Not her claiming, it her family issue. Not her as a person, but her family. Wouldn't have allowed her to leave but since I could not guaranty her safety by myself when the other people are leaving, and I don't know how serious it could be, which seems serious anyway.

My wife and her whole family are currently under the refugee program in Canada with my daughter who is a Canadian citizen by birth.

But I need to apply for express entry to join my wife and my daughter.

I would like to know if EXPRESS ENTRY will work, but more importantly, if I should apply alone, or I should apply for them with me together.

I and my wife both have our WES and IELTS ready, though the CRS score is not high enough and I intend to go for Provincial nomination.

NOTE:

* She has already declared me as her husband, and she and my daughter carry my surname.

** I was rejected a visit visa before she left with her family.

*** I am concerned that if I apply for her with me, which means if I am selected on the express entry PNP, she would probably have to exit the asylum claim, come back home and summit her international passport at the VFS office with me.

**** I am thinking if I should apply alone, the question of why are you going alone might arise, without your wife, what would it means if they discovered that my wife is under asylum in Canada already.

***** I am a senior electrical engineer in Ibadan, Nigeria

All in all, I would like to know which would make sense and why? to apply alone (as not coming with a spouse) OR to apply as I am coming with my wife.

Please kindly suggest any relevant input and guidance.

They are not letting us those affected and not sharing accurate results of the people dying

But I for one believes that whenever a door closes, another opens.

I believe those countries that are deeply affected with this virus are loosing manpower I.e Pharmacist, nurse, caregivers and etc.

I will very much love to go to a country like China, Italy, UK and the likes of it to act as a caregiver for those affected with this virus

Or still to get a position at the hospital, it could be cleaning or etc

I seriously would love to help those in need even if it's work without pay

For those wondering if I am either stupid or I have a death wish?

I have limited knowledge about developing the portfolio, i believe we would have expert in this forum. but by my limited understanding, A Portfolio of prior learning assessment is a compilation of all your experience and knowledge as an individual, a student, a professional. your experience in the formal and informal sector. Look at it as an expanded CV. Citing all your writings, articles, projects. If you do it well, it can earn you some credits.
I hope someone else can help you out in better way than i have done, you can post same question in the education and schools part of the forum. Also, do some digging on google, you will sure have some prototypes you can copy.

Yes I would get my refund but it wouldn't be exactly what I paid (£6625) cos of bank charges etc. I lost alot in Canada refund. The would be lawyer wasn't prepared to collect a quid from me because he was not happy with what the school did.
