortunately , I got married to the man in 2019 and I do not need to change my surname as my maiden name is the same with his surname.

He resides in UK legally .

1. I plan to apply for study visa for sept intake with my daughter only

2. My husband has been in the uk for 3 years (illegal immigrate) infact moved to Ireland presently

3. When my husband applied for he’s visa then, he stated my name & child’s name on he’s application

Please will this affect my application? If yes … please what’s the best solution

I was denied a UK Visit visa early this year with my wife and daughter due our bank details were different address from the one used in the application. We had never thought it was necessary to update our bank address address.

My wife has received CAS and we would like to apply for a Visa together with our daughter, wife will be doing priority while myself and the daughter will do standard.

Note: full tuition £14,500 has been paid.

Is it advisable to apply together or my wife should apply first and once her visa is out then daughter and i can apply?

I have a friend, she got an offer at University of Huddersfield, she has 2 kids living with her here, but the husband is presently in UK as an illegal immigrant. His visit visa expired 4 yrs ago & he didn't leave UK.

Now, she want to pay tuition deposit, then proceed to apply for visa with the 2 kids.

Her questions are;
1. Can she include her husband as dependent (not going with her) or not.
2. Can she include her children as (dependent going with her) without her husband.
3. Or she declares they are divorced, then remarry over there?

Or what's the best thing for her to do so that she can take her children along.

I will appreciate all your responses.

Guy abeg I calculated my IHS Fee for myself and my family.

Everyone is expected to pay £705 each, including a 4 year old and 6month old baby.

Is there a mistake in my calculations?

Also what is the expiry duration of TB test?
