Nobody can do that LEGALLY in Nigeria, Nigeria is blacklisted by Paypal.

There are some fraudulent individuals here who will tell you to call or email them so as to help you do it.

They are only after ur money, if they open one for u illegally, paypal will block it and ur money gone.

Nobody gives secondary school students to do degree program or MSc directly. If you had taken your time to go through the details carefully, you will see that the secondary school students will have to go for a pre degree program before entering into the main degree course.
I don't know when China stopped giving admission to Nigerian Students. Nepug Ltd takes pride in the fact that they are the first Nigerian Organization to send Nigerians to China on scholarship.This scholarship exist and the office of the organization is there. You can go there and make more enquiries and seek for more facts. Don't thinkeverything you see on net is a scam. I don't want to mention the names of all the people that are involve in this program We mentioned some from Ghana and Canada on the website. If you had taken time to go through the details, you would have seen those names and it from here that you can make your conclusion as regards the authenticity of the program.

Also, is it possible for school to change the information on I-20 Cos i have some other qualifications to add up to it and i also want it to be Father's sponsor. Yes you are right, the letter was the issue, you should have cancelled you Malaysian student visa first b4 applying for USA student visa and it shouldn't have been mentioned in the letter.

Colloges here will accept GCE o'Level as you are a foreign student. If you are in doubt then send an email to the college you have chosen to study at. Have a look at this link http://www.ucas.ac.uk/students/choosingcourses/choosinguni/instguide/
Take ur time and search for colleges there.

Sorry for the late reply. Yes the ''HIGHLY TRUSTED SPONSOR'' was introduced to stop some dodgy colleges bringing in foreign students through NQF level 3 as its cheaper and to stop pple coming in through such course to work. So since ''HIGHLY TRUSTED SPONSOR'' rule came in, many colleges hasn't be able to meet the requirements set by UKBA.
