The Asians are into this, helping thier people and expanding. When are we going to become selfless? We have our people in care but careless to get sponsorship licence, sadly this licence is cheap to get. Our people need us, help....we are good people, we are hard-working, encourage your own. * If you have a legitimate business in the UK and qualified to get a sponsorship licence, pm me I will contribute to you getting it to help our UK graduates.

claremont: Corruption, insecurity and the dearth of infrastructure (good roads, power supply, rail transport etc). He is doing his best to tackle this triad curse in my opinion. I don't think there is a magic wand that can be used to take away all of the problems of Nigeria overnight. It will take a few baby steps and a few good leaders to get to where we want to be. I may be wrong, but deep down, I think he is an incorruptible leader who means well, but is sadly, overwhelmed by the challenges of governing a country like Nigeria.
Nigeria is a complex country to govern; the abnormal is normalized, whilst the normal is perceived as abnormal. I never knew you are this funny..you can actually make money as a stand up comedian. |

TheGuyFromHR: One has to eat while they're job hunting. Best advice would be to apply to anywhere you can fit, particular focus on potential sponsors, yes, but focusing on them alone isn't advisable. Good that you pointed that out.. There are some uncomfortable truth that need to be told regarding PSW, the number of people that got graduate job with that permit is negligible. So don't hold that visa and focus on graduate jobs alone and neglect other jobs because... 1. You need money for plan B, if not for anything at least to recover money spent studying here 2. Rent and bills need to be paid 3. Don't leave gap on your cv Yes PSW allows you to stay and work for 2yrs but actually its not a proper work permit, it just buy you time. I'm not saying this to discourage anybody. |

TheOnly123: I would like to ask a very important question that almost every new person relocating to the UK would have asked or have it in mind. The question is- What happens after the PSW Post study work visa?
For me I see this question as what can I do to ensure I make use of the 2 years post study work visa to ensure I make the best use of the PSW and get a job that can sponsor before it expires.
Please honourable members, I would need your support and practical contributions on this topic. This would in turn help alot of people here to plan well and be strategic with certain moves.
Thank you all. What course are you coming to study? |

EnnyEsther: Pls, I need help with this situation, I’m applying as a student with my husband and our child but my husband was removed from the UK in 2008 under a different name from what he used to get his visiting visa after overstaying. He has served more than 10 years ban (13 precisely) which was applicable to the removal from the UK. Now as a dependent to my application, is it advisable to apply together or separately (I mean after we have left)? Though we intend to write a letter to come out clearly of the situation stating the removal with “alias name” and also showing full remorse and lesson learned from the situation. My concern is that if we apply together, wouldn’t his situation affect me and my child from getting the student visa if otherwise considered as not acceptable by the VO? Please advise on what could be the best option to explore. Thanks…..waiting patiently for advice. The chances of refusal is higher even as he has served his ban but he has no choice than to apply and be honest with his previous immigration history. They have his biometric detail in the system but with two different names, so that needs to be sorted out. They may likely refuse his application and that of your child and approve yours. I suggest that you apply together because whether you apply alone or together the outcome will most likely be the same. |

MMotimo: If the convict is guilty as decided by a jury of his peers, you have to admit there are some “fine people” on his side, one of whom is this character. A person who by his own admission on this site, slept with his cousin “only” 3 times and also encouraged another character to do same in the most cold, unfeeling language “Fvck her and move on.” Wonder why those words remind me of his cold, unfeeling comments specific to the child’s rape experience on this thread.
Once you get over the shock of all that, you start to wonder about the sex with his own cousin - Was it consensual? Was it not? How old was this cousin? Your guess is as good as mine. Hug your daughters a little closer and trust nobody, sometimes the enemy is closer than you think…..

P.S. Adedoja - guilty or not, you should never refer to a 13 year old child as “lady.” Same advice goes to all grown ass men, calling a 13 year old child a lady suggests you are seeing her in a way you should NOT. As for a 5 year old’s virginity? If you’re making a stupid response like that with that kind of emoji, you’re at best suffering from a complete lack of emotional intelligence or at worst. . .. . . .? Good job MMotimo, credit to you for bringing up his past comments which now explains why he is supporting raping a minor. Book mark his real name because in no time he will be behind prison wall for sextually attacking minor too. Apple does not fall far from the tree. |
